The car I wanted to get rid of had a brand new set of tires on them that I wanted to keep. Knowing that they had to remain on the vehicle in order to tow it, I called several places to see if they would be able to tow the car and allow to come back to their facility to remove the wheels myself. 5 places all said "no" for one reason or another. Sell Us Your Call not only said they would do it, but also offered to take the wheels completely off for me and set them aside for pickup at no charge. They towed the vehicle, paid me, and the next day I went by their location and grabbed the ready-to-go wheels they set aside for me. Great service and would highly recommend! Brandon did a great job of loading the vehicle from my property even though it was a tight squeeze for their flatbed. Couldn't be happier!

This company stole my car in front of my house and was caught on video. Claims a lady named Sophie was the one who they dealt with. Called to get my vehicle back and the ladies on the phone wanted my ID and title before anything. But I don’t think they asked Sophie for one when they came for it. Didn’t want to give me the address either. The lady on the phone was rude and saying the info was confidential and couldn’t give me the address but yet can steal my car without any reason.
I tried to junk my car at many places, but nobody would take it. These guys did. I was so glad to get rid of it. The driver was super nice and professional, took it away fast too. Took only like 10 min for the whole process.
