Omar helped me find parts for my Z3 what no other place had them. Has many European car parts available, all organized by brands. Will definitely come back for other parts.
If I can give zero start I will. I was at the business today left my works to request for a part. The lady at the front desk was so professional and very helpful. She called Omar to come and assist me, Omar said he will be there in 5 to 10 minutes. I waited over an hour before he showed up. Finally, he pulled up the item which he said it’s $900. I made a small joke saying what about a discount for keeping me waiting. He told me to leave the office that other people will buy it. And I walked out gently saying ok. The item is over priced I bought the same item on eBay for $370 including shipping. Secondly he was very very rude and very unprofessional. I will not recommend him to attend to anyone going forward.
Called this guy set me up with the parts that I needed for my Volvo after I done looked all over Town and he had exactly what I need with a decent price. I respect he will be getting some more of my business go down to first choice, Auto Parts, and ask for Omar that’s your name on any foreign vehicle he got it.

As hot as it is today and not wanting to search for the BMW part anymore today I came upon 1st choice and my gut feeling was to go with the feeling and sure enough not only did they have what I needed , it was in the best shape possible next to NEW .the help I was given as mind blowing and my total overall experience will be remembered for years to come. Ordered air bags from a guy name Ben he assured me that the parts should be delivered possibly on a Saturday maybe for sure Monday I said well I’m gonna have the truck here so you better have them here and you showed me well. I’m gonna talk to my shipping team and X expedite your delivery Monday comes no parts. Tuesday comes no parts. Wednesday comes no parts and it’s Thursday no parts this place is the worst place. I mean I’ve been in business for 24 years and if I operated my business like this place, I’d be out of business. these people are horrible and maybe it’s coincidence. Maybe they had a bad day but you don’t want. I’m gonna make it worse because that was uncalled for making me look bad to my customers horrible place to do business with.
