Found a potential part on marketplace and negotiated a price! When I arrived the item was not available so they went and found a replacement part that work for me as well. I was very pleased with the entire process. I would recommend and use this location again!

Very nice but when asked if they could find the part we're looking for since they no longer had it, she said they're a "Mom and Pop" shop and she was way in over her head. If that's the case then you need to remove the "National parts locator. If we don't have it we will find it for you" off your website.

I called All Arizona auto parts desperately looking for a differential for my husband‘s 2004 Toyota tundra. We are located in the Northeast, where the part if available is rusted at best and rotted at worst! I literally called all over the country with no results. I told this to Erica and she did some research and we decided on a few companies for me to try where I might find the part I needed an acceptable shape. The second call that I made on her suggestion Was a winner! The part arrived at our mechanic’s shop this morning. She was patient and very pleasant and I’m so grateful for her help! After timing chain on my engine broke and spent a ton at dodge garage. Only to find they never checked it had bent valves, bent pushrod , cam and lifter damage Found a used motor at decent price, got it shipped, and got in about 3 days, replaced motor in 2 days , motor runs great, nice and quiet. Had a hard time getting credit card to go through , they use some weird system it seems Guys are friendly, but hard to understand on the phone Would recommend though

We have been using All Arizona Auto Parts since they were All Arizona Auto Recyclers. In that time, I have ordered everything from simple body panels to full LS3 drivetrains with column and shifter controls. Erika has always taken care of our needs with the upmost respect, and her pride in customer service shows with every encounter. They have the best supply in the industry and if they are for some reason unable to fulfill a request, I have never been let down with the recommendation they give me.

Broke down out of town in connecticut. Put a Nationwide posting out on Junkyard Dog and got a ridiculously high price for a fuel rail from some clown in Pennsylvania. One Call to Erica resolved my problem in less than 5 minutes. Fast friendly service even was offered different shipping options and received my parts promptly and in as new condition!!!! Great service great prices don't bother calling anybody else start with all Arizona Auto Recyclers! I will definitely call them again for all of my Ford needs and whatever else I'm working on. Best place in town. The girl working the counter is very knowledgeable and had a hustle about getting you what you need. She will actually run out in the yard herself climb under a vehicle and see if the part is there.

The people who work here are so family oriented and helpful and friendly it's crazy! I bought a vehicle from them tonight and Noel Crockett wouldn't let me leave the place until every light worked fluids were checked and it was safe for me and my son to make it home to Goodyear safe and sound! Erika is the best. We had a issue with one of the two 5.3Ls swap engines that I purchased from them. She is taking very good care of us. She really cares about there service that they provide. I will be telling anyone that is starting a swap project to start with them.

Bought a rear axle that left me stranded 15 days after purchase. They refused to refund my money. Very shady business that doesnt care about its customers. Very unfortunate

It being a family run business just like any other place there can be problems. But if we could get the ones that said they had a great experience when my two daughters Erika & Noel in sales to get the customers the part they need for their vehicle or my son miguel to give word of advise on how and what not to do. And I, by the way I go out of my way to help them get that crazy screw that had made there day miserable to a great sense of accomplishment it's worth it in the long run. It sucks ... I drove 27 miles to get to the place & it was a waste of time.. The Clerck or should I say The lazy Man working couldn't show or tell some one to help customer's he looked confuse and hung over . He would take care of you if your white other than that forget it.. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was desperate for a part for my older Honda Pilot. Not only did Noel help me, she had it delivered earlier than I even expected. She took several phone calls from me worried about the part and put my worries to rest by emailing me a photo of the part. I tried several other companies before this one. however, if this kind of service is their norm, this is where we will always go!

Found this company when I needed parts for my daughters car. Erika and Noel were very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were very good. I would highly recommend them.

This place is ridiculously priced! They want $70 for visors that are stained and filthy off a 13 year old car!!! For gods sake... It was a Focus not a freaking Lamborghini. Their prices are insane. Your better off going somewhere else.

Vern from All Ford is a smart and good person,I bought a 4.6 from eBay, This is a great engine and Vern and all the guys know their stuff because I called Ford and talked to parts they said the vin I got from All Ford will work in my 2002 4.6....5 speed Romeo just take parts off my old engine and used on the crown engine = a kick ass Monster Engine...!

this place sucks, never even bug to call, their prices are triple than the dealership, and i have proof, i called for a gas feeder gasget and they wanted $75 for a used one, i called sanderson ford and it cost me $19.50 dealer item. they are horrible and really bad customer service, stay away.
