I found this company to be very responsive to online communication and was very fast to ship my auto part out-of-state. They went over and above their competitors to tell me that they had my part and would ship it next day. Awesome customer service!
This guys are very expensive!
I paid $500 for parts that would take 10 to 15 to remove in the min time I went to other place to search for a bumper. The other place had the same part for 175 so I call them to cancel and they charged me 25% because they had already removed that part. So I ended up losing over $100 just for that.
Terrible policy i bought a clockspring which didn’t end up fitting so i never installed it brought it back the next day and they refused to give me my money back and offered a credit
Elias was very helpful and held onto my parts for a couple days til I could get over here. Nice quality doors for my highlander and a perfect color match. Also recommened a spot to get my fender that he didnt have and was able to complete what I needed to put my vehicle back together. I would definitely recommended coming here. Reasonable prices and good customer service!
My son's older toyota was down because it needed a specific part. After contacting toyota directly I was told part was on 8 week back order or possible may never be available. If you need small stuff under 20 dollars don’t waste your time by going there. For a 2 dollar part they wanted 20 dollars and I went next door and they gave it to me for free.
Very professional great service. No problems at this place of you get quoted a price and a time to pick it up it's ready for pick up no need to wonder if your going to have to keep waiting it will be ready. Also the correct part. Good job phx salvage

Owners and employees are nice. Sent a video of the part in question to me before I came down which was super cool. Had the part off and even loaded it for me. Service like this is hard to find. These guys are the ones to buy parts from.
During the period of the pandemic I called to inquire about wheels for my vehicle. It was so amazing. He said he had the wheels and would send me photos of them. Not more than a few minutes I received a text with photos as promised. I didn't have the money needed but refused to give up. Text back when I had the funds and though the ones originally shown had sold he came right back with one's even nicer. I'm so excited to get them on my vehicle. The expedient service is absolutely the best. Thank you!!!
