This is a predatory towing company with ridiculous hidden fees. Stay far away! Don't let them try to tell you these bad reviews are some other company. My credit card bill says "First Class Auto LLC" and matches this location. The top of the invoice says "Go Tow". They are using 2 names to try to avoid bad reviews.

Absolutely flabbergasted at how we were treated by the woman at the front window. She had an attitude from the second we walked up to her window like we were inconveniencing her. Then she proceeds to tell me only one person can go get stuff out of my vehicle and I have 15 minutes to do it like I'm a damn criminal. Mind you I have just been in a car accident and have a broken arm. So I need assistance. And she continues to butt into my conversation with my husband when I'm not even talking to her. Again she reiterates we have a 15 minute limit. Yeah! We got it! So I question why and she starts with "I just work here" "it's company policy". Then she comes at me with "why are you so abrasive"? Which really set me off! I've just had the worst day of my life and you're ganna approach me with a bad attitude!? No, ma'am. Maybe teach your employees to have some grace for people. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! She needs training, customer service skills and an attitude adjustment.

They’re so nice this company they have drivers who drive like toddlers all over the road and give you the finger when they pass you in the company truck. I can only imagine how they act when they’re actually “providing” a service especially with all these great reviews of how trustworthy and pleasant they sound.

please anyone having issues with this company , write about it on the better business bureau , leave them reviews and if they damage your car , every tow company has to have insurance that is posted publicly . they change their insurance every 1/2 years because of all the claims they have and avoid . don’t even try calling them , just file it against their insurance , it’s posted publicly on a forum and your insurance and hire that lawyer . this business is shady and needs a class action lawsuit against them . they will make promises to fix them & reply to your comment publicly but avoid you like the plague . they also have a contract with the city so if they lose that , it’s a big portion of their business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They also change their names every so often because of crappy shitty reviews

this place needs to be investigated. they claim to only take cash but have a sign they accept card, cash and commercial checks they only wanted cash $280 for having the car for only 8 hours possibly to pocket some cash for them selves. When we first arrived it smelled like a dispensary then we got the car and noticed that my sister purse had been moved and ALLLL her cash was gone so not only did they over charge her but they stole her cash. They even searched her 9 year olds backpack. Seems like they are just looking to see what they can steal. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! PLEASE RETURN OUR CASH YOU STOLE

Gavino the tow operator went above and beyond when my sons car broke down. I am really happy with his services and i will definitely use them if the need arises.

This place is awful. Hard to get anyone to talk to, entrance is unclear. Staff don't even help very well in any sort unless you have everything handled for them.

These people don't even deserve a 1 star. They towed my car without my knowledge. Then they charged me $425 to reclaim my car after then having it for less than 8 hours. Then I went to pick up my car and noticed that they had tore up my convertible top to gain access to my door. Not sure what the hell they broke inside my car for other than to see what they can steal. They did take a center cap to my rim though. And looked like they tried to get inside my trunk as well. These guys are crooks. And the lady who answers the phone is something else. Don't trust this place or the employees. And if your car gets towed there, good luck. But $425 is what is expected for u to pay to get your car back for them having it just couple hours.

One of our vehicles was in a parking garage and wouldn't start. The driver, Gavino, pushed it out of the garage to load it on his flat bed, so we didn’t have to wait for a different type of tow truck. Then at drop off, he perfectly unloaded it into a very tight spot, that we requested. His professionalism and service were top notch. Thank you.

This place is so shady. It needs to get shut down. Time to investigate.

I have dealt with many tow companies and a few tow yards and most are a bad experience with grumpy sometimes angry people but first class is a different experience they were all very nice and polite and helped expediate getting our company van out of the tow yard and towed to our yard I would definitely recommend them for tow services.
