I'm completely satisfied with the service I received they got to me fast and when I got to the yard the wait time was lesser than 10 minutes I would totally use their service again

After accident car picked up promptly Next day went to retrieve personal property from vehicle. Employees very understanding and helpful.

Extremely helpful after having a bad accident. One less thing to have to worry about. Insurance paid for it, and they were great to deal with.

Very friendly and gave me tons of useful information. Only complaint is they took the car to a tow yard farther away than the nearest one. Still would use them again though! Great prices too!

Wrecker driver was very kind, got there pretty quick, towed my jeep wrangler. He even gave me some names of places to possibly grab parts, and encouraged me to try and fix the jeep on my own if insurance fell through. It was a very stressful time and his kindness wasn’t expected but it was appreciated. Good guy.

All City was very professional but also very compassionate and helpful! They towed my daughter’s car after she had been in an accident and with her in the hospital, I didn’t know what to do? They took the time to call the yard and find out if the car was totaled or not without me having to go down there. So that I didn’t have to leave my daughter alone!

My Suburban broke down at the ASU campus, in 1 of many parking lots, so I called All City. Trying to explain where I was is a task at ASU, but they found me! Everyone from the office team to the driver were friendly and courteous. I would choose them again if ever needed too.

The circumstances in which I required the services of All City Towing were not ideal. I was T-boned and my vehicle was totaled. The driver was polite and empathetic. He allowed me a lift to the tow yard since that was much closer to my home than where I was. The guys who helped me out when I came to gather my things from the vehicle were prompt and even moved my larger items over for me. I appreciate everyone’s understanding and kindness.

Took care of my truck told me just have sister follow behind you while driving back home and i only pay $180 for one day for my truck being there the insurance will reaffirm my money back.

All City Towing picked up our car sooner than expected and handled it with care. They followed up quickly and were helpful in recommending a shop to take it to. We were very happy with their service.

It should really be four and a half stars! My car was totaled and in a complicated predicament. The police called All City and the tow truck showed up within minutes and was able to extricate the car without further damage to the front yard where it ended up :( The only thing, the two truck driver made it sound like I had no choice but to tow the car to their yard, when after the fact I learned that I , of course, had a choice and could have had him tow it to a destination of my choice. As the result, I had to drive across town in order to sign a release for my vehicle, which in Arizona you can only do in person, apparently. But at the yard itself, the service was quick and courteous, so no complaints.

Fast, my car was in a mall parking lot on a Saturday the week of Christmas. I put the keys under the mat and left for home. The car arrived safely at my house an hour later. The tow guy called me and was so gracious.

I’ve never had a tow company in my phone book. But I do now. The price was fair, response was quick, service was amazing. Honestly, I’ve never had a better tow experience. They are now saved in my phone book

The gentleman that drove the golf cart was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he was really kind.

I was in an accident right after thanksgiving. The police called all city towing to pick up my truck that was undrivable. I was stressed because they were taking it to the tow yard and I wanted it to be at my personal residence. After talking to my driver when he arrived he apologized that he has to go by the cops orders. After how stressed and upset he saw I was he had a chat with the cop, and they gave him the OK to drop off at my personal residence. He spent extra time to make sure it was not a burden to the neighborhood street where he placed it. Great guy, wish I remembered his name. Driver ID 55. He said he’s been in the business a long time and it shows with his customer service and driving skills. Thank you all city!

The tow truck driver that responded to accident was so caring, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He showed up a few minutes after he received the call and took his time to explain everything.

The people at All City Towing were very kind, and helpful. My car was taken there after a car accident. They helped me answer questions I had regarding the process of going through an accident like this. They were very quick to let me get my belongings and also quick when I had my car towed out.

Overall great experience. I did unfortunately need a tow on a busy Sunday, but that’s just something that happens, out of my and their control. I also was in no rush, which apparently deemed me as the “favorite customer” to the dispatcher. Very kind and helpful people. The tow truck driver was great, wish I could remember his name but I do remember that he was from New York. The price might seem high, but the trucks cost a lot and they all know what they are doing. If you need a tow call them.

Was in an accident and All City came to pick up the mess. The driver helped me retrieve a few items and cleaned up the street. I knew there would be storage fees so I contacted my insurance and they took it from there. I need to see what else was in the car and the employees at All City were very nice about it. Took me out and I got a few remaining items.

I was in a car accident in a busy intersection and they came promptly and had both cars towed.I went the next day to get my belongings and they gave me a ride from office to car to get my stuff out. They were all very nice people. They are friendly, efficient and prompt.

It wasn’t the best situation working with this tow company for the first time considering that it was during a big car accident…BUT the customer service was outstanding! A representative called within the hour my car was towed from the accident and I was greeted with compassion and empathy. This is not what I expected from a towing company, but they definitely raised the bar. Thank you for caring about me first. That means a lot.

All city towing was very helpful when my car was totaled. The process from finding out where my car was to getting my belongings out of my car was fast and easy. They were very kind and respectful. I would recommend and use all city towing in the future if I need a vehicle towed!

Exceptional service by the whole team at All-City!! My Tesla had a double blowout early morning on my way to the airport. While Tesla couldn’t arrange towing for several hours (after the departure of my flight), All-City took my call immediately and had a tow truck on site within 15 mins. The guys were great: professional, friendly, and overly accommodating. Never expected such great, quality service from a towing company, but they really delivered!! Absolutely exceptional! Thank you for saving my travel plans!!

My car was towed there after I was t- boned by a red light runner. I went to All City twice. Once to grab my belongings and another time to grab my plate. The office and yard staff were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

Ron was great! He answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and left me feeling great about my car and its condition. When I talked to them over the phone, they offered to take my damaged car straight to the repair shop so I could get it back with repairs done already. This business is great!
