Our car was towed from an apartment complex in Phoenix. Upon initially calling the tow company, we were told the wait would be anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours. Time frame isn’t conducive to adhering to others individual schedules. Company is only concerned about their well-being and schedules. That statement was made at 5pm. It was also stated if an employee arrived and no one was there they wait would start all over. We arrived at the location on University soon after 5. We called again after approximately 60 minutes and were told another 45 minutes. Called again and were told police situation, it will take longer. Two other families arrived and some person arrived within 30 minutes of the third family arriving. That was approximately 8pm. We were at the location for over three hours, unacceptable customer service. Being held hostage by a tow company, we were told if we left the wait would start all over. One car was not enough for an employee to make a trip to the location, however three families=more money and worth the stop. Unacceptable way to treat people.
White chubby lady at the front did not acknowledge me for about 5-10 min, she was on her phone. Waited for my car for about 30- 45min and when I asked what was going on they said that there was only one guy at the lot and the other one just got here, which I understand, but they originally gave me a estimated wait of 10- 15 min and there was no communication. Lack of proffesionalism and customer service from all the staff.
They need to work on their customer service skills and more lenient to the customers who are in need of help totality. Rude obnoxious woman behind the counter. If I was the owner of that company. All of the employees would be fired. Don't even ask them for help for anything cause you're not gonna get it. I give them a negative ten!!!!!
