I set up a junk tow with Clunker Junker who then passed it on to Peddle who then sent this agency out to pick up the junker. Clunker offered one amount after asking MANY questions. When the tow truck came, conveniently they hadnt gotten the answers from Peddle that I gave about the missing key and battery so of course they lowered the amount I was told. When I told them I gave ALL the information to the company she said they didnt get it and could not offer more because of the battery and key missing. Having taken a day off work to get this taken care of, I couldnt afford another day off to contact the company and reschedule. I told her I would take the amount only because I didnt have a choice with missing more work. She threatened to take action if I filed a bad review. As is well known, if you treat someone poorly they will tell hundreds. The driver of the tow truck was kind.
10/10 would go here again. They got me hood I needed. Was cheapest price I could find in the best condition. Went back a week later for some brackets and bolts. And the owner and his guys searched the whole hard to find what I needed. Great service. Super professional and knowledgeable
This company lies to make a sale! They are irresponsible and love to blame each other! Involve the city business dept for complaints! I've started, once they are recognized, the "ez scammers" will get shut down or sued.
Great spot for used parts. I came for a dash panel and ended up grabbing a few more items. Luiz was good to work with, he removed a part for me in time and got it the next day. Will be back for more parts for sure.
If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I set up a pick up for this company to come out and pick up a junker car that I had scheduled Saturday between eight and noon they never showed I had to call them. They said I wasnβt even on the schedule when I had confirmation emails stating my pickup day and time. Said weβre sorry, we will come out and get it by the end of the day completely blew me off never contacted me and ignored my phone calls when I tried to contact them again. Will never use this company
Their response below is false. I had to call them and ask why I was blown off and no rescheduling happened nor was I contacted to reschedule. They lie and blow you off.
This company works with The Clunker Junker and is a rip off. Promised one amount and then tried to lower price before even picking up car. Also make sure you take screen shots of your answers and the company can change your answers at their will. Low ball offers, and then tries to lower offer accepted. Will be contacting the BBB and possibly a lawyer. However, I am sure this post will never make it to be seen as they have control as to what is posted on their site so I am sure they remove all the negative.
Updating this review. I have waited for months now to get a replacement for the broken part they sold me. I have contacted them multiple times and have gotten nowhere. I have messaged and spoken with Luiz, even saw that they had the part. Messaged them again, said he would check and see if the part was goodβ¦
Over a month I have waited, no response. Messaged back again and nothing. I really thought that they would have done better to make it right. I left my earlier review below. I really thought that they were gonna do right by their customers.
When you buy a used part, you are really in the hands of the people selling it. You donβt know really how they will be if there is an issue. Itβs just the chance you are taking. I got a part that had an issue and thatβs the test. The manager was honest and said that they missed it in testing the part. Itβs an odd part, so it could happen.
We talked for a minute and figured out a remedy. Thatβs the sign of a good business and a solid owner/operator.
You can feel good knowing that these people are honest and will do right by you. They care about their reputation and stand behind it. Really good folks and highly recommend them!!!
Sold my totaled car to them. Driver who picked up my car was 5 stars alone. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Price was more than fair and picked up next morning. Thank you for everything!!
I don't know about the auto parts but Luis picked up my car which I was quoted $477.00 for but he only paid me $415.00, and then didn't take the title, business is appropriately named, If I realized I was getting scammed I never would have let him leave with the car!) (edit)- Luis came back & corrected the miscommunication, My only disagreement was the price, Thank you Luis! The rating now reflects his service!
