Great customer service help me out with all the questions that I had and help me find what I needed. If you’re not gonna buy some auto parts, I would say give this place a call first definitely coming back again.
So I reached to the business J A Auto looking for a specific engine. I inadvertently got the wrong one, I called and spoke to a young man named Irvin and he told me to bring it back in for an exchange with no questions he reset the time for the warranty and apologized for the mix up. I spoke to him about some others parts and they were quickly located and it was all priced right I will definitely be back when I need more parts. It was great doing buisness with them!
No le recomiendo a nadie este lugar, no hay estacionamiento suficiente la trabajadora se muestra un poco lo que en realidad es (malacarienta) más no se suelta al 100% porque necesita y depende de los consumidores pero en realidad te quiere dar órdenes y grita cuando quién debería hacerlo es el cliente que paga y al que le entregan piezas equivocadas y aparte ponen sus condiciones,!!! Es decir; el tiempo y dinero que te ahorras con ellos después lo pagas al doble porloss errores que cometen al entregarte piezas equivocadas, gastas gasolina y tiempo a causa de la irresponsabilidad de los trabajadores que tiene quitando las piezas, con un simple (lo siento) quieren arreglar todo y solventar tu tiempo y dinero perdidos, aparta sales peleando ahí con los otros clientes a causa del reducido espacio que dejan para estacionarte, quieren abarcar todo el el terreno con material pero se les olvida o se hacen tontos que el cliente también ocupa espacio el cual no lo hay, en fin son muchas cosas que tal vez terminaría en escribirlo unas dos horas o el resto de la tarde así que no lo recomiendo

Put on hold for 10 minutes when I asked if they had a car, called back and said I was on hold for a long time and immediately put on hold again without saying they're helping anyone
Los autos son un medio indispensable,, cuando se dañan sale en ocasiones muy costoso,,una buena opción en partes usadas. es j&a auto parts ,,buenos precios y exelente servicio
Called to see if they had a part i needed. Someone answered and said J&A i told them what i was looking for then they hung up without a work and when i call back they dont answer.
Yeah the kid running the front desk he knows me very well I'm the guy that always would go in and stay too late and they never really yelled at me or got you know they were very courteous and nice to me that made me pay too much for a pair of tires and rims one time but they made it up or will do LOL
Called to get pricing today for a part I am in need of and did not have the most professional individual on the other end of the line. Gave the information for the vehicle and part requesting as requested. Had to correct the information given back so it wasn’t mistaken and then put on hold. When the phone was taken off hold, instead of information about the part requested, it instead was some rather extremely rude and unprofessional comments. Since when is this what we call to receive when we call for pricing on parts?
