I have been going to this place for more than 15 years. . And I do recommend this place to anyone wanting to make top paying prices. It's very clean and has many space so it's really not a long wait to get in and get paid. I have alot of fun at this yard. Love all u staff members at AIMS. Keep up the good work
Nice clean ran legit yard not a bunch of hard nose snobs laid back rose and Alex got it under control I recommend it all the time even though it is owned by Canadians we won't hold it against the people that work there
This is by far the best recycling facility! My husband and I just started a new business and the people there made the process so easy ! Rosie is so helpful. And Alex is the absolute best crane operator there is ! Oh and Joe is pretty cool to !

Good reasonable pay for chrome, bit of a line and I don’t like the extra verification through fingerprinting. Cash out easily at the atm next to the clerk. Would come here again.
They are off the main drag, yard is nice and flat and clean. Crew are super nice and help you step by step.
They are very detailed so it takes a bit to get through pictures, chemical scanning, double weights and paperwork at the desk. But its worth it my last yard was amazing but the access and super tight quarters made it unsafe and a nightmare to move around with my large trailers. This place has plenty of room its great.

This place ran by Joe is definitely the best scrap yard in the valley . Rosie is absolutely amazing and always friendly went above and beyond helping us set up our account! Thomas always friendly and helpful was always helping my father and myself during time when was going through medical issues! Shorty fun to be around and also very helpful! Alex the crane man always unloaded me never no accidents and never refused to unload extremely cool guy ! Made sure that during medical problems I was experiencing was taken care of ! This whole crew is awesome group of people and should be recognized for their efforts and friendly gestures . I recommend this place all the time to people! We brought in copper that we had already weighed at home. When it was weighed at this facility, their printer "wasn't working properly" and we were paid for only about half of the actual weight. It was clear their scale wasn't calibrated correctly, and the process felt very shady.
If you value honesty and fair pay, double-check your weight before going here—or consider taking your materials somewhere more reputable.
Me and my dad just went to aim recycling with 4 steel car rims and a whole bunch of steel grill parts but when I looked at the bill and it said mixed tin and only gave me $8 dollars 3/10 I would recommend going somewhere else if you want more money.
My wife and I have been coming to this location for years and we absolutely love it!!!! Thomas and Rosie are by far the best customer service employees you have there!!! They are always so welcoming and respectful!!! We will never go anywhere else....Thomas is always making sure the grounds and area is clean for the customers....Rosie always has a smile on her face and always asking how we have been and for us to have a great day!!! Very happy and pleased with this place!!
This is the smaller of their two scrap metal yards in Phoenix (the other being down on McDowell Rd). This yard is a little bit slower, having to loop around through the scale twice. But average people in small pickup trucks are not competing with heavy big rigs and tractor trailers for commercial drop off. They are also open later in the day than their larger commercial operation to the south. Their pricing is probably more fair than smaller, independently owned scrap yards.
