Terrible experience. After they destroyed my golf cart, they would not answer my call or return a call to help discuss a solution to the problem. They charged me 2k for new batteries and now it doesn’t work properly. Zero support or caring to figure out the problem after weeks of calling. The total lack of concern for a paying customer is mind blowing. Avoid this place.

We love working with Chris. She is a superstar and her customer service is awesome! Our carts were down and she made magic happen! We had our carts delivered next day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for golf cart needs!

I am so glad I found this company to work on my very old golf cart. I was worried that the work would add up and parts would be expensive. I was pleasantly surprised when this company did their due diligence in checking everything and discovering that the fix was a fairly easy one and would. It break the bank. Very high integrity and honesty here! I will always use them for all future golf cart needs!

Just called them for questions on an old cart. They were extremely helpful and didnt even try selling me anything...bunch of good guys over there....update this place is under new management and boy does it show. Got a call from some lady at 6:30 am from this place. Called back, got some other woman who was rude. Transferred, hung up on. Called back no answer. Prices got skyrocketed too. More so than most things.

Cartz Partz rocks. I searched all over town looking for someone to help me out with my lift gas powered golf cart. Everyone turned me down. I found Cartz Partz and what a great company. I spoke to Malone and he got my cart in the next day. My cart needed a little work and Malone was so nice when he called to let me know. He had to rebuild the engine so it took some time but he kept me posted on the progress and was very kind. I got my cart back today and the gentleman that dropped it off was very nice and polite. Just want to thank Cartz Partz and let everyone know that they are a rockstar company.

They are new owners for about a year and are doing the right thing. I had a problem with some old work and they realized it was not done right by the previous owners. I was told the controller neede to be rebuilt for $400 plus but may or may not fix the problem a brand new controller is less than $200.00, I guess they wanted to replace everything until the problem fixed itself, I can do that myself, I got a new controller for $180 from ezgo but it didn't fix the problem so ill have to find some "REAL" mechanics to diagnose the "real" problem, absolutely will not go there again.also the wrong diagnosis costed me over $180 bucks.

My renters contacted me to say my electric Club Car golf cart seemed very low on charge and would not take a charge. Being thousands of miles away I contacted Cartz Partz and spoke with Malone. He offered, and had my cart picked up the same day! After getting it back to the shop Mike diagnosed that the charger had failed and I was quoted a fair price for replacement. I agreed to buy the new charging unit, but before a final estimate could be generated for my review, Mike checked one more time and found a loose ground wire that was causing the problem. It was properly connected and my charging unit functioned perfectly. I was charged for pick up, delivery and diagnostics only. I could not be happier as a first time customer! My communication throughout the process with Chris was excellent. I will recommend Cartz Partz and they will be my “Go-To” golf cart service from here forward.

I need to take the time and review Cartz Partz on cave creek because they rock! They have helped me several times with my 87' EZ-GO aka my mini jeep. Christin is amazing and always willing to answer anything she's able by phone and is reliable with getting back to you on anything she can't answer right on the spot. Their tow guy was awesome, personable and professional as well! There has never been an instance in which they have not had stellar communication and customer service so I feel they should be recognized for that! It's extremely hard to come by these days! Thank you for always taking care of my baby! Aka my mini jeep!

Visited today with my gas golf cart not running and was greeted by Chris a very nice woman with a beautiful smile. The mechanic took a look at my cart and had it fixed and back on the trailer in no time. This is definitely my new go to place for all my golf cart needs.

Been looking for a newer golf cart recently. I wasn't sure where to look since I don't trust some of the sellers on social media. Then, a friend of mine told me to check Cartz Partz. I found a great deal on a 2020 EZGO, so I bought it. It's a great cart. The seat folds down for carrying equipment and tools or a couple passengers. I'm glad my friend told me about them. They were great to work with. They gave me a battery self-watering kit to go with the cart too.

Communicate through email; great first impressions. Pick Up delivery driver was polite and one time. Work was preformed on cart without approval. When questioned about this and not approving the work, there was a diagnostic charge added onto the second estimate/bill. There was no mention of diagnostic charge on first estimate, almost felt like this was added onto to cover their time and work done (unauthorized work). In the long run, I paid the pick up fee (as that was agreed on, since they took the cart to the shop) and I met them half-way for the diagnostics charge. I know they recently changed ownership, but make sure you are very specific about what you want done (don't let them try to upsell OR add on fees after saying no to what they wanted to do).

I was impressed with the helpfulness and friendly attitude of the office staff, supervisor and technicians. Their approach was to diagnose my battery problem, run tests and then offer the best, cost-effective, long-term solution. A great way to do business. I will continue to be a repeat customer. These guys were amazing. They went out of their way to try to find parts that ended up being discontinued and still found away to find remanufactured parts that I was looking for. If the part is out there they WILL find a way to get. Highly recommend using them. Great customer service.

Sal and the crew at cartz partz did a great job for me installing an LED light kit on my golf cart. They were very helpful in getting this job done and I would recommend them to anyone that needs work on their cart. Thanks for the good work guys!

I have to say I am not impressed with this experience. I received a bill for $700 for this service/repair which was $300 more than was estimated & I was never called to approve any of the items that were supposedly done. I didn’t mind paying it as I was hopeful the cart would be in great running condition. I get the cart back; one brake light is out which was supposedly repaired. The cart pulled so hard to the right when braking that it was dangerous. It also backfired which was another complaint I had when dropping it off. It clearly was never test driven. I called the store & they said they would pick it up the next day which they did. This time they replaced the carburetor (again, no call or permission given) & repaired a loose wire for the brake light. The brakes were terribly misadjusted even though they just replaced them & the cables. The cart runs fine after I get it back & they hand me a bill for $100 for the carb. I stated my frustration with Sal, the owner & he started to get angry & talking over me. I reluctantly paid it as I just want to not deal with these people again. I was really hoping to have a shop I could rely on that was close to home but I will never return to this shop.

Really like these guys. This is the second time I've used them for my annual service. They also fixed my spark plugs, brake lights and fuse box. Love the cart pick up/drop off service. Good communication through process, fair prices and very convenient service. Would highly recommend.

Don't buy anything from Sal Grande at Cartz Partz. Worst buying experience I've ever had. Ordered a brand new cart and after a month delay and the wrong color it shows up with damage on multiple body panels and rails. The seat was also cut open when unwrapping the plastic. Sal takes the cart back for a few days and fixes nothing. He claims he's going to order a new seat...I don't hear anything for months. Finally have to charge back a portion of the total so I can fix things myself. He refuses to work with me and files a claim in court. What kind of person sues his own paying customers after he delivers a faulty product? He doesn't deserve your business. Plenty of better places to go.

I wanted to get the cart painted and some other things done to it. The paint job was very good. Took a long time, but it was good. When the cart was returned there were bolts that were missing, lights that were not working and the ignition was never changed. ( I needed a new ignition so that I could get keys made). I have been trying to work with the owner ever since it was first returned to me. Today I called him again, since he did not return my call yesterday as he said he would. We got into a Big argument again. He looked up the invoice and said that he was ONLY supposed to paint the cart period!!!!! I swore at him and hung up. Needless to say I would NEVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!

My Club Car with a gas motor needed an adjustment because the carb was new. Sal's team figured out that it that there was also a problem with the accelerator and governor cables. I picked it up, test drove it and asked them to readjust....they said no problem. Sal's guys dove right in to get the motor performing like I was used to. That is great service and worth every penny! THANK YOU Carts Parts.

Was hard to locate off the bat. Ended up passing it going south and literally had to drive a good distance to be able to turn around safely with the busy traffic on Cave Creek Rd. So once i did find it, the parking lot was timy and had no avaible spots to park. After parking where i probably shouldnt have.. I had to really check where their customers go when they come here. Some employees looked lost themselves. Anyways, after figuring out where I needed to go, I told them why I was there. They called to have an employee come bring me the part I needed. Well it turns out that it's not the part I needed. Even after calling ahead of time and giving them all the info and being told they had it in stock and gave me a price. Instead of trying to get me what I actually needed, they began telling me how to Jerry Rig the new part to make it work. I then asked if they could just check the original part that I needed to replace in the first place. After checking that, I was told that it worked and didn't seem to be broke. Then the guy said he checked the same part the day before and that he told the guy it wasn't any good, but he didn't check it right, cause he didnt know it worked and how to test it properly.... After that, I wanted to leave as fast as I could. I tried talking to the manager, but he was too busy with his guys trying to get a brand new cart that they sold to a customer who was there waiting to receive it to actually start and nobody could actually do that.I finally gave up hope and went back to the course and made some web searches and got better options on how to identify and fix the problem i was having to begin with. I found out that a co-worker of mine actually went there the day before with the same part and they sold him that same wrong switch and told him how to rig it to work. So I won't be going back to this place in the future.

Took my EZGO has cart here and was worried something major was wrong as engine was running but cart wasn't moving. I was bracing for a 1000 dollar estimate - it was only about $170. Sal was very friendly and helpful. Work was completed and routine maintenance within the work day. I asked to replace the air filter and they said it was fine and I didn't need (wow talk about honesty). Very impressed! I'll go back anytime I need to.

Wow, the one review who rated Sal Poor - Fair has a problem with his spelling. I rate that Poor - Fair. ; ) But, I will rate Sal a stand-up guy. A man who gets up and goes off to work, runs an honest business and provides a service to this community. There is always going to be at least one person who won't be satisfied, and will never say anything positive about that business again. We all make mistakes. None of us are perfect. All that energy that folks have to be so negative, should use it as positive energy, and realize that things aren't so bad after all! Sal, keep doing what you're doing! You're alright in my book!
