I had a really disappointing experience at this auto parts store. The older man working there was very rude and had no patience whatsoever. He spoke to me disrespectfully and even used profanity, which was shocking for a business interaction.
The part he sold me didn’t work at all, and it honestly felt like I was sold something faulty. When I returned to try to sort things out or ask for a refund, he became even more hostile and started cussing at me again instead of helping.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

To make matters worse, the part he sold me didn’t work at all—it felt like a total scam. When I went back to try to resolve the issue or get a refund, he became even more aggressive and cussed me out again instead of helping.
Customer service like this is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
I can’t say enough about these guys. Eric is very polite. It’s a family operation. The brothers are next door and do all sorts of mechanic work including motor and transmission swaps. I always source my parts here first.
Would not recommend doing business here. They had a 2000 Honda CRV 2.0L engine listed for sale for $250. I called in to try to pay for it so I could pick it up, they would not let me pay and said they needed to call me back. I got a call back about 30 minutes later from them and they said they had it priced incorrectly, that the price is $850.
Bought a computer that was fried. Checked until I got to my location just to find out that they nicely robbed me off 100$. Don't buy electrical parts here. They don't have signs that say they don't warranty them neither does the receipt. Not coming here again
I had a rather bad experience here. That being said, I did get a refund. I came in and asked about a rear driver side door window. He came back with the passenger window. Waited for the correct window. Took it home to install it and it was the wrong size. I won't be going again to this place.
Really really bad customer service, they lie so bad. I went to the yard myself to check if they have a car so I found 2 cars they same one that I was looking for, I left and called them and asked if they have it, they said no! Literally after 5m when I left
Victor was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I found a transmission and he was even cheaper than another yard i called. I got a 90 warranty on the transmission also. I will do business with him again in the future when the need arises.
After running around to every pick n pull and spending a total of $60 for entry fees only to be disappointed. ODR had everything we needed to get our car every odd end item we needed. Customer service was great, easy to work with, quick at pulling the parts we needed and fairly priced.
I purchased an engine from them, had them install it brought it back the next day because it was leaking fuel even with a 90 day warranty they refused to repair it.were going to court now.do t trust them.
UPDATE: I would like to thank ODR for standing by the warranty after negotiating some terms. My truck is finally running great thank you for stepping up to the plate
I was provided with professional and courteous service and fair pricing here. Victor escorted me to the vehicle and pulled the part for me. It was a bit of a struggle to find somewhere to park. However, I just ended up parking across the street.
