Outstanding customer service from JC! He was incredibly helpful and informative about what was needed and how long the process would take! Will recommend him to anyone needing to get rid of a car. Thank you JC!

It was great doing business with JC. He is very fair and honest, and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Talked to JC about picking up my 08 Saturn that needed to be junked. Really nice dude, was at the pickup site and everything taken care of within 30 minutes. Highly recommend using them if you need this service. Couldn't have gone better

This business is absolutely amazing. The crew that works for the company is just as amazing. They gave me a fair price for my junk car and had it loaded and gone with cash in hand in less than 10 minutes.

I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone.

These guys are quick and reliable and on time to make sure the car was picked up and out of your way in timely manner and also super nice guys I highly recommend then

J.C is hella cool & respectful. Called and they picked up the car next day. Good spot to give a car for cash.

I had a nightmare to contend with but these guys were phenomenal to deal with due to location of my car and where I live about 4 hours away we were able to arrange the pick up of the car and mail the title to them without me having to meet them which would have required an 8hr round-trip drive for me a little trust and we are done. I would use them again for sure
They are super friendly on the phone and easy to work with. They are prompt. Pick up when they say they will no hiccups on thier end at all

Contacted them for a junk car pickup and the process was easier than I had expected. Sent some photos, set a time, they were here even a little before the set time, cash in had and car gone in less than 20 minutes! Fair prices and time efficient. I highly recommend

He was amazing and made the process easy. Gave me an honest answer and made sure I was good and taken care of. Will recommend to anyone

They did everything they possibly could to make the transition from owning a car to it being totaled, a smooth process for us. They were friendly, responsive, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend them for any assistance you have with dealing with a junked auto.

I called JC when my son’s car caught fire and we were stuck on the side of the road during rush hour in the middle of the week. He was very responsive and extremely helpful and get me a truck to take the car on less than 45 minutes! His professionalism was second to none and the speed of action to help us out was unbelievable. The first question he asked was “is everybody ok” which shows they care and have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this company to anybody in a heartbeat!

I would 100% recommend this company. JC was great over the phone. I called late on a Friday and he helped to make sure I was able to get my car out of the tow yard before the weekend saving me a lot of money. Travis was the driver and he showed up quickly. Was super friendly as well. They gave me a very reasonable offer for my car.

The driver was absolutely awesome . Made everything simple. The whole process from first call to pick up went without a hitch . This should be everyone's first choice . Thank you Justin , you rock !

JC and Travis were great today.
My 2017 WRX took a crap last week.Autonation Subaru Scottsdale offered me minimal trade after they lied to me.
Timely, honest, and personable.

Unfortunately I never completely the transaction but the level of candid professionalism is other worldly. I spoke with Justin and he took damn good care of me and all my questions and was patient with me when I backed out of our deal. He's a true rockstar, give that man a promotion.

JC and the drivers were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were patient with our questions, followed through with clear communication, and were reliable. It was a seamless experience and we're so thankful we have a business like theirs to rely on here in the valley.

EXCELLENT customer service!! Couldn't have been more happy with the seamless process that both JC & Travis provided us with! JC kept in contact with me the entire time, from start to finish. Travis, the driver that picked up our vehicle, was a hoot to chat with. Very cool dude! They're both professional & we appreciated their top notch service.

They were professional, fair, and decent. The transaction was done very smoothly and efficiently.
If I'm ever in a situation to sell a car that has been in an accident, I will definitely call them for that purpose. I recommend them to others who need to sell their cars if they have been in an accident.

J.C. was phenomenal in the way he facilitated my transaction! Travis was very professional when he came by to tow away my vehicle and present me with the exact amount of cash I was promised! 888 Junkcars are the best in the business!

I recently had the pleasure of working with 888JunkCars, and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and prompt response. Rick was incredibly kind and fair throughout the entire process. I accidentally left my Coach glasses in the car, and Rick went out of his way to find them and return them to me. I highly recommend 888JunkCars for anyone needing their services. Thank you for the excellent experience!

I am beyond impressed! JC was more than fair on what he offered me for my vehicle and when Rick arrived he was just as friendly and wonderful to deal with. I even needed some additional help with car parts and JC did not hesitate to help me find what I was searching for! I am a single mother and today I am proud to say that I did business with this company and I KNOW they were more than fair to me! Thank you again!

JC is a literal superhero! My car slung a rod and I was going to have to pay over $800 JUST to have it towed to the nearest junkyard. Then I stumbled across his company here on Google and I chose it because they had the best and most reviews and they certainly earned that reputation and my business. The hand off was seamless and easy. I gave them the place. They picked up the car. No hassle nice and easy. And as soon as they got the title (which had to be mailed to them) I got a picture of the received title and a call that they had received it and the money from my car sale was already in my account. Great company and I would trust JC as a person with literally anything. So if your car breaks down for good please call 888junk cars first. And you’ll thank yourself.

JC was very informative and helpful. He gave us a very fair price for our car. From the first phone call to pick up was less then 2 hours that we had our cash in hand. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great company! They gave me a reasonable price for my car and they picked it up within the day! Fast response from JC when starting the process. They answered all of my questions and made it quick and easy! Matt was my pickup driver and he was great, super kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company if looking for an easy way to get rid of your car, no work necessary on your part. :)

RICK T. was great to work with. Received a fair price. He responded quickly to pick up the car. Rick was very professional and came out to East Valley the same day and kept us posted of when exactly he would arrive. Thank you for the positive experience.

Rick was absolutely the nicest guy to work with! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He was on time, polite & friendly & I truly appreciated his professional service. JC in the office was great to. If you have a car you need to get rid of don't waste time on anyone else. These guys are the best. Thank you for all your wonderful service you all are outstanding people & operate a top notch business!

JC, he was amazing! He quoted me 150 after numerous of other places were lowballing me at 25, 30 and 50, and I had explained that I had totaled my car by hitting a semi truck after being clipped in the front end and he was thankful that I was living to tell the story! I would highly suggest this company for anyone. I would gladly use this again if needed! Thank you guys for the exceptional service!
