I Buy Junk Cars - Cash for Junk Cars Phoenix in
Phoenix (AZ)

ruuuude. tried pressuring me into giving a price i would want for it and i began to ask “has this model came in before”. then he said you know what im gonna pass. he was very short with me

Who ever answered the phone was mad rude and didn’t even let me finish my starter sentence before interrupting me and rushing off the phone with no info given. Horrible. Dnt waste your time

I wish I could give zero star .Horrible customer service from guy I talked to. Didn’t give a quote at all and was unprofessional in every sense of the word . Would definitely not recommend their services , even if they paid good money .

I have two junk cars. I called for the first one and asked how much I can get for it. I didn't get an answer; instead, I was pressured into giving the amount I'll take for the car. After I gave the amount I'll take, they were happy to help me, and Evan gave me a cellphone number. I texted the number for the second car. One again was pressured into giving the amount I wanted im gussing he didn't like the amount i asked for so he ignored my text i called and the person i spoke with was rude ended up selling cars elsewhere and getting $170 more for the first car

Great service! I called got an offer and the vehicle was picked up the next day. Definitely would recommend this establishment.

Quick to answer my call, only one that did out of the list of 4 places I tried on Easter Monday. So I appreciated that. He said he'd be there before the end of the day, he got there within the hour. Under promised, over delivered. Very much appreciated, the paperwork was smooth and quick. Very good experience.

Jocko was amazing!! Called on Monday and he had my old car picked up on tuesday. He was very accommodating, and even filled up one of the tires with air and jumped it so it was the smoothest pick up ever. I was so stressed about figuring out what to do with my old car, and he was so great in helping solve my problem!! Highly recommend.

Wow..! I’m shocked by how RUDE the man I had talked to was short, didn’t even take the time to look up the vehicle to give me a quote I had asked for, that way I had an ideal estimate on the price range the my vehicle cost. He didn’t after I gave him a price he laughed and said that’s ridiculous! He will pass BYE! Like WOW I am in disbelief of the horrible service and how unprofessional

Highly recommend , super easy fast service!
I was looking to get rid of my junk car and thanks to I Buy Junk Cars I was able to sell , get my car towed & get paid in cash all within a few hours of contact . If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would ! I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend giving them a call should you have a car you no longer need and don’t know what to do with .

Joc is the way to go!! He helped me out of a despetate situation. Although he provided excellent customer service, I was more impressed with the compassion and thoughtfulness he provided me. I truly felt he cared and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and important. There may be plenty of places to choose from but Joc truly wants to help. When no one else cared, he did. Thank you for your sincere help and conversation, you are a blessing!!

I cannot speaking highly enough of Jocko. Driving cross country from Nevada to Florida, I didn’t have much time and he worked to make sure he met up with me as soon as possible. He’s so gosh darn friendly, worked with me on every possibly aspect, and was so flexible. If you are even considering doing business with Jocko, DO IT!!!

If I could leave one I will. I called early morning he offered 300 lol I said give me 10 mins. Wind up taking half the day because there’s kids in my house n I forgot but overall called back he was very rude and disrespectful Joe was who I spoke with. I don’t care if I said I’d call back tomorrow he was unprofessional and I hung up on him. Found someone who gave me way more for my car than 300. Some people really need business etiquette and manners. Cause baby let me had really been unhealed he would have got the business real shit who give someone an ultimatum on picking up a junk car.

Jocko with I Buy Junk Cars was absolutely wonderful to do business with as well as being such a blessing to myself and my family. He was not only understanding but very respectable and sympathetic during a time of need. The time it took to help was very quick and affective process. I would recommend his service and can't emphasize enough of how kind, helpful, and personable he is in his business.

I had an amazing experience with I Buy Junk Cars, they were quick to respond and took good care of me. I had to get rid of my car and some spare parts due to college and they were quick to accept and help me out. Wonderful service I would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of their car, I will be sure to call them next time I need a car gone.

Amazing quick easy process I’m so glad I went with these guys. I read the reviews which weren’t all that great but I respect honesty and direct. I advised I was moving to Ohio and needed the car gone. They came within a hour with cash. Highly Recommend I would give 10 stars

Joc was GREAT! Within the first ten minutes of conversation and giving him the info on the car, Joc gave me a very fair price for my car. Even more Amazing, his people were at my place with the tow truck and cash in hand within two hours. I definitely recommend Joc if you’re looking to offload your car.
Great Communication.
Very fast response time.
5 Stars!

Very professional and knowledgeable in title transfer. Call them if you ever need a hand getting a car removed. We sold our 09 camry that just blew its motor and got a fair offer with no hassle picked up same day. Highly recommend and would use again if ever needed.

Jocko was an absolute pleasure and blessing to work!! From our first conversation to the close of the deal everything went perfectly.

I was in a predicament. I live in California, my son just graduated, came home and left his car on a college campus in Arizona. I got notice that it was about to get towed the same day. Found Jocko after a quick Google search and we agreed to a very reasonable price for the purchase of my car! I admit I was skeptical doing everything sight unseen and over the phone since I still had to get him the keys and get the paperwork together. BUT Jocko helped me out and took action by getting the car towed off of campus and gave me time to get everything together. Jocko was very easy to work with, communicative, responsive, patient, and pleasant! He proves that there are still good people in this world--even in the car biz!

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Jocko and with Val. Honest, honest, honest - professional, courteous, generous. We negotiated briefly over the phone and Jocko gave us EXACTLY what we asked for. He explained each and every detail, there were NO surprises. Val, the driver, was on time, courteous and funny. I kinda wish we could do more than leave a good review for them. Hey Jocko, I'm a web developer, I'll give you an AMAZING DEAL on a fully responsive website with automatic appointment setting features dude! Google me: Nerd of Fortune, I'll HOOK you up!
So stay away from the others on this Google list and just CALL JOCKO if you want fair, honest and courteous service!!!!

Tough to get in touch with. Used the website contact form and didn't get a response. Called and got through on the second try. Got a fair offer, accepted, pickup scheduled for the same day. Truck was almost two hours late, not really a big deal on a random Tuesday. **To other reviewers complaining about customer service: these dudes hustle and scrap cars for a living. Yes, they're curt. They have work to do and trying to negotiate on a price for a busted car is wasting their time. You want good customer service then go to a nice restaurant.

First of all, employees show amazing customer service and made this whole experience easy. From the moment I called to when they towed the car, it was hassle free. Service was quick, I called around 9am and car was picked up and home by 2:30pm the same day. I would high recommend this company. Oh by the way, they paid more compared to other companies I called. 10/10 recommended.

Thank you so much Jocko for helping and assisting our family with the sale of our car, with COVID still ramped we didn’t want buyers to come to our home to view the car. Jocko gave us a bid over the phone of what he could offer and it was a great price. He made the whole transaction safe and comfortable.. Thank you again and you will be blessed to do business with this company, Jocko you ROCK!!

Awesome and painless experience! My truck had served my family well, but it was time let go. While searching options available and having limited time to devote to this task, I found this company.

As stated throughout the reviews, Jocko and his emoloyee were very professional, on- time (actually earlier than expected), and incredibly courteous during this transaction. Thank you!!

Magnificent an extraordinary!....
Thank you for all your help yesterday, Because I didn’t know what I was going to do. I truly appreciate you guys. The service was excellent and very FAST. When the driver came to pick up my truck, He was very nice and polite. He knew exactly what he was doing. Very friendly! If I could give them more than five stars. The scale would break down...Many thanks for your kind and efficient service. I have already and will definitely continue to recommend your services to others in the future. Thanks again.

Jocko was very nice and professional...I chose this business over two other businesses even when another company quoted me more for my car. It was his friendly demeanor and professionalism which made me go with him. His driver met me within an hour with cash and the process was quick. I def recommend using his service!

My experience was great! Jocko was really friendly which made the experience even better! My van was picked up the same day I contacted him. The process was so easy and even the guy ( sorry, I forgot the name)who picked up our van was friendly. I would recommend this company to any and everyone!

Contacted the company with the type of vehicle I had. And had many questions. Jocko and his team were friendly and Courteous. They quoted a fair price for the type of vehicle I had and There staff scheduled a pick up right away. The driver Valentine was professional and super cool guy. Would recommend I Buy Junk Cars
Thank you again
