Who ever answered the phone was mad rude and didn’t even let me finish my starter sentence before interrupting me and rushing off the phone with no info given. Horrible. Dnt waste your time

I wish I could give zero star .Horrible customer service from guy I talked to. Didn’t give a quote at all and was unprofessional in every sense of the word . Would definitely not recommend their services , even if they paid good money .

I have two junk cars. I called for the first one and asked how much I can get for it. I didn't get an answer; instead, I was pressured into giving the amount I'll take for the car. After I gave the amount I'll take, they were happy to help me, and Evan gave me a cellphone number. I texted the number for the second car. One again was pressured into giving the amount I wanted im gussing he didn't like the amount i asked for so he ignored my text i called and the person i spoke with was rude ended up selling cars elsewhere and getting $170 more for the first car

Quick to answer my call, only one that did out of the list of 4 places I tried on Easter Monday. So I appreciated that. He said he'd be there before the end of the day, he got there within the hour. Under promised, over delivered. Very much appreciated, the paperwork was smooth and quick. Very good experience.

Jocko was amazing!! Called on Monday and he had my old car picked up on tuesday. He was very accommodating, and even filled up one of the tires with air and jumped it so it was the smoothest pick up ever. I was so stressed about figuring out what to do with my old car, and he was so great in helping solve my problem!! Highly recommend.

Wow..! I’m shocked by how RUDE the man I had talked to was short, didn’t even take the time to look up the vehicle to give me a quote I had asked for, that way I had an ideal estimate on the price range the my vehicle cost. He didn’t after I gave him a price he laughed and said that’s ridiculous! He will pass BYE! Like WOW I am in disbelief of the horrible service and how unprofessional

Highly recommend , super easy fast service! I cannot speaking highly enough of Jocko. Driving cross country from Nevada to Florida, I didn’t have much time and he worked to make sure he met up with me as soon as possible. He’s so gosh darn friendly, worked with me on every possibly aspect, and was so flexible. If you are even considering doing business with Jocko, DO IT!!!

If I could leave one I will. I called early morning he offered 300 lol I said give me 10 mins. Wind up taking half the day because there’s kids in my house n I forgot but overall called back he was very rude and disrespectful Joe was who I spoke with. I don’t care if I said I’d call back tomorrow he was unprofessional and I hung up on him. Found someone who gave me way more for my car than 300. Some people really need business etiquette and manners. Cause baby let me had really been unhealed he would have got the business real shit who give someone an ultimatum on picking up a junk car.

Tough to get in touch with. Used the website contact form and didn't get a response. Called and got through on the second try. Got a fair offer, accepted, pickup scheduled for the same day. Truck was almost two hours late, not really a big deal on a random Tuesday. **To other reviewers complaining about customer service: these dudes hustle and scrap cars for a living. Yes, they're curt. They have work to do and trying to negotiate on a price for a busted car is wasting their time. You want good customer service then go to a nice restaurant.

First of all, employees show amazing customer service and made this whole experience easy. From the moment I called to when they towed the car, it was hassle free. Service was quick, I called around 9am and car was picked up and home by 2:30pm the same day. I would high recommend this company. Oh by the way, they paid more compared to other companies I called. 10/10 recommended.
