Very good customer service. Hector was very helpful and punctual. The engine arrived quickly and as described. I have not started it yet, but there's no indication that it will do anything but function as described. Definitely a good experience from the other side of the country.

VERY knowledgeable staff. These guy's are actually a HONEST company. If they are selling a engine that they say has 87k miles on it. The engine ACTUALLY HAS 87k on it. VERY PLEASED with their staff and part's that I have purchased there!!
I and a few others (from here to east coast) have been searching for a fuel tank/pumps for my 02 Thunderbird for 14 months with no luck. Until today!!! Chuck, at Riteway Auto Parts, not only tracked down what I needed in one day but the tank/pumps only had 38K miles on it!! This find is next to impossible if you know anyone with a late model Tbird needing any rejuvenation I am a very happy customer and will recommend Riteway to anyone in search of obscure or current auto parts!
Very good company to deal with, ordered a grill for my truck was sent the wrong one at first, got ahold of them and they shipped me the right one the very next day, kept me in the loop the whole time would definitely buy parts from riteway again!
Riteway auto parts is one of the best and most professional used auto parts suppliers I have been to. Just walking in and seeing how clean and organized this establishment is is impressive. I had the privilege dealing with Hector . He was able to find exactly what I needed for my vehicle and the parts were in great condition! Also if he doesn’t have it in stock he reaches out to other suppliers around the area to make sure you find your part. Definitely a 5 star rating. I will be going back for any of my vehicle parts I need.
I wish I could leave 10 stars! Chuck is one of the most honest and stand-up guys I know. Crazy thing is we never met face to face! Goes to show you what kind of guy he is. I needed a transmission and it was a tricky situation. He went above and beyond to understand my problem, what I was looking for, provide me honest feedback, and shoot me straight. In the end, it didn’t work out because of the type of car/part I had/was needing. Nonetheless, I do as much maintenance work on my cars as possible and if I ever need a part, I won’t think twice about it and I will be calling him. He earned a loyal customer for life!
This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a recycler. Hector was very kind helpful and… The phone was picked up immediately! I wish Riteway had all of the parts I needed because I would only be going to them for Service. I can’t tell you how much of a game changer. This is for all builders and autobody shops to experience something like this. Right way and Hector are on the right path.

Riteway Auto Parts had the module I needed for my C5 Corvette that Chevy no longer makes. It was a used module that had been tested. I bought it, had it installed and programmed to my car. I now have a working ABS module. I recommend them for your out of stock or no longer available Corvette parts. Working with them was easy and I received my part in a few days.

You came online to find the right parts for your car from a hopefully reputable dealer. Well you found them ! Riteway! I needed an ENGINE for my C7 Corvette and found one on the Riteway website. Obviously I was cautious ...when you're talking about something that costs more than a few thousand dollars like this. But got hooked up with Hector at Riteway and he took me through the entire process. The extra legwork he did to make sure everything was right, like checking with Mgrs. , checking with GM itself, contacting the freight company etc., was amazing. And he kept me in the loop the whole way. Can't say enough about Riteway...and if you're smart you'll find Hector to help you out.

Called these guys about a spindle and hub, they had it and sent me several photos of the part and quoted a very competitive price. It was too late for me to drive out there so they sent me a link to buy it that night and held it for the until the next afternoon. When I showed up they had already inspected the part and noted that the hub did not spin (corrosion on account of being an old part). They offered to refund (without me asking) or give me a significant discount - which I accepted. No haggle; no hard time; super professional and customer-oriented. I’ll be back for for, I’m sure! Been searching for a hard-to-find/out of production part for a customer's '81 Corvette so I contacted Riteway. Initially they sent me the incorrect part (simple mistake) but as soon as I contacted them again about the error they made the situation right. I found a car on google images, when I got the number and called Greg the sales man was outstanding. Most places don’t want to take the time to look for the part or just don’t return your call. I’m working on a old 560SL and parts are hard to find. Not only did he return my call he checked on other parts for me and keep me updated. I want to say thank you Greg for your WONDERFUL customer service.
Beyond impressed- First let me say there was a problem with my order and they made it right! I purchased a side view mirror online, which was very scary but they provided a description indicating the product was in grade A condition and after months of online searching I found what I needed in their inventory. Package came quickly however, when i took the box to the body shop for installation I was very disappointed to see the product wasn't quite grade A. I took pictures of it and emailed them to Riteway. Within hours i had several reps reach out to me, once on the phone they asked me what it would take to make it right. I explained the extra expense of painting it and they refunded me most of the cost to paint. With no hesitation in escalating the request to their owner for approval. I have a side mirror once again and I have full confidence in this company as a source for body parts! In fact, I just googled the company to browse for a few other parts because I most definitely plan on purchasing from them again. Thanks for your great customer service, it goes so far in the auto industry. Great company!
