This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Phoenix, AZ, Riteway Auto Parts rates 96/100 with overwhelmingly positive reviews. Shoppers highlight an honest, professional staff (Hector, Chuck, Carlos, Oscar), fair-to-competitive pricing, quick answers and shipping, and success sourcing hard-to-find parts (e.g., Corvette/Thunderbird). The facility is clean and organized; parts match descriptions and any hiccups are resolved fast (refunds, exchanges). Themes: deep inventory, easy part locating, solid warranties, minimal waits. Caveat: one report of an overpriced quote and poor treatment.
These guys sold us an engine that had an issue, they were professional and responsive and made sure we came to a fair resolution in a timely manner. They are rare gentlemen in a tough industry and we will deal with them again.
VERY knowledgeable staff.
These guy's are actually a HONEST company. If they are selling a engine that they say has 87k miles on it.
The engine ACTUALLY HAS 87k on it.
VERY PLEASED with their staff and part's that I have purchased there!!
I and a few others (from here to east coast) have been searching for a fuel tank/pumps for my 02 Thunderbird for 14 months with no luck. Until today!!! Chuck, at Riteway Auto Parts, not only tracked down what I needed in one day but the tank/pumps only had 38K miles on it!! This find is next to impossible if you know anyone with a late model Tbird needing any rejuvenation I am a very happy customer and will recommend Riteway to anyone in search of obscure or current auto parts!
Very good company to deal with, ordered a grill for my truck was sent the wrong one at first, got ahold of them and they shipped me the right one the very next day, kept me in the loop the whole time would definitely buy parts from riteway again!
Riteway auto parts is one of the best and most professional used auto parts suppliers I have been to. Just walking in and seeing how clean and organized this establishment is is impressive. I had the privilege dealing with Hector . He was able to find exactly what I needed for my vehicle and the parts were in great condition! Also if he doesn’t have it in stock he reaches out to other suppliers around the area to make sure you find your part. Definitely a 5 star rating. I will be going back for any of my vehicle parts I need.
I wish I could leave 10 stars! Chuck is one of the most honest and stand-up guys I know. Crazy thing is we never met face to face! Goes to show you what kind of guy he is. I needed a transmission and it was a tricky situation. He went above and beyond to understand my problem, what I was looking for, provide me honest feedback, and shoot me straight. In the end, it didn’t work out because of the type of car/part I had/was needing. Nonetheless, I do as much maintenance work on my cars as possible and if I ever need a part, I won’t think twice about it and I will be calling him. He earned a loyal customer for life!
This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a recycler. Hector was very kind helpful and… The phone was picked up immediately! I wish Riteway had all of the parts I needed because I would only be going to them for Service. I can’t tell you how much of a game changer. This is for all builders and autobody shops to experience something like this. Right way and Hector are on the right path.
Had a great experience with Carlos. Great pricing and free shipping. I will definitely be doing more business with Riteway Auto Parts to finish my 2004 Mercedes SL 500.
Riteway Auto Parts had the module I needed for my C5 Corvette that Chevy no longer makes. It was a used module that had been tested. I bought it, had it installed and programmed to my car. I now have a working ABS module. I recommend them for your out of stock or no longer available Corvette parts. Working with them was easy and I received my part in a few days.
Great, friendly service and quick shipping.
Part was in solid shape for being over 20 years old. Installed it and it worked like the factory original. Would not hesitate to order from them again. Shout out to Hector for being so great to work with.
Z06 wheel is beautifully refinished! Hector was great to work with. He called after I paid and before they shipped the wheel because the shipper mentioned different finishes and wanted to be sure I got the right finish. Thanks for a great wheel and great service!
You came online to find the right parts for your car from a hopefully reputable dealer.
Well you found them ! Riteway!
I needed an ENGINE for my C7 Corvette and found one on the Riteway website. Obviously I was cautious ...when you're talking about something that costs more than a few thousand dollars like this.
But got hooked up with Hector at Riteway and he took me through the entire process. The extra legwork he did to make sure everything was right, like checking with Mgrs. , checking with GM itself, contacting the freight company etc., was amazing. And he kept me in the loop the whole way.
Can't say enough about Riteway...and if you're smart you'll find Hector to help you out.
Ordered a replacement driver seat for my VW. Part works perfect and was as described. Carlos at RiteWay Auto Parts was great to work with. Process was simple and easy. Will use RiteWay Auto again for sure!! A+
Great communication, quick with response, and arranging everything, even with asking a million questions and multiple order changes. Thank you! Hoping shipping goes just as smooth!
Called these guys about a spindle and hub, they had it and sent me several photos of the part and quoted a very competitive price. It was too late for me to drive out there so they sent me a link to buy it that night and held it for the until the next afternoon.
When I showed up they had already inspected the part and noted that the hub did not spin (corrosion on account of being an old part). They offered to refund (without me asking) or give me a significant discount - which I accepted. No haggle; no hard time; super professional and customer-oriented. I’ll be back for for, I’m sure! Thanks again, guys!
Hector was helpful with a smooth transaction got a part I was looking for. He verified all information for the part was correct before placing the order, very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate great businesses like this
I’ve been In Bussiness for 7 years and I have been buying parts from Riteway Auto Parts Hector has been very helpful getting the parts I need, it’s been an excellent experience, prices, warranties, shipping, I recommend Riteway for anyone who wants to keep repair vehicles with quality parts thank you, R.W.P. Happy holidays!!
I would like to thank Riteway Auto Parts and Oscar the sales rep that assisted me with the auto part that I purchased. Oscar was very perfectional, patient and knowledgeable while assisting with my purchase. The part arrived in 2 days just as stated by Oscar from Arizona to the Bay area. The part was installed today by my mechanic and all is good at this point. Thanks again, I know whom to contact when looking for auto parts. Vino
Great service. The salesman even followed up to make sure I received the podium paylink to ensure the wheel shipped out the same day I ordered. Thank you from all of us at Walpole Tire and Service.
I was thrilled that they had the part I was looking for that Nissan discontinued manufacturing. It was very easy to order it over the phone and pay for it, and my son picked it up the same day using the confirmation number. It was a very good experience.
Been searching for a hard-to-find/out of production part for a customer's '81 Corvette so I contacted Riteway.
Initially they sent me the incorrect part (simple mistake) but as soon as I contacted them again about the error they made the situation right.
Hector at Riteway was AWESOME at staying in contact, updating me as to the situation, so Riteway has earned my business and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Terrific company with terrific people!
Great deal, honest, everyone was polite and friendly and Hector made sure it was the right part after getting the run around from other parts places. Definitely will do business with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them either.
I found a car on google images, when I got the number and called Greg the sales man was outstanding. Most places don’t want to take the time to look for the part or just don’t return your call. I’m working on a old 560SL and parts are hard to find. Not only did he return my call he checked on other parts for me and keep me updated. I want to say thank you Greg for your WONDERFUL customer service.
Beyond impressed- First let me say there was a problem with my order and they made it right! I purchased a side view mirror online, which was very scary but they provided a description indicating the product was in grade A condition and after months of online searching I found what I needed in their inventory. Package came quickly however, when i took the box to the body shop for installation I was very disappointed to see the product wasn't quite grade A. I took pictures of it and emailed them to Riteway. Within hours i had several reps reach out to me, once on the phone they asked me what it would take to make it right. I explained the extra expense of painting it and they refunded me most of the cost to paint. With no hesitation in escalating the request to their owner for approval. I have a side mirror once again and I have full confidence in this company as a source for body parts! In fact, I just googled the company to browse for a few other parts because I most definitely plan on purchasing from them again. Thanks for your great customer service, it goes so far in the auto industry. Great company!
