Claiming to have owned a maintenance shop for over 30 years, yet failing to understand basic used car upkeep, makes it clear this business is not trustworthy

Nothing less than 5 star service for Brett and Jessica. This was our first experience buying a vehicle from them and boy did they make it easy. It was hassle free, honest and an enjoyable experience. I have no doubt we will look to them again when we want another vehicle, but in the meantime, we are enjoying our conversion van.

Brett and Jessica are no nonsense people - here's the car, here's the Carfax, here's what it's worth and that's the price. If you want to haggle, don't bother going to them. If you want a good car in excellent condition that's been thoroughly checked out at a fair price, you will enjoy dealing with them.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Friendly folks who follow up with me when I have a question. One of the things I hate most about buying a car at the dealership is the time it takes. I usually spend 5 or 6 hours trying to get through the paperwork. Drives me nuts. I'm wanting to hit the road and enjoy my new ride and by the end of the process I'm worn out. Not here. It probably took us 30 minutes of actual work and the paperwork was complete and we were on the road. I paid a very fair price for my Caddy. Our new car is basically new from the factory. It even smells like a new car. Please don't hesitate to give them a call, you won't regret it!

Brett and Jessica are the absolute best! They’re honest, and, because I lived nearby, brought the car to me! I test drove the car and had the keys in my hand no more than an hour later. Thank you both for being trustworthy and open about everything! I will definitely refer my friends to you!

Im a black and white type of person, I typically hate used car lots because of shady dealings that can go with them. Usually these type places wont quote you an "out the door price", because they have so much "hidden costs that you run away, when they give you the final price". NOT HERE - IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A VEHICLE, YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF, give these guys a call. They were super informative over the phone, gave me all pricing numbers upfront. And when I got there they had the vehicle pulled up ready for a test drive. Gave me A+ service, with no hidden costs or shady sales tactics. Down to Earth friendly people.

Ask about an OTD price and shortly after is was provided. No weaseling to try and get me down there first, zero pressure. No unnecessary add-on charges . Although I hadnt made a purchase(due to my reasons) I will definitely be trying again next time I am in the market for another ride. Thanks Brett and Jessica!

I have been buying cars for a long time: 60 plus years. I have never had such a wonderful time enjoying my purchase with Brett and his wife. They are good folks upfront and honest. His warranty is the best in the used vehicle business. I will not buy anywhere else and advise friends and family to do the same. Hats off to the two of you.

Brett and his people at Auto Paradise Az are the absolute best. I have now purchases two cars in the $5000-7000 range from them. I still own both vehicles , they both run well (one for myself and one for my youngest daughter), and I drive all the way across Phoenix to Auto Paradise whenever they require service. They are that good. Buy here and never look back.

We flew in from MN to buy a 12-yr-old, 57k mile minivan that and had a good experience overall. Reuben helped us on site and was very friendly, and Brett made the buying process smooth. They put new tires on to make sure we were safe on the 2000 mile journey back home. My only regrets are not spending more time on the test drive and not having it evaluated by an independent shop before purchase. We flew in and left town within hours. It was advertised as "needs nothing" and I believe they didn't find major issues before listing it. However, the sliding door didn't shut right and ended up rattling really bad on bumpy roads. An occasional clunk in the transmission turned out to be broken engine mounts and a faint whirring from the engine grew louder by the time we got home was the alternator burning out (started smoking after we got home). The warranty is only good if a buyer can bring it back in to the shop, which was not practical for us so we blew it as the dealer would not reimburse us for the repairs at our local shop. I'm leaving a 5-star review because I believe they are good honest people and would have helped fix the issues that came up if I was local, but would caution out of state buyers to make sure it's totally gone through.

Brett is wonderful person to deal with. Clean cars. 90 day warranty. I don't see why anybody would buy vehicle elsewhere. I'm sorry I forget the resident mechanics name. You were awesome as well. Thank you auto paradise

I bought a used 2003 Nissan Xterra with 130,000 miles from Auto Paradise . I met and test drove the car, was as advertised and Brett even met me on a Sunday due to my work schedule. I have been back twice with minor problems to fix and was treated well both times by Brett and the mechanic. They even installed a maplight I purchased online for free . Great service and nice to buy a used vehicle with confidence you will be treated well. .

Terrible Experience. I made an appointment with these guys at 1:30 to drive one of there trucks that was suppose to be in LIKE NEW shape. When we walked up we told the guy we were there to see the truck. He was not very friendly from the beginning. He walked into the parking lot and pulled the truck up right next to us. As soon as he pulled up I was disappointed. The truck was filthy. They didn't even clean it for us. The roof rack was missing. The bumpers were faded and looked like it was faded or half coated with something. The inside at the most was a rating of 3 on a scale of 1-5. The truck drove ok except for some play in the brakes. My only advice to someone looking at there vehicles is, If they say its like new then you better expect downgrading that 2 levels and don't expect the red carpet treatment at this place. I usually don't give reviews unless I was exceptionally happy or unhappy with my experience. Hopefully your experience will be better.

Auto Paradise of Arizona is a great company! Relatives bought a truck from them five years ago from out of state, and it was such a good experience that I got a car through them this past year. They are good, honest people who don't rip off their customers. They specialize in one- or two-owner vehicles in excellent condition. All of the vehicles are put through an evaluation of condition, and the price is fair. My car is a 2001 Saturn, and to look at it, you would think that it was nearly new. Yes, it has some miles on it, but the previous owners took excellent care of it, and it's a beautiful car. Auto Paradise takes care of their buyers. Once you buy a vehicle from them, they really treat you well when you occasionally need mechanical work. They don't overcharge you, do unnecessary work, or do shoddy work. You have to wait a while for an appointment, because they are a tiny shop with a waiting list, but, believe me, it is well worth the wait to have good, honest mechanics repair your car. These guys are great! Keep up the good work, Brett and team!

Bought my 2002 2500hd 8.1 from Autoparadiseaz. Had it shipped all the way across the country to virginia. Was nervous about buying a vehicle sight unseen. But they are hard to find with this engine combination and in great shape. Brett handled everything over the phone and email with me. He even marked the vehicle as “ sale pending, thanks Darrell for your business”. Which helped put my mind at ease while waiting on the paper work. He described the vehicle perfectly and when it showed up it was exactly as he said it would be. Even though im clear across the country i will be keeping my eye on the website in case something else pops up that i like. They really do deal in “cream puffs”. Nice rust free southwest vehicle. Very satisfied customer.

Purchased my 2001 Chevrolet 2500 HD from Auto Paradise. The truck is absolutely flawless, and so was the transaction. Great low-pressure dealership with quality used cars. I'd buy from them again when it is time for a new ride.

We first found our Toyota Tacoma on one of the web portals and were immeidately impressed with how clean and new it looked depiste its almost 20 years and just over 150,000 miles - it looked so nice you'd never have known it from the pics. We called Brett who told us he works by appointment and was happy to accomodate anytime we were free...his level of customer service considtently high all the way through. When we arrived at his dealership the lot was immaculate, even meticulously cared for, and every vehicle was washed and sparkling. The truck was in the same excellent condition the online listing indicated, inside and out, and ran as well as it looked. When it came time to buy Brett rode with us to the DMV office nearby and helped take care of all the details. In every way we felt comfortable, unstressed, and excited to find such a great vehicle from such a manicured place, and from such a terrific guy. We'd buy again from Brett alin a heartbeat.

Recently I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord coupe at Auto Paradise and I must say, it was by far the easiest and least stressful experience I have ever had in working with any car dealership in the valley! I had been to every major Honda dealership in the valley and found this one just by random chance and was very impressed (not to mention got the best price I could find.) I worked with Ron and he was extremely helpful, friendly and personable. I never once felt pressured nor uncared for and he even helped me through from the test drive to registration and plates. Auto paradise has some of the best inventory that I have ever seen from a smaller dealership and their vehicles are very well kept and they offer a great warranty (as they also have their own shop and mechanics on site.) Overall, I must say that this was the best and most genuine experience I could have asked for in purchasing a vehicle and I would highly suggest anyone in the market to make a stop by and see what they have for you! Wonderful experience! My husband and I came here to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee we saw in one of those auto magazines they have at the grocery store. We had been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, well it was used but new to us, for over a year. My husband went down to look first, I trust his opinion and knew he would know if this was the car for us. He came back and told me all about the Jeep, it was a 2001 with `112,000 miles on it. It was in very good condition. He talked with Ron "Rock" Rockey and told me he had a great experience dealing with him. We went down the next day and Rock exceeded our expectations as a used car salesperson. He was friendly, efficient and very hospitable Sometimes buying a car can be stressful, yet fun, but this was defiantly a pleasure. Rock is one of those people you classify as "good people." We had a problem with the paint and Rock arranged for someone to come to our home and take care of it. Auto Paradise of AZ is a good place to buy nice preowned autos and trucks. Brett specializes in finding quality used vehicles that have had only one owner. Both he and Ron Rockey are great to deal with and make the deal a snap. They also have a 2 bay shop on site with 2 mechanics that go through each vehicle before it is offered to the public for sale. I recently purchase a 1998 Land Cruiser from them and the experience was very good. I did not live in the area and they stored the vehicle for me after purchase until I could get back to the Phoenix area to pick it up. To be honest, I did not look at any of their other inventory as I specifically wanted this particular vehicle. But it was clean and the shop is well maintained and in complete order. If you see a vehicle you are seeking on any of the search engines offered by these guys it is probably worth your time to go check it out
