Ashley and Ciara were great. They did an excellent job and I made my visit more pleasant. Sierra was the best. They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited.
Driver was going east on Lincoln with a load that was so full he couldn't put the cover over it. Figured he would have learned his lesson when the back window of his truck broke out. Guess not.
I want to shine a light on the worker Ja'Patric! Stellar at his job! He did great with no help at all! I hope this company is treating him with respect and showing gratitude for someone who is taking their job very seriously knowing the size truck he has and the work load dispatch (Sierra) is sending him. Jobs wouldn't run without field workers! Take time to be intellectual and considerate with workers who are in Arizona 113 degree summer days. Great job JP
Easy to find. Quick and efficient service. Staff is patient and willing to provide easy to understand instructions. Office staff Ashley and Tierra were spectacular and provided top tier assistance. Will use again and highly recommended.
Just dropped off another few tons of scrap here and I'll keep coming back. The service is exceptional (thank you Amy!!) And being open on Saturdays is perfect. Highly recommend recycling here!
My husband and I came in about a week ago to drop off some scrap metal and I had the pleasure of being helped by a young woman names Ashley. I cannot say enough amazing accolades regarding the amazing customer service, her attention to detail and her ability to be polite and kind. Ashley, kudos to you for being such a pleasure to work with.
outside guy was helpful at first. Then said all my number 1 was actually number to .. suggested I wash it. really no welds or oil.. Then big guy was mad I tossed his plastic bucket by scale. We'll can't blame a company for getting most copper as number 2. Real money maker
Not honest I brought in clean copper bus bars And the guy Francis said no it’s number 2 and talk to the lady she’ll explain to you so I tryed to explain to her and she had no concern about me the CUSTOMER on what I was trying to address then she said I’ll give you 1 cent more if you leave a good review….. are you kidding me
I've been here multiple times now and had great experiences every time. Francis helped me sort and unload and he's extremely helpful, made it real easy. Prices are good, and the work is done quick.
Women in office for payment seem more interested in their own conversation than helping out customers. Waited 20 minutes with one person in front of me. And no friendly thank u
Chase is a legend! He was super helpful. The whole new setup there is very customer friendly allowing one to get through there a lot faster. The prices are fair and competitive. I'll be back!
The staff that work here are super nice and courteous. The two guys that work outside were honest, respectful and attentive. They make sure to help everyone in a timely manner. The lady inside was friendly.
