I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM, but my vehicle was not brought in for service until around 10:00 AM. I was told the job would take approximately three hours, yet I did not leave until about 1:30 PM. This made the total time spent over five hours.
As someone who works a graveyard shift, scheduling and timing are very important to me. This delay significantly affected my ability to rest and manage other responsibilities.
I also observed multiple employees parking in handicap-designated spaces, including the striped wheelchair access area, despite there being ample regular parking available. Photos have been included for reference.
While waiting in the lobby, there were customers speaking loudly on their phones for extended periods, and staff did not address it. As someone who is hearing disabled, I use noise-canceling headphones, yet I could still clearly hear the disruptions, which made the wait more stressful.
Additionally, after the service was completed, the ABS warning was not properly addressed, which raises concerns about the thoroughness and quality of the work performed.
Overall, while I appreciate the effort put into the repair, the lack of timeliness, attention to accessibility, customer environment, and incomplete service made this a frustrating experience. Based on this experience, I will not be returning as a customer. With in 90 days the part of my car they said they fix ended up siting on my rim.
I recommend this place for you because I was more than satisfied not only I have great but before they order a type of tires I want and the following day I receive and as soon as possible I got a call and not even a lot of time it was so quick all my tires are replaced with good pressure I'm more than happy.
As pain free as it could be! I had a flat an 4 bad tires. Towed my car in and they took it all from there and let me know when it was ready for pick up so I didn’t have to wait around. Car is already driving and feeli n so much better!
Haley is a great manager. She kept her promise of offering the best service to my Audi. Appreciate her leadership. My shop uses this location for this reason.
I'm 64 yrs old. I've had few cars in my day & had plenty of experiences taking vehicles to auto shops for repairs. Today was by far & not even close to the best experience I've ever had. Pete & Shawn, thank you gentlemen! Shot out to Haley also! All I can finish with saying, you have a problem with ANYTHING with your car, you should bring it to Big Brand Tire & Service!
Went in to get a patch expecting to pay 10-20$ easly.. then come to my surprise he told me it's FREE!! They are a life savor because money is tight right now and they helped out big time .. definitely going for all my cars tire repairs ! Super friendly! Thank you guys !! I scheduled an appointment a week ahead for an alignment and explained that I was having suspension lift installed. I was told I’d need an advanced alignment for an extra cost above a standard alignment but they would take care of me. When I arrived, albeit ahead of schedule, I was told they were short handed and wouldn’t be able to do my alignment at all that day. A phone call to explain their circumstances would have been helpful so that I had time to make other arrangements, however that didn’t happen. The gentleman inside was very dismissive and offered no solutions. Super unprofessional.
I’m sitting in the lobby right now at 533pm. I just got my vehicle here. They close at 6. I called them around 4 when I had a real bad blow out on my way to get my kids from school. I couldn’t drive my car I had to get a tow. I’m a single dad with 3 kids. When my tire blew it threw a wrench in my world like you wouldn’t believe. They told me then if I could get here within the next 15 minutes they might be able to get me in today. Well unfortunately the tow truck doesn’t show up the moment you call. But they got there quickly. Power towing shout out quick fast and reasonable price.
I got here about an hour later. 27minutes before they close. They went above and beyond my expectations. They are getting it done right now.

From when I first called for available tires, to pulling back in my driveway was 2 hours. The price was set, and were no surprises. It was a very easy process, and I am very thrilled with the warranty and product that we received. We will be going back in the future, without question. Thank you!
Competent, professional, efficient, fair priced, and takes reservations. Had trouble with a vehicle starting, wasn't sure if it was the starter, alternator, battery, or cables. Julio, Rayden, and Dan were quick to run diagnostics. Fortunately it was just the battery. In and out in less than an hour with two people ahead of me. Great crew!
I had a flat tire and stopped in there to get it fixed and they said it was fixable but less than 12 hours later it was flat again. Halley told my husband she wanted to see them and when we went back after having to get a whole new tire elsewhere she didn't want to see it. Was talking over me and being very unprofessional. Then we talked to the district manager and he said it was not there place to refund me the price of the new tire as it was not their fault it didn't last. The tire was not repairable after all and they should have just put my spare tire on. I have the tire and pictures of it.
Fast and friendly service. I believe I spoke to Ryan today on the phone he got me right in. Walked in they were friendly and respectful of my time. Daniel finished getting my information, verified he could perform a flat repair on my dually wheel. The waiting room was very clean and cold. Along with the restroom being spotless. Sat in the waiting area for maybe 20 mins before they called me back up to pay the bill. Turns out flat repairs are free here. They also topped all my tires off to the manufacture specification without hesitation.
My company has many vehicles in our fleet and we will be back for additional services.
I went to Big Brand Tire & Service to fix my flat tire. I got an appt same day(Sunday) and was told I could even come in earlier since they were a bit ahead of schedule. I was created by a tech outside and was also greeted by Dan who helped with my services. Super friendly, fast and FREE!! Would absolutely recommend to a friend and WILL be coming back!
Purchase a 21 inch falken tire for my sweet ride. Looks great!! Gentleman be-hide the counter was friendly full of great information. He also recommended a front end alignment. Which showed it was in need of one. As I pulled out of the driveway I felt good knowing tires and alignment was all good to go. Took it out on the freeway felt really good. Thanks guys for your help on my ride. I Will tell more folks about your service and prices.

Mark explained what was going on without any pressure, and they had me back on the road in no time. The service was quick, affordable, and just really straightforward. You can tell they’re honest and actually care about doing a good job.
I had such a great experience here! When I pulled into the lot, I was fully expecting a long wait, a big bill, and a stressful afternoon. But it ended up being the complete opposite. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind—I even genuinely enjoyed chatting with them and learned a lot of really cool info.

Big brand, tires and service got the job done. The service advisors, were very helpful and knowledgeable about the tires and other work I needed done on my truck. Once they got the truck to the mechanics, the work was done in a very efficient, and timely manner. Not only was the service great, the price was very fair. Thank you for the great experience. Hailey and Marcus were so friendly, easy to work with, and honest. They were up front with me about what services my car needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'm thankful for their time and how quickly they got me in to have maintenance done.
Marc is the service representative to ask for when you go to Big Brand @ Metro location. He is reliable and trustworthy. The Manager , Halley, needs to work on Communication . I did not have a good experience with her in calling me back and getting my car serviced in a timely manner. The 5 star rating is for Marc and the guys who worked on my car. Thanks!
Fast service no appointment needed I was waiting like 45 min max. Nice waiting room air conditioned however I waited outside to enjoy sun. Got a new tire under warranty paid 30$ over 265.00 a tire
I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. They offered to patch my tire at no charge and had no problem squeezing us in for an oil change. They remembered the car and the issue from last time and honored the offer from before too. We will keep coming back.
