They're web site says they serve the state of Tennessee but the phone number is in Arizona. I called twice and only got an answering machine. I left messages but never got any call back. So much for the excellent customer service that they advertise on their website!

Somehow they have a website where they come up in top search results in ‘Missoula AC recycle’. That would be fine, except they have websites to claim they are based in Missoula, in Helena too. Misleading website for a service nowhere near me.

Wonderful service for a full service recycling facility in phoenix. Usually scale operators don't go above and beyond to give you a top price but these guys do. They are paying more than the other recycling guys I know.

Called in with some questions and was given one word answers like I was wasting someone's time...I guess I don't understand that angle of customer service.

Rude representative cashier up front, not worth the payout if you don't know someone inside. SA recycling is better

$180 exactly a ton. I just didn't like that we had to wait like 5-8 minutes to unload, in this HUMIDITY.

Hours are not correct, at least not for Saturday’s and the name isn’t correct either. It’s called “HVAC RECYCLE” Drove over 30mins on Saturday and arrived at 3:40 and it was closed. I even checked on their website before going (sometimes google does get hours wrong) and still claiming Mon-Sat 8am-5pm. I can’t speak for the prices, never got a chance and not willing to give one.

no experience because you cant contact these people. Phone system reverts to an error message.

The company website lists multiple states that they do business in, but when I called the only 2 numbers on the website, I was rudely informed that they do no do business outside of Arizona.

Been using HVAC Recycle for several months. Friendly office staff and drivers. Guys do a great job of cleaning up the area so no debris left for homeowner. Easy scheduling, always been prompt and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend their services.

Came in when its posted that its opened and everything was closed. I tired calling earlier other days and no answer
