I've tried repeatedly to contact these People...They posted a Vehicle on the Offer-Up App. After multiple attempts to contact through the App I noticed a phone number written a pic posted all I ever get is Voicemail and calls are never returned..
These guys are a total scam. Paid for a frame for 1964 Chevy frame. Inspected before the removed the body off the frame. It was straight. Waited a week to pick it up so they could remove parts. Went to pick it up and the bent the front frame horn. They would not give me my full money back and told me there was a 25% restocking fee even though they wrecked the frame and was no longer usable. I build cars and know how to tell when a frame has been bent in a wreck or bent when moving it by a forklift. This place is a joke !!!
Lazy workplace. Super unorganized. Workers/managers never know what vehicles they have in stock or if certain parts are still available in that vehicle. They just say you can come down and look.
I would highly recommend for no one to use this wrecking yard. I purchased an engine from them for my 2005 Chevy Colorado back on January 15th of 2024 for $1,825. They sold me a piece of junk then kept my truck for total of over a month of and on trying to fix this engine they sold me. The engine is still not fixed and the only options they gave me was to return the engine and get my money back or to pay them additional money to install another motor. Parts out of my core engine had to be used to put this engine that they sold me together I even had to purchase a timing tool for them to time the engine purchased from them and they kept the tool. I've had to actually resort to taking my truck with the used motor purchased from this yard to another shop to have a full timing chain set and actuator and sensors installed because they were all damaged when they were attempted to be repaired by this place. I was told that they they had replaced the timing chain, which was a lie the shop that is currently working on my truck has confirmed this is the original chain to this engine. The variable valve timing actuator is broken and multiple bolts were replaced with the incorrect sized bolts. If I could rate them less than one star I would I will never do business with this wrecking yard again. Even the used power steering pump I bought from them turned out to be junk. Use this place at your own risk.

I was told to come take a look and show them what part of a frame I needed to get price. I drove a long way and explained what I needed and was told leave a deposit and it would be available the next day. After picking up and taking to my frae guy he advised that the peice was bent and not useable.
When I contacted deer valley salvage to find out what happened with it I was told sorry no refund or credit.
My frame guy advised me me that it was bent to the side wich could have been done when moving it.
Being the truck the frame came from was complete I couldn't see any damages but I think whoever dismantled the truck and cut the frame should have seen it and advised me giving me a choice to take it or not.
That's just being a decent business!!!
I will not be returning for future needs and be advising other to not use deer valley salvage!
Nice people but very poor business tried to by a transmission from here and ended up having to make 3 trips back for the right part before I ended up asking for my money back.
Made 3 trips from Tucson, for the same parts that didn't work, was still charged a restocking fee. Poor service, and very poor quality. Would not recommend.
Buyer beware I've been in business over 20 years have you several yards here in Phoenix as well as Tucson this company is horrible no customer service sold us three bad transmissions and then charged us a restocking fee I drove up to Phoenix three times to deal with this and pay limberlost Automotive in Tucson Arizona 2 times to remove the transmission buyer beware horrible experience recommend using the yard right down the street from these guys they are great they got our transmission right away cheaper than these guys
Don't spend your money here. There is no parking, everyone dangerously parks on the sidewalk. Its filthy, and there is an unhealthy German Shepard walking around puking. The service is rude and unprofessional. I called asking for a part that the attendant forgot to give me when I initially made a purchase. The person on the phone told me to come back in and that I would be "taken care of". When I got there, I politely asked for the part and the attendant seemed frustrated that I was even there, he then told me he threw it away. No refunds. You're better off avoiding this place and finding your parts online.
BEWARE of the 25% restocking fee. I purchased a differential for a 1998 Dodge Ram Truck. After the purchase, I found the part to be unworthy of installation. so I returned it, but the refund was reduced by 25% of what I paid. The part was $300, and I was refunded $225. So basically I paid the company $75 for absolutely nothing. They have both my $75 and the bad differential.
Honest and helpful people with the lowest price I could find. There isn't much space to park and if it's been raining, wear shoes that can handle some mud. Good experience though.
I always get taken care of when I go to this place they have a variety of different parts that are coming in and going out they have two yards so they do have a wide selection of different things so if y'all ever in the need of any parts engines transmission or thanks for a vehicle give him a try they might just have what you need just stay safe out there happy hunting
I needed a few parts for my vehicles and I was able to find them here with their help at a very responsible price. They didn't hesitate on helping me, very friendly and reliable. Don't look anywhere else!
I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience I knew I had to. I had been so overwhelmed as to what to do with my junk car but the staff here was so helpful. Especially the young lady Keyla who made sure to walk me through the whole process. Now I have the car off of my hands and some money in my pocket. 10 stars if I could!
They were very helpful here! I bought a door for my Kia Soul and it was in pretty good condition and the price was reasonable! :) Keyla had excellent customer service! Very kind young lady.
Horrible customer service. Messaged someone that works for the company about a shift knob they said a price for it which was reasonable. Went to the yard to get the part and the person at the yard said they sell the shifter assembly complete and I couldn't buy the shift knob. Why was I quoted a price if I couldn't come buy it? Definitely won't be back and I'll be sure to let my customers at the shop I work at about the experience also.

been coming here for years now, always having a great experience with their good service. they're fair with price actually lower any one else on broadway. I always price check $$$ with other yards before purchasing so far these guys seem beat the rest. will continue to come and recommend them to my love ones and friends.
I have them put a motor in my car. The day I had the car towed to them I was told it would be a week and a half before they could start on my car. I was also told it would only take 3 days to complete. They had my car for 31 days! Supposedly they had to find a different motor then the 1 I paid for in advance. That excuse bought them a few extra days. After that it was all smoke and mirrors. When I picked up the car, they had my warranty starting on the day it was towed to them. So 1/3 of my warranty was already gone. They did change it. But my car went into their possession with ice cold a/c and perfectly good brakes. I was also told that Chris the manager drive it around for half a day to to ensure all was well. I had no brakes! I was told "welcome didn't touch the brakes". BS!! They had houses from the brake booster attached backwards. They didn't tighten down the back half of the valve cover more than finger tight. The front valve cover was so over tightened that they broke 2 of the bolts. After not returning my text or phone calls regarding my concerns I went to their location. Chris wouldn't even stand up to talk to me. I told him invest in a torque wrench! I will never take another car there!!
i've been coming here for many years now these guy have always been top notch professionals. i trust them with all my oem parts ,engines and transmissions they give the best quality they have in stock and when they don't have it, they are very helpful finding what i need in other places.I will continue coming here and recommened them to all friends and family.
Took my money, I drove from Tucson before they told me the part was broken. Was told they would find another and deliver to me. 2 weeks now and they founf another part for a 40 percent markup. Good intentions, horrible follow through.
I called this place about a back up mirror for my car. They said they had it for $100 I bought the camera took it home and installed. Camera did not work. They saw it did not work. They dont refund knowing this part was broken when they sold it to me. Do not come here for anything!! Crooks will sale you a bad part and wont give you the money back and laugh and keep your money!
WORST SERVICE!!! Gave them a star only because it wont let me post with O stars! Wasted an hour and a half getting a old motor that looked like it had been sitting on the dirt for months. Which turned out to be the wrong year. They hosed it down and started taking parts off of it right in front of me. Brought the motor back after i fugured out they gave me the wrong year and gave me a different motor that still wasn't the correct one. They give you any motor and write in the year you are looking for with a marker. When i brought the second wrong motor back they charged me a restocking fee of 25% which was almost $200. I ended up wasting my time and patience and paid them for it!
I called 4 times to make sure the had the right transmission, took a 3 hour drive And when I got there it was the wrong transmission. Dont trust what they tell you, horrible service. They didn't even care.
Don't waste your time with these guys. I called and was told they had my part. I checked and double checked the year. I explained it was a long drive from my house so I had to be sure. Yes, he said. They had 2 in great shape. I drove there. No, it wasn't at the office. Yes, he said. They definitely had it. I drove to the junkyard. They didn't have it. Wrong year, wrong part.
Showed up after asking for a specific part at another yard. They said they had the part via radio so we went there. Looked around yard, found useful things. good price.
Yard is tightly packed and theres little organization though.
They had what I needed at there side lot so we needed to wait for them to get the part for me. The guy at the counter said 30 minutes. I come back 35 or so min later and ask if my parts ready. he says not yet, 15 min and it'll be here. I come back in 30 and he says his guy is on his way with the part. I leave and come back 45 min later. parts still not there. this time they guy says i should stop asking so much, I'm slowing them down... I leave and come back again. its been 3.5 hr since he told me it would be here in 30. part is FINALLY there. but its missing the nuts and bolts he said it would have. quoted me 30 min for them.
I went in at 11:30 and left at 3:45
