Purchased a part for a customer that was broken spoke to the guys there to come check it out they didn't want to leave the office very rude and disrespectful these people are scammers don't trust them they stole my money and didn't want to replace the part neither give my money back very bad business.

My cousin purchased a transmission from them and they gave him a broken transmission. They don't want to refund money neither give him a new transmission bad customer service and are scammers.

We made a deal with Don for $1600 on a transmission wanted to check it out asked him multiple times to check it he said to take my word that the transmission is good and that he doesn’t do bad business he scammed us and stole our money and gave us a bad transmission and now he doesn’t want to give us the money back neither give us a new transmission he said to wait for him and he will call when he has a transmission when we don’t know we called the cops and made a report these people are liars and you guys need to be very careful they will scam you for your money.

Called on a Friday and a very nice man answered and was very pleasant. Called the following Wednesday and a very rude and impatient man answered and still had the part, which was good, but as I can see from previous comments, doesn't have a lick of customer service. This business would be better off not having that rude man answer phones. Catch more flies with honey then vinegar buddy. Maybe no one taught him that.

The guy who answered the phone sounded like he hates his job

I bought a Chrysler 300 engine that didn't work. I claimed the warranty and they were very good. They answered all my calls. They took a little time to get me another one. Each time I spoke to them, they were very kind and very aware of my situation. They responded 100% to my warranty. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

Great price had what I needed nice guys w a good attitude

Called to look up some parts for a vehicle I needed parts for and received some of the worst phone service, felt like the person hated their job and you guys need to focus on service. Person was just too rude to deal with, will take my business else where.

These guys sold me an engine, best price in town. Delivery cost was very reasonable. I purchased and engine from another place 7 months ago. The engine was garbage. The engine they sold me is in excellent condition and so far very pleased.

A & S are my go to's. They have found parts for our business that no one has been able to and back it up.

They said they had a transmission for my van. Only one and Noone else around us had it. So literally decided let's take a mini vacation and go get it. Drove TWO STATES AWAY to get it to get there and be told it'll take them 3 days to get it off the vehicle!!!! Absolutely will never recommend nor come back!

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced over the phone, genuinely felt like I inconvenienced them for calling. Joke of a company. They have what I need but I'll search elsewhere... I'd rather be stranded than give them my money

I was happy with service. Purchased a a/c part that didn't work! They were going to give me their world famous credit, but took pitty on me and refunded my $80 Back to my Credit card. I drove to their business twice 60 miles round trip twice! YEAH for me

Unfortunately this location did not work out for me as I received 2 bad engines and I was required to pay out of my pocket to get a different mechanic then my own to confirm we received a bad engine. Ron was my sales person and seemed to always be frustrated or in a bad mood when I called to explain the issues and he kept telling me that the vehicle needed to be ran in order for the problems (smoked when turned on, knocking sound, oil running into the filter) to go away even though I kept telling him the engine was bad. Ultimately had to return all parts to them and find my engine elsewhere.

i will greatly not recommend this for purchasing auto parts . this refuse to refund a broken machine i bought from them their only option was for the try to fix it ; waisting more of my limited time so that they can try to fix a machine that will lickely only work for a couple of weeks . i . addition they are very rude when speaking about a refund they give the exuse that everyone does it but i know various location that dont . trying to fix the issue cost me moeny and a lot of time . if you wish to not have a tedious and annoyingly experience then i greatly dicide that you look somewhere else .... en este lugar son unas personas groseras ,, te vende parte que no sirven acabo de comprar una transmision, con garantia y no servia, le lleve la parte para que me dieran el rembolso y no quieren dar lo , espero que mas gente no caiga en este negoso porque nomas te roban tu dinero y te venden partes que no sirve

The guy at the counter with the long hair that looks like he has not discovered a shower needs to go. He didn't even let me tell him what part I'm looking for or how much I'm willing to pay for a discontinued part that he probably has but doesn't want to look for. I have bought many things there before and have referred plenty of people to this place but I'll make sure to tell people to steer clear from now on.

Awful customer service when I called! The company’s van was on the freeway on the 10. They were in the third lane from the right and I was in the lane going to the 202. The van decided to take over 3 lanes in front of me cutting me off and almost hitting me. I honked my horn and they continued to switch lanes without a signal. I called the company and asked if they had someone I can speak with and I got hung up on!! Careful they might hit your car to boost business!

I am sorry but this guy doen't know the first thing about customer service. Never makes an eye contact with you and keeps on answering the phones without once asking you to wait for a second. I ended up paying for the part and was told he would call me when the item is ready for pickup. Never received the infamous call. I called the next day only to find out the part was damaged and it is no longer available. I have my doubts about that claim. Will never do business again with this place even if I am desperate!

I have called this person before i got there and talked about the listed engine for sale . I have told him that i am coming from 350 miles away (one way) and want to make sure that everything has been set up for sale. He told me the engine is in the car and it can start and he would show me that. He said that the mileage is correct 139K. When I got there he said that he does not have a battery to turn it on even though there was about 20 batteries on stock. I took the number from the vehicle and run the car fax and found out that engine has over 200 K. This place is the worst place I have ever seen. Be careful about getting anything from them. The positive feedback is not to believe. This place should be closed due to their inability to do the business and since they are not trustworthy

I wish I read these reviews before going to this useless place. They have no integrity. They worship pennies and have no self respect. Very rude, unprofessional; they got dirty mouth; old grumpy guys who don’t know how to run business. Will not recommend this place at all. Will never go back. They sell you wrong parts. And they never give your money back. Biggest useless worthless self humiliating place in Phoenix.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. I ORDERED A TRANSFER CASE FROM HERE AND THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ONE TWICE. SO THE SECOND TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY PICKED UP MY TRANSFER CASE TO REBUILD IT. I CALLED THEM BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE I FOUND ONE SOMEWHERE ELSE.(WHICH I HAD TO PAY A CORE ON) I CALLED THEM BACK TO GET MY TRANSFER CASE BACK AND THEY DENIED EVER PICKING IT UP. (BECAUSE THEY WERE NO LONGER GETTING THE BUSINESS). SO NOW I AM STUCK PAYING A CORE BECAUSE THEY STOLE MY TRANSFER CASE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY YELLED AT ME ON THE THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!

very unprofessional place they garantee to have an item they are fast to charge you for then garantee that the part will be pulled out by the time they say theyll have it. Only to not inform you that they wont have it its too hard of a job. no notice no nothing only to not be able to refund your money instantly.

Not a place you can trust...during my search for a truck I run across a truck they had posted on Craigslist and contacted the phone number via text, after exchanging some info we agree to meet at 3:00 to which I had to drive 50 miles, to begin with this guy was one hour and 45 minutes late, and after driving we agreed on a price but it was too late to go to the back and cash out (it was a Saturday), to which I agreed to give him a deposit and close the deal the following Monday as I also advise I would run a car report to insure there weren't any major issues with the vehicle. Comes Monday I went to the back got the cash also run the car report and text this guy to proceed with the deal to which he responded my uncle decided not to sell the truck anymore, if you want I can tear the check or I can bring it to you as I'll be in the area tomorrow, my question here is how can you trust a person who just backed out of a deal after he asked for a deposit ? you can't !! after two days I end up driving to their business to pick up the check as they didn't care about my expense and I'm sure they sold their integrity to someone who came and offer a couple hundred more for the truck.

I purchased a Jeep from Sean at A and S for my husband. My husband loves it! We had to call Sean again for another vehicle after the transmission went out in my Nissan. Sean brought two vehicles to Titusville for us to look at. We bought a Sature Vue to replace the Nissan. The kids love it! Sean said he would be more than happy to look at either vehicle for us if a mechanical issue ever occurred. We are very happy with this company!

I bought an alternator from them that didnt work. When I tried to return it they said I could have a store credit but not a refund, the problem with that is that after having the car towed to another shop for repair and paying someone else and a tow fee I didnt need another part from them I needed my money back and they denied me a cash refund from a defective part. I called many other salvage yards to see if this was a normal practice and found all places I called TEST the parts they sell and offer a refund if the part doesnt work. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.......... I Didnt offer a rating because they dont have a rating choice that fits this business. My rating would be lower than 1 star.
