Very fast! And very kind I had called at around 11 and by 12:30 everything was finished. Granted I didn’t have a lot to remove but the state of which they had to go through was pretty tedious and they handled it with efficiency and kindness. I should have offered water but they were so fast I didn’t think about it until they left. 10/10 plus they are pet friendly!
If you want a thriving and successful organization, the two individuals that showed up to my property these are exactly the gentlemen you should employ. They were courteous, professional, and well aligned with the values of your company. They took the time to clearly explain the charities and organizations that could potentially benefit from my donated items, which I greatly appreciated. It means a great deal to know that some of my belongings will continue on to positively impact someone else’s life.
If possible, I would gladly request these two gentlemen again. I sincerely hope your organization recognizes their value and treats them well. I truly appreciated the time they spent assisting me and wish them both continued success.
Mike and Shaun came out same day, got everything cleared out in like 15 minutes, and even helped me get my truck load strapped down. They really saved my day and literally took a load off my plate. Great experience

I again used JunkKing today 09-06-2025 and the two employees (Even and Chuck) came on time and ready to get to work. They truly went above and beyond expectations and even asked if I had more stuff to discard (I did). I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and its staff.
Once again I called Junk King on 02-11-2026 Jaden (sp?) and Hondo were enthusiastic and proactive in loading up my debris. Quick and thorough. Obviously the company is my "go to" for junk removal.
Jaden & Hondo were very helpful and polite. They kept me updated on arrival status, were upfront about pricing estimates, and even informed me about their disposal/donation process. They took care of everything quickly and even took some time for a little small talk to ensure I was comfortable. I would 100% call them again for any removal service I will need in the future.

Jaden and the guys were great. Had a fairly large project. Had them out due to microburst that destroyed our tack shed and 3 horse stalls. They came out, cut it all apart and hauled it off. Their pricing is great in comparison to other companies. Better yet, is the fact that they recycle and donate as much as they can. They recycle and the proceeds go to Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation and any reusable is donated to Goodwill rather than taking everything to the dump. Would recommend 10 out of 10 for sure.

Good communication, arrived on time, and were careful moving a big sofa. I recommend getting several quotes from different companies before choosing a removal service. Prices will vary greatly. Junk King was willing to match the lower quote of another company which gave them my business.

The service was great they took my Cali king out as suggested. But… I have to say I feel ripped off.. just to take the Cali king and box springs off my hands they charged me $279 then I felt pressured to electronically tip %14 percent which all together costs $319.. Mind you just to take the Cali king not with the frame. Guys I hope this review helps, just continue to shop around and find better deals, don’t get ripped off like I did.
This company is an excellent communicator, very professional and personable, they were on time every time and very accommodating to our needs. They were very competitive with their prices and thorough in explaining to us the processes used to remove our items such as a piano, large refrigerator etc. At the last minute a friend of a friend asked for our piano and junk king Buckeye immediately said they could do that. We highly recommend this company!

Junk King is awesome! They came out same day within a couple of hours of me calling. They took 2 large couches and a queen mattress. The owner and his daughter were so friendly and offered to take another item for me at no extra cost. I highly recommend Junk King and will be using them again in the near future.
