What clients say about Pull N Save North in Phoenix (AZ)

All pull and save locations have a great variety of newer and older cars. From time to time you'll find great parts from tires to body parts, engines and transmissions. My only complaint about these yards is they have a "core" fee for EVERYTHING. And cashiers will try to add fees for bolts and nuts that you are not taking.

Ive often said,” iI would rather continue the service of a used part made in the USA, than a new part front china.” These recycle yards can be the difference between your jeep being a paper weight in the garage or another day on the trail. The prices are reasonable and come with a warranty. Ask the clerk what you’re looking for and he’ll print you the location of all availability in the yard. That simple. They keep the ares clean and safe to work around. Give them a review and they will take an additional 10% off the price.

I was greeted upon entry. Personnel were polite and helpful. Amazing place to hunt for auto parts. Very extensive inventory. It's recommended that you wear comfortable shoes. Tennis shoes or work boots.

We were there today and bought one front door weatherstripping and 2 small bumper grills. They said gave us a discount for the small tear the strip had. When we got home and looked at our receipt we discovered that there were charges for warranty on both items that we had not asked for or consented to - I mean seriously, how are you going to use your weatherstripping warranty at.a junkyard lol and not only that we also found core charges on both these same items- "has the world gone mad" who in the world does this for these.types of parts. I did call and asked for an explanation but was then transferred to another person but was on hold forever. So if this wasn't enough, when the guy at the exit checked my husband's toolbox he rummaged thru everything twice and then decided to remove 2 parts of our own that we had brought in with us to match up the right part and some old screws that had been in there forever. My husband explained this to him but was completely ignored. I wanted to take this further but my husband has a temper and didnt want to get into an argument so we just left and because we did not make sure to have our box checked on the way in. We will never come back and you can't resolve anything on the phone- they never answer.just transfers you to a black hole. These guys are dishonest and are making fraudulent charges. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

On 11-28-2022 at approximately 2:35pm I went to pick up a payment I sold my blue Ford 2006 Escape hybrid to #Wheelzy they were amazing, I am happy how they made sure all the process was going well, the person who picked up the car was great, a man named Javier or Xavier was great he told me to pick up the payment at 320 S. 27th ave. However the cashiers here at Pull-N-Save need to be trained better when I asked them Is this 320 S. 27th Avenue? they were so quick to say no this is North 27th and sent me to the other Pull-N-Save located more south, I went over there and they said nope this 504 s 27th, I did not ask the cashiers is this the south pull and save, or maybe they don't know the address where they work. They got me with the feeling of not coming back because they only took care my business in the 3rd time and when I got there I told them I am in the right place, they could’ve easily check in the computer the first time, only after I talked to Javier and he assured me I was in the right place. The good reviews is for #Wheelzy, the bad review one star for #Pull-N-Save for the poor service of the cashiers who don’t know the address, they don’t know how to listen or they just didn’t want to help me. Next time do better with customers, they help to get your paycheck. Mayra was the name of one of the cashiers. No I won’t give more stars or delete it, I email first before writing a review here check the emails too, first I did not know there was a north and South Pull-N-Save I was using Siri maps and I saw the address too a sign that said 320 when I was entering the parking lot. When I approached the cashier I said I am looking for pull-n-save is this 320. South 27th , the only thing they put attention was south and they were so quick and said this is not, this is North you need to go to the other one. I told them I came to pick up payment for my car that I sold instead of asking a manager or someone that knew about it, she sent me to the other location, in the third time when I came back when I told her this is the right place, she did replied “You said South “ that does not mean I asked for the South Pull-N-Save I know I asked is this 320 South 27th .
