Wish I didn't have to write this review, but when an owner of a business can't back their product and find every excuse in the book not too, it deserves a review. Especially for a customer that has done business with them before. We purchased a transmission based off of a VIN from them and they delivered us a 6 speed automatic versus the CVT we requested. It then took another few days until they got the right transmission, and we had to pick the transmission up. Upon installing the transmission, the vehicle didn't move. We then verified if the transmission had a filter in it by pulling the pan, and found out the transmission has water in the transmission that we received. Explaining to chapin that after we installed it the transmission didn't move, they became very defensive and claimed we didn't give them the core within 7 days. Which we did when we picked up the transmission.
They also tried to say that because it took us longer than 7 days to install, that they weren't going to warranty it. It's sad that a wrecking yard won't back up their product. Be careful with what you buy from here, the run around that they give you. Also be prepared to continue to stay on top of them to get your order done, otherwise you'll never get a call back. This goes for both number 1 and 2 locations.
The girl working in the front was very helpful and sweet. Her husband Alex helped me get the right parts I need for the right price. Great family business
Pésimo el servicio el 11 de Octubre compré una pieza para una Nissan Titán 4X4 2007 y al parecer no era la pieza indicada ,pagué $450 dólares por ella . llamé y no me dicen de qué carro es . Esto me ha dado el problema que no puedo comprar un empaque y el balero ya que no coinciden el año y modelo. A mí me recomendaron este lugar, la persona que me atendió me dijo que ahí tenía yo que pagar directamente no se me entregó ningún comprobante sólo tengo fotos de la pieza que adquirí. Nunca había andado yo en estos lugares y no se como solucionar mi problema la pieza sirve es un empaque y balero lo que funciona , pero
como no me dicen de qué carro me vendieron el direccional no puedo solucionar mi problema. Un lugar con mucha falta de honradez por los empleados NO LO RECOMIENDO YA QUE ES UNA PERDIDA DE TU DINERO. Tengo el número de teléfono de quien me vendió la pieza y no coincide con el del negocio. Quizás el mismo dueño de esta localidad no sabe que está sucediendo en su negocio pero si está dejando una mala imagen del mismo.
