I think Roy was the gentleman who answered the phone call. After explaining my situation and where my vehicle was located, he was able to get a driver on route to my location within 10-15 minutes of me calling. Adam was the gentleman who was assigned to my recovery. He called me, I gave him the coordinates to where my vehicle was located, and not even a minute later he texted me telling me he’d be there in 15 minutes. I was expecting 45-60 minutes so when I heard 15 minutes I was pleasantly surprised. The moment he got there he took my keys and told me to head home (at this point I was already in my other vehicle) because he didn’t want to risk me getting hit on the side of the road. Talk about caring for your customers. Once he showed up to my house he asked me where exactly I wanted him to drop off my vehicle as to make it as easy as possible for me to move it around. He had it unloaded and keys in my hands in 5 minutes. Exceptional service from both of the gentleman that helped me out with this huge inconvenience.
My car broke down in the parking lot. Called Valley express towing in Phoenix and had someone out within 30 minutes. Adam was very communicative and arrived super fast. Made the tow super easy and efficient. Highly recommend these guys!
My wife had an accident on her way home from work at 2 am, completely destroyed her car. I reached out to valley express and they sent a driver out within the hour. Adam arrived at the location quickly, little to no wait, loaded her vehicle onto his truck and delivered it to my home. He was friendly and very professional and informative during the process. Will definitely use valley express again and request him as my driver should I ever need a tow again.
Customer service and communication was outstanding! I called for an after hours tow on New Years Eve for an employees truck and they responded within 20 minutes and had it to the shop within 5 minutes. Will definitely be referring this company to people.
my semi broke down on the side of the freeway and valley Express towing went out of their way and went above and beyond to get me to my receiver I have a frozen load and I needed a tow and they were there in a very timely manner very professional and I would highly recommend specifically my driver James who was the tow truck driver that took care of me today and got me to the destination went above and beyond definitely highly recommend
From start to finish in under an hour Adam was reliable and had the car to drop off quickly. He kept me informed and sent pictures after drop off. Very much appreciated!!!
I had to call Valley Express Towing when my car broke down unexpectedly, and they were great from start to finish. The dispatcher was polite and gave me a clear estimate on arrival time. The driver showed up even quicker than expected and was super professional and friendly. He got my car loaded up fast and safely, and even gave me a quick tip about what might be wrong with it. It’s never fun needing a tow, but these guys made it way less stressful. Would definitely use them again if I ever need to.
Never do business with these people. They will rip you off. Take your money and feel good about it. I would recommend if somebody else gives you a quote of double the price. Go with that instead.
Never, ever do business with these people. They will rip you off. It happened to me. There is nothing you can do. When you Call them for a quote on a job they will give you a very good price at the end of the day. They will just make it take so long that you pay more than double the price. They quote you and if you wanna talk to the manager he's never in the office or around, he's a six-year-old child. If it was possible I would have left no stars. You have to select at least one.
Broke down this morning on the side of the freeway they towed my car 30 miles away then are saying it’s $200. They’ve had my car less than three hours price gouging scammy incompetent mind you they have no one at the office and expect you to wait hours for their one driver to release your car. This place is a scam all they want is to waste your time and steal your money. I will be reporting to the BBB. if you’re looking for a shady , slow, incompetent business go for them!
Don't let them lie to you about this location, they'll gladly send you down here to pick up your car and tell you "it's manned from 9-5, don't worry, no appointment necessary!" And then you'll get there, and they have one tow guy manning the place who they send out on calls for 75% of the day. If you enjoy having to visit 3 times to get your car, waiting in the sun for 60 minutes at a time, and then being lied to about his arrival, then Valley Express is for you!
Could have towed our car to a lot 2 miles from crash, instead.....towed to Deer Valley. We paid 300 to get our car out. Plus they give you the run around on weekends so they can charge more! Accidentally wasn't our fault, we didnt WANT to deal with a tow company and the city called them! Horrible customer service and company
Made us wait over an hour to get our vehicle because their attendant decided not to show up in the morning. First they said 10 mins, waited 30 mins and then said it would be another 25. Thank you for wasting my time. Will never use you guys.
The dispatchers incredibly rude and this place is a hole in the wall. Would not recommend stay away from these guys. Trash people and crummy business practices.
I just wanted to let others know, especially women, how compassionate, caring, efficient, and speedy this tow company is. From my initial call and speaking with Julie, to Aaron the driver reaching me, my heart and mind was at ease. I had to say THANK YOU Valley Express Towing. Your company is AMAZING!! Dispatcher gave the driver the wrong address, and then charged me more for her mistake. This added about 40 minutes of wait time. Driver was a pro - both polite and knowledgeable, so I’m giving 2 extra stars.
After my entire camper rig was destroyed by a semi truck on Interstate 10, Valley Express came out and gathered the wreckage. I want to give a huge thanks to Richard...he was patient as I gathered what was salvageable from the debris, gave me a ride back into town and watched over my valuables overnight. Richard is a good man...without his help things would have been a lot worse.
From the initial call to the drop off I received excellent service. The dispatcher was nice and kept me informed. They sent a proffesional driver who was able to make a difficult pick up look easy. He also dropped the car off exactly where we needed it. Thank you for a great job at a fair price.
After waiting HOURS for my car insurance company and no one showed up, I called this place. Less than 15 minutes later Bobby (I believe that was his name) showed up, hooked up my car, and got us set to go. I never leave reviews but this was the best service I have ever had when it comes to towing and such. Big man was funny and kind, super informative and overall made what was a bad experience incredibly more pleasant! Strongly recommend!
The best ever! They were like a hero arriving to save the day. After having trouble with another towing company and waiting over 3 hours from 10pm-3am and having to cancel my insurance called them to the rescue. Called them at 3am and they arrived less than 40 mins. They were a miracle after a bad day, the driver was super friendly and professional. An angel in a safety vest, his driving skills were amazing to behold as he skillfully towed my car to a repair shop with a small parking lot. Dude was awesome!
