I highly recommend Desert Valley Towing. Cody went above and beyond to get to my location, due to a freeway closure. He assured me he would find an alternative route and move mountains if he needed to...and that's literally what he did! Our vehicle had been stolen and the price for the approximately 60 mile tow was reasonable. The service was outstanding and the advice for the vehicle situation was very much appreciated. I would definitely use this tow company again.

Ask for Cody. He was super personable and he did an excellent job. He can pick up and drop anywhere. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company for your towing needs . Adam was fantastic!!! When waiting for a tow communication is key , Adam called when he was on his way , gave me his ETA and was on time . I don’t know about you but when my car was in trouble broken down in the middle of the freeway. These guys were on it. They came so fast for the rescue. Highly recommended!

Driver Barry Mckeown was fast, reliable, communicative, safe, and professional as any tow driver I've ever seen. This guy understands that it's never a good day when you need to tow a vehicle, yet he makes it as hassle free as possible. He pays close attention to detail and keeps his truck & equipment in great shape. Great job to Barry and I hope this review finds him well.

Called as this place was closest to me and where I need to go. Less then half a mile round trip, got told 4 hours, sure I get it you busy, told them that was awhile, so here's where I guess my honesty stuck a nerve with Matt, as i asked if they could take my info and put me on the list anyways but, [now instead of having them take my info and then just call and cancel, I pre-emptively say at this time:] 4 hours is awhile so ill call around to see if anyone else is available..... and they hung up. No adios, no "just call in an hour and we will put you in then" just a d/c. Savage.

David Jensen helped out A lot he was A lifesaver. He could have taken $175 from me but steady he called A guy that was able to assist m in getting my ca back up and running successfully.

I had my trailer towed by these guys not once, but twice. Both times Matt was who I spoke to on the phone and he was extremely pleasant. After a long day of dealing with my trailer axel breaking and calling several towing companies with terrible customer service, this company was the last one I called and Matt was a breath of fresh air. Eddie was the person who actually towed my trailer both times and he was wonderful. So accommodating and he was great with communicating with me. I will recommend this company to anyone I know who needs a tow.

This company went above and beyond for me! We had a vehicle that needed to be towed and the dispatcher Matt was amazing! He took my details and communicated very well. Let me know the process and a time frame and that i would get a text and phone call from Eddie the driver. About 10 minutes later i got a call from Eddie who let me know he was on his way. Eddie was amazing and called me when he got To the vehicle and kept me in the loop along the way. Thank you for a job well done! I will use DVT for all my towing needs

I needed towing done quick, and this company did not disappoint. I was happy with the service provided, and had no problems. Price was reasonable for the availability, and I would definitely recommend/return for services in near future.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Waited in the middle of the highway for THREE hours after being told that a driver would be dispatched to me immediately. Every time I called to verify the ETA I was told “it’ll only be 20 more minutes”. However here I am, 3 hours later STILL stuck on the highway. Don’t waste your time with this company. UPDATE: After waiting on the side of the road for THREE hours, the “manager” named Matt cancelled my tow truck and then laughed at me when I called to advise him that I was still waiting. ZERO accountability from anyone in “management”. Below you will see pictures of the conversations I had with the tow truck driver where he specifically says he boss told him not to come. Even though the company sent me a message saying “the tow has been cancelled per your request”.

I know the inner workings of this company and how they treat their employees. I would never use or recommend them.

Very satisfied with this company. They were very professional over the phone from start to finish. The driver went over and beyond by picking up my car at one location then stooping by me in route to its destination to pickup keys @ no extra charge. The owner also was very professional and understanding to a stressful situation he didn’t charge me $40 for an extra service I required for not leaving my keys during tow. Great Service all the way around definitely made a stressful situation a little better. Thanks

Broke down on the side of the highway, Desert Valley was professional, courteous, and punctual. The driver made sure to communicate with me and double checked my location. The rate was not abysmal, and the team was very polite. If I need a tow again I would definitely call Desert Valley Towing first.

Very professional when I called, took card over the phone. Was quoted a time of 1hr however they arrived in 30minutes. Saved us a lot of headache. I was able to rely on them instead of AAA which took 4 hrs to even say that there was someone on the way.

My son's car was stranded due to a gas leak and they showed up fast and took it straight to a shop! I got my son's cR repaired withing a few days at a great price! I'd recommend to everyone since my kids are priority and this company came through!

Well this company is worth bragging about. I was expecting for the quote to be outrageous considering I drive a 2000 suburban that I named Betty. When speaker to dispatch the young lady I spoke to was super sweet and very easy doing to speak to, and handled our call very professionally I am just sorry I didn't remember her name to say so. The price was half of what I was expecting,and when the driver Camdon came out, he was very polite,courteous,punctual, and fast. I will be using their services from now on just for the fact it was an excellent experience I hope the company will model their growing business after the two of them....... they were awesome...... look forward to using them again

I got a flat tire on my gas powered bicycle when I was over 7 miles from home. Called them and got a free rate. They were super helpful even though they were going to be towing a literal bicycle with an engine on it. The tow truck driver I had was awesome his name was seven. That guy does whatever he can to put a smile on people's faces. Definitely calling this place again if I need help on the road.
