Hello, my name is Tom Jetter and I’ve been going to Copper State Metal for three years now and it’s always been a great experience, It’s a great place to recycle and get paid for your scrap metal and they pay you great money for your scrap metal, The staff is also very friendly at the company, Alicia the cashier is absolutely awesome. She was very helpful when I first started and showed me the ropes of the scrapyard, I gave copper State metal and the Staff 5 Stars for Excellence..
We’ve been using this scrap metal company for our HVAC installs, and they have been absolutely fantastic. The whole team is reliable, professional, and always great to work with. A huge shoutout to Jeff, Dispatch, and all the drivers!! They make every pickup smooth and hassle-free. The communication is excellent, they’re always on time, and they go above and beyond to provide top-notch service. It’s hard to find a team this dependable, and we truly appreciate everything they do for us. Highly recommend!
Had a fantastic experience with Jeff from Copper State. He was thorough and ensured our refund invoice was received by an approved office staff member by contacting our office manager when she was not in office. Always on time and trustworthy
Jeff has always been an easy contact to reach anytime we need their service. No hassle, no back and forth. Copper state is professional, quick and really make you feel like top priority as a customer.
I've worked with copper state for a long time and they are always quick reliable and efficient with their work! Great company will recommend them in the future! Thank you guys!
Great operation, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff.
This is the only place I go to for discarding scrap equipment. Been using them for years.
Jeff has been an incredible support with the challenges in the industry and his friendship and relationship is highly appreciated. We highly recommend Copper State Metal for all your recycling needs
Copper State Metals came out and picked up our scrap metals from the shop and did a wonderful job. The pay was extremely fair, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. They were professional, easy to work with, and made everything simple from start to finish. I highly recommend Copper State Metals and will definitely be using them again in the future!
We’ve been using Copper State ever since we opened our air-conditioning company. They’ve always been on point and taking care of everything if you’re looking for a great recycle company that’s gonna take care of. You definitely reach out to them.
This place does rip you off and they don't even do it a little or try to hide it. They pay less and don't pay you for the right category. They might pay you for the weight you actually bring in which a lot of places don't but they don't pay you for the category that you actually have. Oh, if you're going to complain about a driver.. don't give the DOT number since thats assigned to the company so every truck is going to have that same number on it. That's useless information. Get the vehicle number (1) or license plate
Helpfully staff when asking them questions. Even when busy with big trucks, got waited on,out of back of carby someone. Never long waiting for service there.
Horrible people, under the table pay, lacks PPE. I can’t believe any company would really use Copperstate for any recycling considering the reviews, the way they treat staff, and the way the staff treats the community
I have been dropping my scrap metal off here for years. Everyone is very helpful. My truck is always quickly unloaded. Many times I will just drop off the metals, I do not always bother with weighing for payment. I appreciate how the company recycles metals instead of dumping them in a landfill. Recently, I replaced all four brake discs on my work truck, I just dropped the old ones off ( probably 60#s). Instead of putting them in the trash. Great location. Easy to get to. Fast to get in and out of. Always lots of activity. You should not let your children out of your vehicle. Professional work environment. Lots of activity. Forklifts buzzing around. Great Arizona Family Business
Smoothest transaction I've had- quick in and out, more than fair pricing, and attentive service. Clean yard was a major plus! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
Probably the only redeeming quality of this place was the crane driver. Super friendly, offered us water. That guy rocks! However, no where is price of metal posted (currently at this point in time of posting, it’s $.02 cents a pound) - which averages $40/ton. Most other places are offering at least $100/ton. Didn’t know the payout until I walked up and was just handed the money. :/
