Zero stars. Tried to use their services to tow someone wrongfully parked in my spot. Told me a driver would be on the way and there in 15 minutes. Wait 40 minutes outside in the cold. No call or anything. I reach out and the update I’m given is “oh they just finished a tow they will be there in 15 minutes” an hour passes by and they say yeah actually we can’t tow that car try again tmmr. The definition of you literally have one job and you cant even do it. Actually upset.
These guys are the absolute worst. Bunch of people who hate their lives work here. I’ve been towed by other places and I’ve never had so many excuses as to why they need to hold onto my car and charge me extra for holding onto it. My dad is in Brazil and my car is under his name. He won’t be here for a week so they’re saying I need to register the car in my name in order to get it back even though we have the same last name and it’s clearly my car. There is a special place in hell for these guys. Poorly ran establishment who is out for a cash grab.
Great group of people. Lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Overall was a great experience minus seeing my truck after the accident in the condition it was in.
I would leave 0 stars if this would let me. They wrongfully towed our car from our apartment parking lot where we pay for a parking pass. They towed us sometime after 8pm on Saturday but are closed on the weekend so we can’t pick up our car until Monday at 8am. So, they tow cars on the weekend but are somehow also closed?! My husband leaves for work around 6am and we have one car so this has now become unnecessarily inconvenient.
Also, they falsely advertise on their website and google that they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Apparently that just means they have a person on call who answers phone calls but has no ability to help get your car back. If you’re going to tow someone’s car on the weekend, you should also be open so they can retrieve it. Especially when it has been wrongfully towed. Such a sleazy way to do business.
Never fun to wake up and find out your car has been towed, but stuff happens. No biggie, just have to go get it and go on with my day. Wrong! These blokes were so miserable, like some of the nastiest (and unintelligent) people i’ve had the misfortune of running into. Maybe they’re just tired from all of the exploitation of vulnerable folks? Or disappointed they couldn’t make more of themselves. Whatever the reason, I left this establishment incredibly grateful that I don’t have to live as miserably as the people who work there.
Very very bad “towing” , they charged me 700 dollars to get my car out , I asked them why was it soo high and they were yelling at me and harassing me saying I was stupid and I didn’t know how to park , I parked at my house in my drive way , I don’t even know why they took my car in the first place , very bad
Just nasty, mean people. They hung up on me twice and were insanely rude. Not to mention, towed my car with the parking pass in the window. The worst type of people in the world. Roaches.
Terrible service. They towed my car even when it was in my assigned spot. They weren’t able to give me an explanation but even then I couldn’t pick up my vehicle the same day. Had to wait a whole other day to pick it up. Learn how to do you job and make sure you have the right car next time so you don’t waste peoples time.
This business towed my car illegally. I had paid the meter and when I called they said they did not have a record of my car. I had to call the police to report my car stolen and then finally was told they did have my car however now since it is apast 5 pm aon Fridayw and a weekend can not get it back until Monday. Subject to fees each day! They clearly manipulate the situation to make you forced to pay extra days I have all receipts of payment to the meter but the rep was rude and not willing to work with us.This company is acting illegally and needs to be reported
This is a predatory towing company. I was towed from my assigned parking space because my permit was on my dash instead of hanging from my rear view mirror. No one confirmed to make sure my vehicle was improperly parked. The website for business says 24 hours. They are closed on Sundays and have limited hours during the week. The manager is rude and combative.
My car was towed from in area in my friends apartment that does not state you have to have a parking pass to park anywhere in the complex, so I went down to the tow yard to get my car pay for it no big deal I get home I start looking at the front of my car then I realize that the person who towed my car actually damaged it scraped underneath the bumper so bad and did something with the fender to wear now there’s a gap between the fender and the hood in the driver side .. also the tow truck driver didn’t mind leaving two nice really big handprints on my hood.. I don’t mind my car getting towed because things happen but if you’re going to tow someone’s car have a professional out there who’s not going to ruin peoples cars that they work really hard for.
My car broke down on the side of the road and they towed it within the hour illegally. filed a replace report and they told me to have a lawyer looking into it. The people who work here are very corrupt and unethical take your business somewhere else!
Took my car even though it wasn't breaking any rules set by apartment complex and damaged my motorcycle in the process. Tried to call them and they wouldn't answer the phone.
They have a Chandler yard, yet the MF's towed vehicle to Phoenix from Mesa with a punctured CV axle joint boot. That really grinds my gears and they still chapped my hyde. $1575.00 in re-pairs later... Po pup
It was bad enough my car got impounded. I had a hard time finding the place. I wasn't able to contact them directly. I had to call the airport community center to relay messages. On top of all this..... My invoice was never processed and I had to wait longer for them to go thru their people. The communication between the employees sucked. They ended up over charging me. I was able to talk with somebody and my money was reimbursed. That was the best part of my experience with this impound lot.
