I was freaking out because discount tire was closed on Sunday and as a woman I don’t trust many places that have have to do with cars. Upon arrival, Chris immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for, and assured me that he would do his best to make sure I left with a better resolution than when I entered their building. Great service great staff and timely care. Thank you big brand and Chris!

Chris and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the mechanic were all wonderful. They got my car serviced quickly and were incredibly polite. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a blowout on my trailer this spring in the Sierras. I was able to get to a friend's up there and ordered two more tires. I didn't get around to putting the tires on till I got to Phoenix. They mounted and balanced the tires for me even though they were busy. Some years ago I was trying to mount a tubeless mt bike tire and one of the employees there helped me figure it out! They tend to be pretty busy as they are popular for a reason--Great Service!! Good idea to make an appointment.

Patched my tire in an hour for free. Super quick, very good customer service.

Great service! Went in on a Saturday and had the tires shipped and installed on Monday. Less than $650 all said and done on a set of Nexen N’Fera SU1s, they were running a buy 3 get 1 free special.

Great service! They were able to get me in for service. I usually schedule in appointment, but I had other plans that were canceled. I still checked to see if they could fit me in that same day and were honest about the wait, which I did appreciate for not wasting my time. They did get my oil and brake fluid changed in a timely manner.

I had such an amazing experience. After doing a little shopping around, big brand tires was the best from tires, customer service, and overall kindness!

Very helpful and kind. Will always try and fit you in. After years of dealing with the horrors of Walmart’s automotive department, this is my favorite place to get a tire or oil change. Definitely recommend.

AMAZING., they were very polite and to the point. Told me everything I needed to know and with such courteous and honesty,, plus they didn’t try to wiggle around and unnecessary extra work.

We came all the way from Tucson to Phoenix, and we ended up having a lot of trouble with our wheel bearing, Daniil was the first to respond to the phone call, and he was just incredible! He made sure that we were taken care of, he was very responsible, and he tried to do everything that he could to make sure that we could get back home to Tucson safely. Due to lack of time we couldn’t finish the service, but I was extremely happy with the customer service.

Daniel at this location is a class act. I do not write reviews a lot but i had to make this because of how Daniel went above and beyond to cater what was needed. Thank you! And if corporate is seeing this, give this guy a raise!!!

Everything started fine — check-in was smooth, and all the information was delivered clearly. But things quickly went downhill once I realized the mechanics are not professional. I came in for a simple oil change on my GL450 2013 V8 M278 twin-turbo 4.6L. I had called ahead, set an appointment, and was quoted $151 for Mobil 1 0W-30 synthetic oil. That sounded perfect to me. The job took about 45 minutes (including a “free visual inspection,” which turned out to be nothing more than looking at the car — nothing was actually checked). After leaving, just 15 minutes into driving on the highway, a LOW OIL warning popped up on my dashboard. I had to turn around and drive back. When I arrived, the so-called mechanic looked confused, as if he had never seen such a warning before. He even claimed that the GL450 has no dipstick, which is false. I had to point it out to him. When he finally checked, sure enough, there wasn’t enough oil in the engine. I then spoke with the admin, who argued with me instead of acknowledging the mistake, insisting they were “super professional” and had never had such issues before. If that’s true, why was I forced to waste my time coming back for something so basic? To make matters worse, when I opened the hood, I noticed my car hood strut clamp was missing. When I confronted them, they reluctantly returned it to me, which makes me wonder what else they might take from customers’ cars. ⚠️ Not recommended if you want a proper oil change. Double-check your car and belongings if you ever decide to go there. Truly a very bad experience. Not deserved even one star.

I got a nail in my tire and didn’t think I would make it home. Stopped by the closest tire shop and glad it was these guys. They had my tire taken care of with in 30 min for FREE. Would highly recommend!

I stopped into Big Brand Tires out of necessity because my tire was quickly deflating. The guys quickly assessed the tire and determined it was repairable. They repaired it and I was on my way in about a 1/2 hour. I was very impressed and appreciative. I will be coming back next time I need anything tire related. Thank you!

Emilio quickly and skillfully repaired my tire. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism. I appreciate their Saturday and Sunday hours. They checked my vehicle's alignment (free checks) and found nothing wrong - normally I would expect them to tell me it needs the alignment and that'll be $130 please. Very nice and friendly customer service.

Hands down the best tire shop I’ve ever been to. If I could rate it 11/10, I would. The customer service was on point — super friendly, honest, and fast. The staff treated me with respect, didn’t try to upsell anything, and genuinely helped me out. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. I’m definitely coming back here for all my tire needs. Highly recommend!

Commitment to a job done right. I have a lifted and restored old ram 2500. I have taken it to a few shops in the area for an alignment. Big O, Firestone, etc. None were able to complete the alignment most gave up. Not Big Brand Tire & Service. Their tech took the additional time to get the job done right and win a customer. I’ll be back in the future. Integrity and honesty is something missing at most places and these guys own their work. Thank you for making it right and completing a job no other shop in the area could.

I had my oil changed and air filter replaced today at Big Brand Tire & Service located at 32st and Shea Blvd Phoenix AZ. It was easy to get an appointment and the service time was fast. Pete was AWESOME to work with at the front desk. He was very friendly, professional and kept me informed during the process. I highly recommend this shop!! Bill Potolicchio
