Talking to the seller about some rims and tires and gave me a price. I told him I will be omw, when I got there they had sold them. Really bad service and untruthful.
Very disappointed with the customer service. I came to look for a part for my car and unfortunately was given a different part of a newer model which did not fit. I called to see if I was able to return it and the front desk lady told me I was able to go back and get my money back. I get there and she said that they did not accept returns and can only give store credit. She did not mention that in the call! As a matter of fact, she said she did not recall the call I had had with her on the phone the day before.
Worst experience at a junkyard I've ever had! They made me wait over an hour for parts that would take me 5mins to remove myself. And once they did take them off they broke them and didn't tell me anything about it! Unfortunately I had already paid and they wouldn't refund me. Will NEVER come here again
They said they would give your money back for any non working part but they instead give you a credit for less money. I don’t recommend this place. Rude Woman and dude with no authority
Hi I bought some parts none 1 was good went back to claim my 30days warranty and the rud lady "owner" not respect the 30days warranty arguing that is not theres when they actually delivered parts definitely BAD BAD place to buy used parts. This lady thinks she is the last coca cola in the desert this is going too be reported as a fraud cz her business is stolen ppls money. Let's report this lady
Not very organized, but they did have the part I needed. You have to go in person to put a deposit down for your part, then leave and come back an hour or more later to pick it up. They only guy that speaks English is a lazy disinterested kid.
I came here to get a catalytic converter replaced and had a wonderful experience, the staff that works here is genuine and cares about the cars that come in. The facilities are organized, they have their own junkyard, and they are upfront about costs and time!
Don't recommend this place because my friend went to fix his car motor and they said said it was gonna be done in two weeks and a month after they hadn't fix it and he already had gave him 1 thousand bucks and nothing.
