Last night I had my vehicle towed and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver arrived quickly, was professional, courteous, and handled my vehicle with great care. Communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and treated both me and my vehicle with respect. It’s not often you come across a towing company that combines professionalism, punctuality, and great customer service this well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable towing assistance.
My husband, my 3 month old and I were stranded in the middle of the highway halfway between Vegas and Tucson due to two flat and ripped tires. Our BMW roadside assistance service could not even find us a tow because we were so remote and it was a Saturday evening and most car dealerships were not open until Monday.
We called Redline and they offered to take us and our vehicle all the way home to Tucson. They brought their large truck and flat bed and were able to safely and comfortably fit our babies rear facing car seat.
They even offered to stop so we can get food. Reasonably priced as they also gave us and the baby a ride.
Redline Roadside came through for my family and I! our car wasn’t moving out of park , Brakes Plus wasn’t sure they could solve the issue. Redline roadside was at our house in under a half hour with a solution to our problem. We were back on the road in no time. We couldn’t be more grateful for their help and expertise
I called Redline Roadside for a tow. They were fast, friendly, and handled my car with care. I would highly recommend them to all friends and family. They are 24hrs and answered my call at 3am.

One of the few that answered their phone on a saturday. They were quick to get to us. We were on a very busy street and they came through for us. Did a great job and will be the first call I make in the event I need a tow again.
I had a tongue brake away from the trailer and hired Redline towing. No other towing company was available due to not working on weekends and/or not having the proper equipment to handle the job. Redline towing arrived within 15-20 minutes and towed my trailer back to my house. The price was fair and they were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Great services very polite owner steven Is the best towing service I have ever had I will always go through him if I need a car towed he treats my car like its his very knowledgable on how to make the tow safe and make sure nothing gets damaged in the towing process I normally dont write reviews but I was so satisfied with how the tow went and how good the customer service was I just had to share if you want a good towing company to take care of your vehicle steven is the man for the job he definently has my business anytime I need a tow he is also a mechanic as well so if something is wrong with you car he will diagnose it before he tows it that's what made me write this review because. I have never had a tow company help diagnose my car before it was towed so I am very pleased he ended up replacing a crankshaft position sensor for me for only $250 when shop wanted over $700 I have a 2001 audi a6 thanks again for the services i will be calling you to fix my other car along with another tow thank you so much
Very helpful and patient. Great customer service. Was very fast and efficient. Even dropped me off at my front door after towing my car. Amazing employees with great attitudes.
