They sold me a transmission with holes in the valve body and the guy doesn’t want to man up and do a warranty on their transmissions. They put the excuse of lose bolts just to get out of selling good parts. If this was Precision or Arizona they would have taken care of it and not run a shady business that’s why there’re struggling. Stay away from these guys just go to a real auto parts salvage yard with real warranties
I even gave them the exact VIN number to make sure I got the right part, and they still sold me the wrong one. They took no responsibility afterward. Total waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
Be careful when ordering parts online, they send you the wrong parts even when you give them your VIN number and after returning the parts they don't give you back your money and they steal it without your bank doing anything for you. I can't give zero stars because it doesn't give you the option.
Drove an hour after they said they had the part I needed only to be told that they thought I was talking about a different part? Showed them the texts that they sent me saying they had it and turned me away saying they don’t have it. Waste of a 2 hour round trip. I don’t leave reviews very often but this level of unprofessional behavior and zero knowledge on car parts as a shop that sells them is beyond disappointing.
Was there earlier today to get a seat for my Tahoe. They had the seat out of the wrecked suburban in about 15 minutes and I also got a spare tire on a rim while I was there. Very courteous and great to do business with. I would highly recommend to go see them if you need some automotive parts.
Check here first! I had a great experience, it was my first time with a salvage yard, the guy that helped me was fantastic. Went out to look at the car for the part I needed and even sent a photo to me. They took it out for me and sold it to me for a steal! It's only been 3 hours and I've already sent someone who's looking for auto parts themselves. They were really interested in where I got my part, and I let them know how honest, helpful, and how much of a bargain the parts are here. Already keeping my promise of sending customers Jordans way!
I don't even know how to explain this... I bought a car from an auto auction blindly y'all know what I mean and I need a part a part that's pretty hard to find for a C300. I got online couldn't find anything local but then I looked on Craigslist. Next thing you know I'm looking at cars and I'm contacting somebody I don't even know who this person is. But this person help me, and helped me more than you all know. You see even when I was away from my phone Tony told me hey I got you and I'm going to find you that part. After I crawl out from under my Chevy 2 hours later I look at my phone and sure as heck Tony from Jordan Auto wrecking help me out without even me knowing. He sent me a text saying this is where you can find your part. Even though that part's not even located at his yard. To the rest of the world where in the heck is this type of customer service anymore??? Thank you Tony!!!!! I don't know your age I don't even know who the heck you are but your parents raise one heck of a dude!!! Any company should be proud to have you. Thank you so much Jordan auto wrecking for having Tony as a part your staff. Most likely the best part! Customer service like this is unheard of these days. Thank you again Tony

Called all over phoenix for a part to my Audi no one had it but Jordan’s did and for a really good price! The guys that work here are nice and very helpful
My condenser fans quit on my Benz. It’s 112 out!! They went and found the fans, tested them and called me back to let me know they had them for me! If that’s not fantastic customer service, I don’t know what is. Fans work and I’m a happy customer, with AC lol Thanks guys!!

Needed a fuel tank for my F10 535i; he had it out by the next morning and called to lmk it was ready like he said he would.. Annnd it was the best price I got quoted.
Jordan and his crew were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was swapping out my ‘04 BMW 330ci to a manual and needed a driveshaft. They had one (well under priced from the competition) and also a plethora of other misc parts that I needed (flywheel, pedal assembly, etc). They quoted me a good price and were early with their time estimates. Would recommend
Jordan is the best! He had all my parts for a 04 E-320, He went way below price of others. He threw in several parts for FREE... I'm ready to finish getting the rest of my parts and I will ONLY use Jordans and willing to wait if need be. Dont waste your money at another yard, Jordan will be your go to for all your parts... This place had amazing service,was super helpful and had great staff. The owner Jordan helped me and was really cool and helpful. They were great from the start and even helped me put the part I needed fixed on my car back on for me super quickly and it is good as new!!!
Came by this place and it was more than what I can ask for they got everything and anything. The owner Jordan helped me and was very knowledgeable on the business and helped me with what I needed for 3x less than what I was quoted at other places. Love these guys! I was looking for a the housing for the lock cylinder to my vehicle, but couldnt find one that fit. Jordans was recommended to me by another auto junk yard. They not only had the part i was looking for, but drove me to my bank to pull out the money! RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!! Jordan is an awesome guy!! The 'bad reviews' are just bad customers! These guys really care! WILL be coming back if i need another part!!

The guys are great. Misunderstanding about the parts. They resolve the issue quickly and have the best prices in town. If you need foreign car parts these are the guys to talk to. Tell them Camelback automotive sent you. Buy 10 things and get one free. Can't beat that deal

These guys are great. Came in for a spindle off a Prius and ended up chatting with Jordan for a while. Super hard worker, great customer service. They've got a ton of business and have only been open for 7 months, so that tells you something about their quality of the business. They also didn't charge me extra to pull off the part from the car, which most places do. Would recommend these guys to everyone.
Great Customer Service!!! These guys are awesome! Not only are they polite but they help you right away and offer a nice cold water bottle! I was looking for 2013 300 Hemi door panels and many interior accessories, they had them and they definitely hooked it up with the prices! Can't beat their offers, Highly recommend them!
