I never had a problem ordering from here or problems with their parts, but unfortunately the communication is horrible, I traveled 2 hrs to pick a part and I was giving the run around, if they had only tell me that the part was not available or was missing well ahead off time I could have made other arrangements on finding the parts now is almost closing time to all other salvage locations and I ran out of time, I not only lost the 2 hrs travel time and day and gas and hotel. The only options were money back or come back another day which I don’t have.

Order was well packaged with no damages. very bad experience, they ask you a lot of information about what you need and they give you what they want, They made me go three times and my piece was not ready, at the end they cut the piece as they wanted and I owed 100 dollars.. now the seller does not answer me for the return... a such "TONY"
Purchased a radio for my 2018 challenger. I’m located in Tn, and they had exactly what I needed and wasn’t over priced. The phone call was straight to the point and got me everything I needed. After I paid, my radio was at my door in 3 days. I installed it and it has worked perfectly. Highly recommend this company, and will be using them in the future.

I ordered two radio's from Manny. He sent me pictures to confirm the part is correct and shipped quickly. Both radios arrived in very good condition and packaged well. I buy a lot of these radios from other yards and they don't arrive in the same condition; creating a ton of back and fourth communication to get the problem corrected. That's not the case with Arizona Auto Parts! It's such a pleasure to deal with a yard that knows how to run their business professionally! Thanks guys!!!
First i was lied to about the parts being pulled already and on shelf ready to go. Then the delivery date kept changing first i was told id have it Friday then Monday but didnt show up till Wednesday. Then upon arrival the fuel tank i ordered was absolutely disgusting no effort to try to clean the tank dirt and mud was caked up everywhere spent well over an hour cleaning it

Terrible to deal with. Whoever is doing their text messaging is horriffically rude. Sold them a car. They refuse to give me a copy of the document I signed when they picked it up. Absolutely atrocious. Untrustworthy and difficult.

I recently sold my mom’s Toyota Camry to this business. They provided me a quote and scheduled to have it picked up at my residence. The following day, when the tow truck driver arrived to pick it up, he left a couple of footprints on my drive way and garage that were hard to clean off. I was able to clean most of it except for one. I called and complained about it but the driver didn’t even apologize. Very unprofessional.
Bought a transmission for a 2015 Cadillac SRX with 72k miles on it. Had the transmission professionally installed (keep in mind, this was my 16 year old son that saved the money that he worked for to get this car.) Transmission made it about 130 miles only before failure. Its at its third shop right now, the transmission was opened up, and water and rust was found in the transmission. The wheel sensor was also completely smashed. Arizona Auto Parts did refund our money (minus taxes) but my Son is still out $1800 labor for a transmission that was filled with water and rust (proving this was not stored properly) This is all fully documented.
Fantastic operation! Impressed from the get go with their customer service and communication. Facility is well run and their showroom is clean. I have purchased from these guys two times including purchasing a transmission on ebay and picking it up locally and I will gladly continue to do business with them. I also had a warranty issue and it was handled promptly, Ryan took care of me right away and was extremely helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend this business!
