Hendrix Salvage has always made me a happy customer.The guys in the yard are always so helpful. They pay good money and the ladies in office where you pick up your money are always so nice as well.

Very friendly staff! Willing to help and serve. But here's why it's a three Star. I had some steel weighing in around 4 tons. I had asked for the prepared and unprepared steel to be weighed separately because the unprepared was only 800 pounds or so. When I went to grab my payment the next day it was all weighed in as unprepared which pass significantly less. I would still recommend them to anyone, but just be sure to have seperate loads or something along those lines. Also The pickup service is great just not always on time.
This place is a scam and a ripoff and tried to get over on me for thousands of dollars until I went down there and made them print out every sheet of our pickups and they realized they were wrong and only cut me a check for an eighth of what they owed me after they swore up and down they owed me nothing. Didn't even apologize just wrote me a check for way less than what was owed. We found a new company and I recommend anybody else with scrap do the same.
I have been to Hendrix Salvage about 6 or 7 times and every visit I am amazed at how fast these guys are.Without even asking for any help unloading my truck these guys are there to do it and they have always been polite and they have manners and big smiles every time no matter who the workers are.They pay the best and you even get to see there talking parrots when you go to cash in at the office.I highly recommend Hendrix Salvage for sure.
Fair price on steel sheet scrap but totally ripped me off on the radiators I brought in. Brought in three cleaned aluminum radiators with the tanks cut off a large, a heavy clean brass radiator and a couple dirty ones. They charged me for irony/dirty radiators. If you have cleaned metals go elsewhere, this place ripped me off.
I love bringing my scrap metal to Hendrix. The guys are always happy and helpful, and that's what makes the drive from Anthem so worth it for me....., That and they have great prices!
I've been going with them for years since They were at 16st and they've always been good people and fair prices..I've been in telecom since 95 and recycling cable scraps.
Rating a reflection on pricing only never went because goddess scrap on grarandng gave me .50 more per pound on #1 cu I have not been here in atleast 3 months and the chick remebered me over the phone quoted me 1.55 called here was quoted 1.10
Mook is great honest guy..wont rip you off on scales...girls inside great....guys on loaders always polite and get you in and out as fast as they can..
