I ordered this with Aric Schoenthal and it's been a disaster, I placed the order on a friday and got it the following Thursday abd this is what I got. Called him right away he assured me a replacement for Tuesday and nothing. When I called he said Wednesday for sure, I ask if I could pick it up he said no because it was already scheduled for delivery. Then Thursday 9am I called to get an "eta" he said 45 minutes, 2hrs later I called "27" eta, 2hrs later I called "4 min eta" he "talked" to dispatch and came back to the phone 20 minutes later just to say he had to go and I still waiting. What happened to this place?

Always have had a good experience with lkq. Their website is easy to navigate. The Phoenix location has an amazing front desk gal (I'm so sorry I'm terrible with names). All the parts I have gotten from them were clean and functional. Great place to save a ton on used auto parts. **update** still getting parts from them, still getting quality parts for cheap and good service.

Went there once got a side marker light for my caprice was a quality product.Have wanted to purchase parts from them.On several other occasions and tried calling them on at least six different occasions can never get an answer on the telephone or live an hour away.I don't have time just to drive down there because nobody can answer the phone

I recently visited this location to pick up parts for my car, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff I interacted with were noticeably discourteous and unprofessional, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. Clear communication and respectful customer service are essential, especially in situations where customers may already be dealing with vehicle issues. I hope management can address these concerns and improve the overall customer experience moving forward.

First transmission that was ordered was the wrong transmission. Needed an manual not an automatic. The whole reason of having and providing the vin number. The second time, still wrong transmission. I called and asked this not being handled with any customer service. Especially, driving all the way from NE Phx to SE Phx. Definitely, no customer service whatsoever. I’m sure another company will gladly accept my money. If I have to refund it.

I’m a car dealer and have easily spent hundreds of thousands of dollars here at lkq I purchased some seatbelts from Aric and he sent me the wrong belts when we arranged for refund he picked up the items and never issued the refund I called numerous times I either get put on hold or when he hears it’s me he just hangs up extremely unprofessional

I trust my mechanic, but now we BOTH won't trust parts from this business. My transmission went out in May 2024 and was replaced by a transmission from LKQ. It crapped out completely after just over a year. That kind of thing shouldn't be happening with such a major component. They took forever to get back to my mechanic's inquiry. We were both hoping they'd help us out. NOPE. Your subpar parts are making mechanics look bad, while milking customers dry.

Parts may be clean and well packaged but not right. Check before leaving with old part if possible. My was not correct. Expect long delays on the phone or in person. Customer service has no place here.

Horrible experience! The shop I took my 2012 Ram to is one that I have trusted implicitly in the past. After doing my own research on a reman engine, the owner of the shop assured me that his supplier provides an excellent product and recommended that I go with his source (LKQ). I didn't know LKQ did reman engines. Now I know, they don't. What a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!! This engine sounds like a bucket of bolts being shaken. It has more knocks and ticks than a worn-out diesel on cold start-up. I have actually been in 2 drive throughs where they have asked me to 'please turn your car off, we can't hear you." The owner of the shop told me not to worry, they will do whatever is needed to take care of it. Then, after having it for a day, told me he doesn't hear anything abnormal and would like to have me bring it back for another day of diagnostics. Meanwhile, I'm left without a vehicle for the day, a $35 Uber, and $7,000 out of my savings account for a junk engine. Unfortunately, it is becoming clear that I will likely have to spend additional resources and retain an attorney to successfully resolve this incredible debacle. Save yourself! Buy an engine from anywhere but LKQ!!!

started off by getting the wrong part later then promised. cant get any call backs from jason who is the so called manager that is never there. john gave every excuse in the book from corporate meetings to him being out sick. we had to put our customer in rentals and it cost us over $400. the number they provided to call on the response to this review never got answered either. this place is a joke. . use another supplier

We ordered a part on Tuesday it is now the following Monday they've given us the wrong part and offered no compensation no discount No refund. In fact they made us hold on to the wrong part until we can come swap it out. totally unprofessional, they will not call when the part is ready they keep making us call back and go through the whole process waiting on hold. Absolutely unacceptable Eric was friendly and helpful at first but no customer service skills whatsoever. Screw this location after this we will not be purchasing anything from LKQ ever again. Find another junkyard in Phoenix this one is terrible! I would not trust that you would get your parts in a timely manner or in our case get the correct part. What a joke. I would fire everyone at the Phoenix office

Bad bad costumer service I hope the owner responds to this message, I called 2 weeks ago for dash panel after 2 days I got call from lkq they said the dash panel ready to pick up , I drive to there i wait for an hour to pick up the dash panel , after 1 hour they told me they can't find it, I call they order another one , yesterday they call me told me the dash panel it's available to pick up, I told them send it to shop, I was waiting all day no one show up , I call today they told me they dash panel it's not available yet and hang up the phone on me that it's really bad castmer service

This company does not care about the individual customer. They only seem to care about shops that do large volumes of business with them Purchased an ABS actuator for our 2013 Toyota prius, on august seventh and was basically informed that the part was not complete I was told the other half of the part would be in next day. So on the eighth I went into pick up the part and was informed that it was not there and that's their new mexico location, had not responded to the email request for the other half of the part While I was there, after realizing that the new mexico location have not responded to their email request for the other half of the part. You would think the staff behind the counter would basically say me call the New Mexico location and locate the other half as a part and expedite its shipping here. Their overall response that I did get and attitude was apathetic at best. I did ask if I could get some kind of credit for the inconvenience Their response kind of confused me a little bit, they told me that they could source apart from another location. The only problem is it would take about another week. The reason why I confused me is why didn't they want to just walk over and grab the phone and call the New Mexico location and take the time to locate the other half of the part

Spoke with ED, who was great and helped me out. However, there is another feller there at the LKQ sales office in Arizona (when you press option 3 from the main phone tree) who blind transferred me 3 times to internet sales without listening to what I was asking for. It was a frustrating experience. I asked Ed who this guy was but he said he didn't know and that it was possibly "one of the guys in the back". Like I said, Ed was great, however it took 4 calls and 45 minutes of hold time before I was able to get to him. If I wasn't so persistent I would have given up but I needed the part for the price that was extended. If you don't have patience...this is not the store to purchase your parts from. If you can tolerate frustration well, and enjoy being treated poorly....this is probably the vendor for you.

Horrible experience with this company. Both my brother and i purchased engines from them within about a week of each other for 2 separate vehicles. My experience, they shipped me an engine with bent valves, rust throughout the interior, and a few other issues. None of this was visible before install. Filed a warranty claim, they replaced the engine, but told me i had to eat the cost of the install because it was my fault. I should have checked the engine first before install. No remorse, no empathy. Just told me tough break, move on. My brothers experience was much the same. Horrible customer experience and an overall attitude of its your fault our parts are defective.

Viviana was very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, we were sold an engine with bad timing chain and misadjusted valves. So after paying $1,800 for an engine, here we are paying $1,200 for timing kit replacement (chain, tensioner, sprocket etc etc.) and readjustment. We’re out of warranty so, guess just SOL!

They are a very busy warehouse. All the time. Expect to spend some time there. However, It is time very well spent. All accommodations are met. So you get the exact part that you need. If you don't, they are very reasonable with exchange or returns.

Update 11-3-2024: another 10 minutes of hold. No answer. This place must be the worst place in the World to call for parts. I rather pay the dealer a higher price and save my time. Terrible terrible business practice! Seems like nothing has changed here. Previous review: Customer service isn't their strongest skill. Long holds when you call, then they hang up and don't even bother to call you back. The girls mostly seem like they have no clue about a vehicle or parts. Be ready for rude employees and 15 minute holds on phone calls. They don't even greet their customers. Way to go!

After waiting 5 days they gave me wrong side Axl they gave me L side instead of right side when I made the order I didn’t read the receipt but I told them I need right side and I drove from Surprise over 40 miles and even didn’t hear any sorry word

I'm sorry to have read so many negative reviews about this company. My experience was top notch. Daniel took my info over the phone and provided supreme service. I used my keypad to enter my card info instead of verbally giving him the info. The sale was finalized and when I arrived at will call, Ariel assisted me with getting my part pulled. Jaden retrieved my part quickly and brought it right to me. All staff I encountered were extremely professional and nice. The establishment was clean, organized and welcoming to customers. I was in awe of the warehouse area, what I could see of it, for the cleanliness and organization. The shelves were neat and tidy and the staff utilized safety procedures for the equipment they were utilizing. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have. Great job guys! Keep doing what you do. Oh yes, my part was about $70 cheaper than online and I was able to leave with it, not wait for a week or more for delivery. Their main customer base is companies dealing with auto body repairs, but they are also open to the public. So very glad I found them.

Times passed now after this pleasant experience (Not that pleasant). So basically this employee went on to say that he could make this paint work if it was him painting , didn’t want to keep trying “cause they’ll go out of business”by mixing another half pint, did want to use the color camera, continued on trying to push this paint on me. After the back and forth this guy mentioned it to the manager and he agreed! To refund cause they didn’t wanna try. I understand it’s not going to be perfect but cmon!Overall very disappointed like my guy below. Big waist of time!
