It was easy to get our tow set up and he arrived on time. He worked fast and even provided us a great referral for a key replacement! Highly recommend if you need a tow for a great price.
I asked before my car was even hooked up, the price, and can a receipt be presented to me afterwards for insurance purposes. After hooking my car up and towing it, I was charged more, and never got a invoice.
It’s advertising that’s it’s 24 hours yet I called at 3am and they hung up. I don’t blame the company for the most I blame the workers. Either way don’t advertise 24 hours if your workers can’t even do there job. My insurance company was closed and I got stuck at 2am and since mine was closed I tried to check for 24/7 ones yet they suck because of the workers hanging up
Cristal to towing came and jump started my semi within 30 minutes of me calling and the driver Omar had me back running within 3 minutes. Awesome and very professional and fast service. I highly recommend them

Thank you for coming to the rescue in less than an hour. I called multiple 24 hour towing companies and no one answered my call. You didn't answer my call either, but you did text me with in 15 minutes of my call asking how you could help. Very scary when you car just stops working while driving. You made things so much easier.<br><br>The only down fall is that when you called me back with a quote you did not say you only take cash.<br><br>But still 5 service. Thank you again. This towing company is AMAZING! My wife and I had our car break down on the side of the 101 and were waiting for over 3 hours for our insurance company to send a tow truck from another company. I decided to call Crisanto Towing and they helped us out immediately and towed our van for us. Out of all the towing companies I called to help with the van, Crisanto was the BEST! They had great customer service and the best prices in the valley. If you want a reliable company to come tow your car, Crisanto Towing is the place to call! My truck broke down about 150 miles from home. And after a very long few days of nothing seeming to go right, I didn't want to go get it. I got a hold of Crisanto Towing and he went and got it for us. He did a great job, was friendly, responsive, and kept in communication with us the entire time. And he showed up right when he said he would. 100% recommend.
Omar was absolutely amazing! He took the time to stop by a tire shop, so that I was able to get a new tire. He loaded my car back up and took it to the desired destination. I highly recommend Crisanto Towing! they treat you like family.
I have a highly modified dodge charger and it's really low And Crisanto towing took care of my car really well and did NOT scrape my bumper or anything and I've had issues with other tow trucks scratching my bumpers. I recommend this towing company good service and really quick in response.
