Today my wife was t boned by a hit and run, our vehicle was towed to the deer valley location at the behest of phoenix pd. After arrival to pick up personal belongings we were rudely informed, with absolute disdain, (by a short, mid 30s, tatted up brunette female with gauges,front desk clerk), that my wife had to be present, after inquiring about several other options we were quickly shot down with short curt answers that i had no other option but to drag my battered and bruised wife to that location to access the vehicle. Her behavior was so obnoxious that my father had to step in with a few choice words. As we were leaving this individual had opted to chase us outside, to continue insulting us and chastizing us. To the point where i was dialing 911. That said, I will be pursuing their contract with the city and calling some of our contacts in the local PDs informing them of this extreme behavior. Chastizing and insulting the families of victims should never be acceptable. We later returned with my limping battered and bruised wife to at least gain access so that we can obtain the dashcam footage required by the pd.The ONLY positive redeeming quality were the yard staff who were extremely kind and helpful. All in all, This lady should be fired immediately and is a poor representative under any circumstances.

Great customer service, very responsive and helpful through the entire process. My car was totaled in an accident and this towing company was great through it all.

They took my truck and the Scottsdale police put an illegal20 day hold on it I lived in truck currently for couple weeks I between drugs

It was raining the day I picked up my car and they were considerate enough to put sticky plastic sheeting over my the gaps from my windows being rolled down so my car stayed dry! Thx guys!!

I can not say enough on how kind they were. They made sure my needs were cared for. They also shared information that allowed me to make good decisions on where I could take my car to. They were kind and supportive on the phone when I really needed it. Great people!!!

My car was towed to All City Towing after an accident. I went to claim my personal items and was treated with respect. I received courteous service from the front office. They promptly escorted me to my vehicle and back to the office. I did not feel rushed or any pressure. I was pleased overall with this company and it's employees.

Quick response and care taken with vehicle. When I went to the yard to take pics for insurance and get belongings, the staff was very helpful explaining everything. They also explained forms and made recommendations for additional forms to help keep from needing to return.

My car was towed here after an accident. Unfortunately, I had to leave town shortly after but All City Towing was willing to work around my absence and allowed me to release my car to my insurance company. They were very understanding of my situation.

The tow truck arrived promptly and agreed to tow to my mechanic rather than Chandler impound lot. The transaction for payment was handle well with all things explained by driver and receipt received via e-mail. Would strongly recommend and use this company!

Had my battery die on a surface road, and All City Towing helped me get my vehicle home safe! Staff was courteous and took great care with my car.

All City Towing provided great service to my husband and I when our car was totaled. Quick in and out. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even let my husband go back to the car a second time to retrieve an important item.

My car was involved in accident on Friday night.I wasn't contacted by police nothing I had to wait till Monday and call Phoenix Police .They didn't know where it was Then I get a phone call and it the towing company I was so happy he made my day .I've never been in accident before so I didn't know where to tow it to The nice gentleman on the phone answed my question.He was so nice Thank you again for your help

I was fortunate to deal with All City Towing with them being friendly, professional, and informative. My son had crashed my car and I had to deal with it being a total loss and him being at fault. As unpleasant as the experience was, All City Towing was the company that towed it and stored it and was very helpful in me dealing with my vehicle and moving forward with it.

My car was totaled on 5/23. The All City driver who picked it up provided me information on where it would be towed. The next morning Ron Woods outlined the process from there, and provided options on collision centers - I chose Mesa Ford based on his recommendations. He also provided insight on how the process would unfold going forward. His professional and attention to customer service is second to none. I highly recommend All City Towing for your towing needs. Update: I received a text promising a $25 digital Amazon card which would have been a bonus since I was reviewing them anyway. My experience at the time was stellar. Should be zero stars but that’s not an option. All City Towing is morally corrupt. My brother’s car was towed on 6/14 because someone thought it looked abandoned. It wasn’t parked illegally or in a marked tow zone. He passed away on 6/16 so obviously he couldn’t go pick it up from impound. It sat there for 10 days, each day having a charge, before I was notified about the car. When I was notified about my brother’s passing on 6/18 I even asked the detective if they knew where his car was because I thought we might be able to piece together what had happened. Phoenix police had the car towed so you would think that would have been easy to figure out. When we called All City Towing we were told that we couldn’t get it because the title was under my brother’s name. They also mentioned that after 30 days they take ownership. So more days of being unable to get the car. Finally they agreed to release the car if the detective made a call and said it was ok to release to next of kin. I had to pay nearly $1000 to pick up my deceased brother’s car. No compassion at all. My brother couldn’t pick up the car because he was dead. How is this even legal? How can you charge for every day after his death and then make it difficult for us to claim and cause even more days of charges? I would have paid for the 2 days where he was alive and had an opportunity to pay the impound fees but charging for every day after his death is just wrong. Obviously the bottom line is making money and no circumstance would warrant even a shred of humanity or empathy. This is just bad business and shows how scummy All City Towing is. Thanks for making an extremely difficult time for my mother and myself even more difficult. Hope it’s worth it to you.

After I was involved in a crash with a hit and run driver I was told my car was totaled. All City Towing had towed my car to there yard and I was told I could pick up my belongings out of my car. The ppl. there were so helpful the guy in the golf cart was so patient with me as I made to trips to empty out my car and the lady at the front desk told me to call insurance co. to pick up my car so I wouldn't come across any out of pocket we t costs. Very helpful.

The location on East University Drive has terrible customer service. After picking up my vehicle due to a minor collision and paying my tow bill, it took them so long so I have to wait outside under the Phoenix sunshine for my car. When they did bring my car out, the guy was so rude and had no consideration for my vehicle, the staff towed my AWD Subaru by its front axel! The rudeness and horrible customer service is completely unnecessary. If you have to tow your vehicle, use a different company. I strongly DO NOT recommend.

All City Towing picked up my truck following an accident. The driver was efficient and courteous. In the office were helpful when I visited the yard to gather belongings from the truck, and staff provided information regarding fees subsequent to the accident. The company is intentional in communication.

I was very pleased with this company & thier compassion during my difficult time, they kept me informed & updated on the situation with my vehicle & will recommend them to anyone that may need thier assistance.

I was surprised a month ago when a car turning east didn’t see me in my car and hit me. I was in distress shaking all over.a young lady and the guy who hit me came running to see if I was alright. The police who came to investigate called all city towing , my car had been totaled. They arrived in a timely manner, they were able to move the vehicle. I was so thankful especially when you not in your right mind. It gives a sense of well being when someone who knows what they are doing comes along and very efficiently removes your car off private property. And all I had to do was go home and gather my wits.

Our car was towed for a responsible reason. However we are clearly not from here. The driver was rude, unprofessional and threatened me with the police in regards to my own vehicle. His name is Osp or something. He even made it seem as if I wasn’t the owner of the vehicle with my name clearly on the title.

Here’s a draft for your review: I recently had my rental car towed, and while it was a frustrating experience, the team at All City Towing really helped make it more manageable. Claudia at the front desk was especially kind and professional. She explained everything clearly, gave me all the information I needed, and made sure I understood the process. Even though I couldn’t pick up the car myself (only the rental company could), Claudia’s helpfulness and calm demeanor kept me from stressing too much. Great customer service during a tough situation—thank you, Claudia!

If your car is towed or impounded by this company please check afterwards damages. My brand new super charger condenser was damaged my front bumper and grille broken was detached. My oil pan was also damaged.I did file a claim which, I was told is all done by paper. Hopefully I don't run hot while driving home.

Had an accident 2 weeks ago or so this people towed my car , and damaged it even more when they dropped it at tow yard , I questioned them about it , and they did not to take responsibility for it , they did not want to talk to me and they bump the prize even higher for towing it etc… and all they say is that they are connected with law enforcement to intimidate you , I don’t understand how they are still Bussines all they do is Rip people off?!!

Upon retrieving my vehicle, I was profoundly dismayed to uncover that it had suffered further damage due to its adjacency to another parked vehicle. Regrettably, the proprietor declined to acknowledge responsibility for these damages and proceeded to levy an exorbitant charge beyond the initial estimate. While I had initially been quoted a rate of $53 per day, along with a $80 fee for towing, totaling approximately $345, I was subsequently billed an alarming $834.75 following the report of damages. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment and intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This company had pure negligence and damaged my front bumper during a tow this last weekend. I do not mind paying for the services and impound but I do want my vehicle back as they picked it up. I have emailed and have not received a response. This is ridiculous.

The attendant was kind, courteous and professional. The business is very shifty behind the scene. My reluctance to give any star rating derives from the lot attendant who did a less than exemplary job of bringing my vehicle around, causing extensive damage with the forklift use to drag cars from the lot. The management is well versed in avoiding payment for the employees negligence, and will either become a small claims matter or I will just have to pay the bill myself. Always photograph your vehical prior to this company towing it. The business is a little difficult to find, because the actual office is on 20th Street nestled back behind another business. The lot being very visible from the street if you're traveling on Deer Valley Road.
