I’ve used this towing company in the past without any issues, so I was really disappointed by the experience I had this time. When I called to request a tow, the woman who answered insisted on giving me a quote, even though I explained that I’ve used their service before and just needed help right away. Before I could finish explaining, she raised her voice and eventually hung up on me. It was frustrating and disheartening to be treated that way, especially when I was already in a stressful situation and just needed assistance. I truly hope they work on their customer service because it used to be a company I could count on.

Monkey Towing was great to me. They are very well priced compared to other places and very respectful and timely!

Jose from Monkey Towing was simply awesome! My 2023 Rivian R1S was bricked in my garage and he was able to get it out of the garage with no damage to the car or the garage. He was extremely professional and highly skilled. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Jose with Monkey Towing for any of your towing needs!

He is a stand up guy. This company Heart Rentals who lease Tesla Rideshare rentals provided the most horrible service to me, neglected to provide me all adapters needed to charge their car any where, I would be in areas where I could not make it to a working charge station to meet their 10% charge limit or they would tax you $30 (in addition to $5 tax to get a fast charge), so you literally have to stop doing whatever it is you are do in my case working to charge their car, and they made it possible so you could not do that and may end up stranded needing a tow like me late at night and they are so arrogant, rude, inconsiderate of others and in the way they do business, want to claim you to be negligent when this happens, not take accountability, responsibility and put it on you to try and ruin everything you work for. Well him being a stand up guy made a positive difference by not supporting them. The kind of person you want in a emergency.

I love how you guys drop cars off in a red tow zone at our shop. If you cant see the red painted concrete their is a giant sign that says No Parking Tow Zone. Incredible lack and will to find a parking spot in the front of the shop and drop it. Better hope it doesn't get towed by the city in the morning as we won't be able to be at our shop till Monday.

Had to get my 3500 Pro Master towed around this morning. They said it would be over an hour wait but they got to me and about 30 mins. Timing was great and Jose was awesome. I def recommend using Monkeys Towing!

Oh my God Israel from Monkey's towing was super polite and super efficient and I really appreciate him. With that being said today at 11:38 a.m. it is now 5:35 p.m. I'm just now getting my door open. The first company that USAA set me up with was Woody's towing in Phoenix, 3 hours later they never show up and I call up there and I was actually being super calm and she pitched a fit and said I was throwing an attitude when in fact she was actually throwing the attitude. And then she complained that USAA doesn't pay them enough. And gave me a billion excuses about people losing their keys during the weekend and they were super busy. I simply said then you guys shouldn't have took the job it's been 3 hours and she says you know what I'm going to unassign our driver and we're going to find somebody else. I said fine the next company was this company monkeys and he contacted me almost instantly told me an ETA and actually showed up with a smile. Monkeys towing over Woody's towing big difference.

What amazing service these guys did for me, I had to get my 15 ft long toolbox towed out of my shop and to my house. He made everything look very easy, you can tell he is very knowledgeable. I refuse to use any other tow company other than "Monkeys towing! 10 stars

Driver was courteous and on time. I’m glad the driver confirmed the pickup location, as the address provided by insurance company was different from the address entered. Best to always review the auto-generated text/notification for accuracy.

If I could give them 5+ stars I would. Extremely fast, communicative and efficient company that is easily accessible and have no problem with helping their customers. Locked my keys inside my car and was told I'll be receiving assistance shortly. Robert was big help as he was swift and efficient when working with my car as I have a difficult model. Nonetheless, he was able to do it under 20 minutes as I struggled for a good 2 hours trying to do it myself. Great price, service, and attitude from this company! Recommend!!!

These guys are amazing, they drove 2 hours into the sticks to winch out my camper, starting at 7:30pm! They arrived way after any traces of light had left the sky. It was a tricky job but my man Israel came with the best cheer, problem solving, and professionalism. Stressful to get my house stuck but because of these folks, it turned into a positive experience. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

A little bit pricier than I was hoping, but they got out to me in about 20 minutes after I hung up the phone, the guy was an absolute professional and it was just a great experience overall (ignoring the fact that I still had a blown transmission)

Jose the tech that came out was great, courteous and professional, tow truck was very nice! Jose chang3d our trailer tire , got us back on the road quickly and even made sure loose wires were taped securely and checked the other tire had proper air pressure as well. Great tow company!

My rig left me on the side of the road used Monkey's to tow me home!! Two days later had to take same truck to dealer, called the office spoke with Araceli who talked to her boss Victor gave me a great deal for being a return customer. Amazing.... Professional customer service. I can't express enough the appreciation I have towards this company. we have a classic Chevy C10 not only did he provide us with such great service, the way he handled our truck with such care was outstanding. Our travel trailer blew a tire in July 110 degree heat and we were stranded on the 202 W 1/4 mile from Baseline. We used our roadside assistance company to find Monkey's. They said 45 min ETA and I set a timer to go get food and cold water. Texts let us know they'd be early. By the time we arrived with 10 min left on the timer, they were done! I'm so impressed!! I recommend them!!

The driver was prompt, professional and very friendly. He made a difficult situation much more bearable. He had a great sense of urgency without being rushed.

Roman was very helpful and respectful i got into a accident and when he arrived to help me he made sure i was okay first i appreciate his service and the fact that he was gentle with my car and actually seemed like he cared everyone just left me on the curb while i waiting for the tow truck to come for my car. This towing company will definitely be my go to if im ever in need again positive friendly service can go a long way in some peoples lives.... and they have reasonable rates !!! I called 3 towing companies and they were trying to charge me a arm and a leg just to get from 75th ave and indian school to 67th ave and Glendale. Thank you so much for your services !!!

WOW what and excellent experience. My Harley broke down. Battery died due to bad voltage regulator. I was by myself. Anyway I felt safe and comfortable with the gentleman that loaded my bike on the back of the truck. Great conversation and lots of laughs on the 1+ hour trip to the HD dealership.

Skilled and professional! We had to tow our large truck and 5th wheel RV from a tricky spot. Our driver Isreal was very skilled at maneuvering our 35 foot home in and out of tight areas in town. His boss Victor helped advocate for us with our insurance company and we really felt that they cared about our situation. Huge thanks to Isreal and the staff at Monkey's towing.
