These guys took care of my mom's 2015 ford focus transmission. After the repair it drove like new. From the first phone call to pick up they were super nice and so knowledgeable. I cant thank them enough for taking care of my mom's car.

He refused to disclose the fault. He said that after opening the transmission, they could identify the problem. This, to me, is a trap.

Stay away! Took my truck in for a hard shift with a CEL. They diagnosed as needing to be rebuilt and said it was a “common problem”. When I picked my truck up, I noticed a leak before I drove off. They put it on the lift and fixed the leak. Driving home that night hard shift on the same gears and the same code. Took it back. After a few days they said it’s fixed. Two days later same issue. Took it back again and after a few days they returned the truck. This time it was fixed. I finally parked in my driveway way after having it for a couple weeks and noticed it was leaking. Took it back and they didn’t have time to look at it. They sent me down to their sister shop and they said it was a gasket leak. It was a small leak and I every time it’s in their shop it’s 3-4 days. I missed enough work, decided to wait until I needed to service and fix it myself. I found a random 12mm bolt in one hole and my pan was damaged on the lip. No wonder it was leaking. Whatever tech worked on my truck definitely had the “ that’s the next guys problem” attitude.

This is my first & last time dealing with these guys. I took my small block Chevy for a freeze plug and a water pump repair. When I got it back I noticed my power steering belt was UPSIDE DOWN, there was a bolt missing off my water pump & my radiator cap was not twisted on all the way.

I don’t feel like these were “accidents”. To put a power steering belt on upside down is Intentional. You gotta check their work after you get your car back.

This place has great customer service. I brought in a transmission for an 03 Mazda Miata to get refurbished. Unfortunately, the parts needed to fix some of the things wrong are no longer available. They looked around for an alternative and got me a transmission with 51,000 miles on it that was just like mine. These people truly care about their customers and tries to find a solution if there is a problem. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for work done on their car.

I had a great experience with Ray, my niece lives in Phoenix and bought her first car, I live in New York, I was given Rays name from a friend who had his car serviced here. First off Ray was very thorough and explained everything to me about my nieces car and needed repairs. Mind you I live in a different time zone and was paying for all repairs. And Ray and I spoke many times. The prices here are more than fair and I felt that my niece would be in a solid safe car . Ray was very responsive letting me know what was needed and even sent me pictures . My niece called to let me know how much better the car was driving and handling , along with the new tires . Big Shoutout to Ray and his patience . I highly recommend this mechanic . I feel good knowing I can send my Niece back there and she will be taken care of for the life of her car.

Robbie and the techs at this shop are awesome. I didn’t tell them I was a service manager at a well known auto repair shop previously. I knew what to look out for and I can honestly say they were very honest with me, they fixed the issue the first try and didn’t over charge me. I had an F250 V10 that needed a tranny rebuild kit last month . I'm happy I found this shop and I’m coming back with another car this week.

I really trust Transmission factory this is the only place that I trust this guys are so honest I took my car 2017 kia sportage and they change the transmission and my car still running like new this guys really did a great service job I love this place and you guys deserve more than 5 stars

I have to leave a review! Only because I have went to other mechanic shops through out my life and here was the best experience of customer service and knowledge. The main guy, possibly the owner ( i don't remember his name but he's seems to be the main.) He was excellent at finding my vehicles problem and explaining and options I had. Before going to him I was fixing and replacing parts on my vehicle because i was trying to avoid a mechanic... im an only parent to 5/trying to get by and it's hard out here to find trust worthy mechanic. He was %100 with me and I'll be going back to him. Again this place I would recommend anyone who needs a mechanic to go here, honest place with great communication.

This is an honest review from the heart. They are great at what they do. I’ve gotten my transmission and more done from them. My car with transmission work done by them is still running great. Took it out of state no problems. It’s been over a year with transmission work so you know this review is more than enough proof. Highly recommend them and blessings to their business.

This place is amazing literally dropped my car off on Saturday and picked it up 5 days later with a brand new transmission they did all the foot work for me with me warranty company and kept me 100% in the loop the whole time I would 100% recommend this shop for all your transmission needs

I don't trust shops,(unfortunate ) but based level of work needed , I had to find one. These guys are legit. They rebuilt my transmission and also brought my ladies truck here. I chose this place based off reviews. Only right I do the same. These guys are legit (2011 Tahoe & 2016 Ram 1500)

I do not recommend transmission factory. We brought the car for a clutch replacement, and had to come back a few days later because the car didn’t feel right but Ray said it wasn’t the clutch, that it was a different problem that the car had. We knew the car had other problems but the car wasn’t doing that before. Anyway went to many different mechanics they all told us that it was the clutch slipping the car got so bad it was scary to drive it. Finally brought it back to transmission factory and after replacing the clutch again the car finally feels good but the next morning after picking up the car we noticed one of the rims was completely scraped at fist I thought they must of hit a curb or something when they were test driving it but talk to Ray and he said he was the only one driving the car, but he did say they did take off the wheel, that makes more sense they damaged the wheel when they took it off. Ray did not take responsibility and I had to pay $150 to fix it. All of this could have been prevented if they would have taken responsibility the first time I brought the car back instead of blaming it on other stuff. Or actually taking the time and checking their work the very first time they did the job before giving the car back to the owner.If you take your car here, always test your car before you pay and also check your car for damages because they do not take care of your car and won’t take responsibility. Also two days after picking up the car from their shop we opened the hood because there was a smell and found dirty rags inside the hood! That’s a fire hazard what if it got caught on fire!

Update!! This people lie to your face every thing he said on the response to my review is a lie. When I called Ray to tell him about the rim he said “WE DID TAKE OFF THE WEEL BUT WE MADE SURE WE PUT IT IN A PLACE WHERE IT WOULDNT GET SCRAPED!”Those were his words not mine. People just be aware where you take your car! The rags are from your shop! All you guys need to do is own your mistakes! At the end of the day this review is for future costumers. I don’t get anything from this.

Update: At about 3k miles the Transmission started acting up, I brought it in for a warranty repair and they had it for nearly 2 weeks just to tell me that a part needed to be broken in. It only took them 2 days to rebuild the transmission the first time, but for a warranty they had it a week before even getting it on the lift and looking at it, only to say put a couple thousand more miles on it and that the torque converter should break in. They extended the warranty 6 months, after bringing it in a few months and 2500 miles later because the problem had not improved and was getting worse. This was the 2nd time I brought it in for warranty repair and this time they had it for 3 weeks before telling me they replaced the torque converter. When I picked it up that time it was worse than it had ever been with entirely new issues, slipping in and out of gear, RPMs flucuating wildly, and I was working out of town so just parked it, when I got.back after a couple of weeks ot died and wouldn't move, I had it towed to their shop again where they sat on it for several more weeks before telling me it was the catalytic converter and that it would be a couple thousand more to repair. I would not recommend this shop.

P.S. It wasn't that the repair was unaffordable, there was just no way I was going to pay you after a combined 2 months without my car waiting on warranty repair. They call that "Throwing good money after bad". I have a GPS tracker on the vehicle and it was taken off the lot twice for a total of less than 2 miles the last 3 weeks it was there, so there wasn't a lot of troubleshooting and road testing going on. Just be real, you are a busy shop with a lot of work and warranty work is low priority cause there's no revenue coming in.

After calling several shops and even making appointments and canceling at other shops after reading some horror story reviews, I decided to bring my 2009 Subaru Outback to the Transmission Factory. They diagnosed the problem and rebuilt my transmission quickly and when it was done the price was within the range I was quoted even though we had some additional parts that needed to be replaced. Even got a Veteran's discount! I am at almost 2k miles on the rebuilt transmission and it is running smooth with no issues whatsoever. Would definitely return to The Transmission Factory and recommend them to anyone needing transmission work in the greater Phoenix area.

I would definitely suggest going to see Ray and his crew at the transmission factory. They are not out to rip you off, they explain in detail what they are going to do to your transmission and get the job done in a very timely manner.
If anyone is looking for a great transmission shop I will definitely be referring them to Transmission Factory.

Outstanding and timely service with a smile. My Jeep may have another 300,000 miles in it and the Transmission Factory will be there if needed. Expenses are fair and reasonable. Ray and Robbie know my car and provide a professional and trusted service. They know their stuff. :-)

This place is awesome!! Belt in my car broke on the highway and thank God transmission factory was close by. Rey was super welcoming and provided me with updates each day as they made repairs. Couldn’t have asked for better service, and I’ll definitely be recommending Transmission Factory to everyone I know!

Great shop, friendly, and knowledgeable about transmissions. My sons car kept jumping out of fifth gear, the awesome dudes here diagnosed it quickly, and was able to fix it in a timely manner. Happy with the price, transmission is shifting as should be. Definitely will be returning for any transmission issues on any of my vehicles in the future.

I am very pleased with the work and service performed at Transmission Factory. They towed my truck for free. Confirmed with me what the costs were going to be before doing the work at various intervals. And.. they finished ahead of expected schedule allowing me to get back on the road ASAP. I will use them again for sure.

Best customer service I’ve ever had! Ray answered the phone and got me in within an hour and personally gave me a ride back home; within two hours I had an answer on what needed to be done; it turned out to be a rebuild on the transmission and they started right away and worked on it late past closing time; they gave me a call the next day around 11:30 and said it was done; I’ve never had an awesome and quick response like that in my life and will recommend them to anyone I know; thanks again for your help and the vehicle drives like Brand new again

These guys are honest and have fair pricing! I had a choice to replace the CVT transmission in my 2014 Nissan Rogue or rebuild it to save a little money. Not many shops can rebuild them so it was great to have that option.

They completed the repair quickly before the holidays and made an adjustment a month later and now it is running great!

I recommend transmission factory. I had a really great experience. I called about getting a diagnostic and they told me to bring it in same day. Told me what was wrong the next day. Staff was really nice and knowledgeable. When the repair was way out of my budget they helped provide information for financing so I could pay. It’s scary taking your car in for work, but I knew my car was in good hands. Thank you guys!! My car is better than ever.

Transmission went out on my 2015 mazda, immediately worried it would break the bank, had no idea how to fix it, or where to bring it, had to trust the reviews listed here, so I took a chance and called in.
Ray greeted me, offered to tow the vehicle to his shop, had the towing company arrive there within an hour, making it easy to have the car delivered to the shop.
After a speedy diagnostic the next day, they found the transmission required replacement. Ray called me, explained the issue, and offered me my options, being very considerate of my budget, and assisted me with my decision of getting a used transmission. After he went and picked up the low mile transmission required, which included a 1 year warranty, it was installed a full day faster than expected, he test drove to verify it was a successful job, and I picked it up that afternoon. This was all done within 2 days, and for $2700, which I'm confident is a better price compared to other shops nearby, according to the review research I did. Very professional communication, constant updates, definitely recommend any transmission issues be brought here. They gained me as a customer for life!

I was very impressed with this business; Ray has been my personal mechanic for years and he is such a kind Indian man. Everything from figuring out a blockage and turbocharging my air condition to a full transmission rebuild and lube. Fair prices, fast service and they were very personable.

One day me and my lady drove past this shop and took a picture of the sign because i had to get a new clutch. Instead of going to the dealer I decided to give them a try.
