Worse customer service. They tried to say that I was at fault for a headlight being fault. Even after I explained that I changed part around and tried them with my other headlight and it worked just fine. The main person said it was my fault and that his products never fail. So he would not exchange
I came from Tucson. The girl, Jaris, was very nice on the phone, then I went there in person and it was even better. She has a great profile and is also very beautiful. Everything went quickly. Good service

They don't have the parts they say they have online and on the phone. You drive all the way down there to save some money on shipping for nothing. Waste of time and gas. I double checked and still don't have the parts I need. They used to be a good business but not anymore.

I was in and out within 15 minutes. I wasn’t sure of the part I needed, but I was able to point it out on my vehicle. The guy walked outside to see the part. Told me what it was and explained the order, check out, pick up process. The pricing was reasonable I would recommend you to get your car parts here!

Great service, Jesus at the front desk helped me setup a business account, took less than 15 min from start to finish, and aside from all the perks that come with shopping here, now I have all the benefits of a business account which are great. Highly recommend coming here, especially if you need parts asap like I did.

I called them to check and see if they had the parts I needed and they did. I came inside ordered and received my parts very briefly. The prices were surprisingly good and Brandy was so professional and answered all my questions. In 100% satisfied!

They sold me a repaired hood that they said was new, which I didn’t know was legal and when I tried to take it manager he refused and refuse to let me talk to his manager and they give you the wrong parts for your car so they can charge you 20% to bring it back buyer be aware not sure how they are still in business with how they run they’re business very unprofessional
I give this place 5 stars for the prices and availability, 2 on the customer service. When you walk in the front door, stand in line if there is one, an employee will call to a window when they are ready for you. Once they find everything you need, they send a slip to the printer which is next to the cashier off to the right. I went up to the cashier, he's an older gentlemen, he didn't really greet me, he just mumbled my make and model while looking at the paper that printed. He also wears a bluetooth earpiece which I feel is poor customer service. He needs to be 100% attentive to his customers not half customer service, half listening to the game.
Once I paid, the cashier gave me the receipt, again without saying anything further to me but I gathered that the big order number at the top of the ticket would eventually be called out when my parts come to the front. My number was called, a different employee checked my ticket and gave me my parts. It was all pretty simple but it's obvious good customer service isn't pushed at this store.
The clientele are Spanish speakers, I observed the counter employees speaking English so everyone is welcome here. I saved about $100 total on inner fender liners over dealer cost so I can't complain, that's most important to me.
First I would give the selection here 5 stars as I have a make and model that is not popular and rarely seen and I was pleasantly surprised they had what I needed. Also being off of I17 and 19th Ave it's convenient to get on and off the freeway and it's quite easy to see from the street. However I give their on site fulfilment process 1 star. It's very antiquated. You have to give your order, then go to the cashier and after you have paid you will wait...and wait...and wait. Then someone starts randomly calling out vehicle makes and parts. I had to wait almost an hour just to pick up the one part I was there for. I'm not sure if I went at a time that was busier than normal but the parking lot was incredibly full and it's a tight squeeze. If I need a hard to find part I'm sure I'll be back, but I won't look forward to the wait.
