Mike was great. I went to Firestone today on Cave Creek and cactus I almost thought I had to pay close to $1000 if Not more but thanks to Mike. She doesn’t really like doing car things since she feels a little intimidated at other places but she says she felt so at home here. She said everyone was so nice and understanding.

I came here to do the brake fluid flush as per the dealers instructions recommendation.
But they do the honest inspection and gave their expert opinion about. I appreciate their advice and feedback and Aaron did a very ice job to quickly identify the issues and resolve that.
I recommend Firestone is a better destination for car problems.
Aaron was great! He explained everything in great detail about my A/C. I even bought the wrong can and Autozone and explained to me about the different types of refrigerants

Was on my way to work when i noticed a tpms light on. Came in and they quickly filled up my tires, Aaron was very helpful and informed me about my right rear tire being almost bald.

I appreciate last minute availability to do an alignment on my KIA. The desk staff were professional, knowledgeable as they proceeded to service my car. When completed, they shared findings and recommendations by mechanic; which was a low battery and worn belt. Quotes and recommended recieved as I left Firestone. Thank you
Tod was awesome. Big thanks to guys at Firestone. Brought my car in for some warranty work and evaluation. Tod did an amazing job. Got them to wave the deductible. Unfortunately my warranty wouldn’t cover it and they sent me to a dealer to get the work done. But it was not for Tod’s lack of trying. Very professional and knows his stuff. Thanks again Firestone I will be back there for maintenance work.
We alway get our car checked out here and always have amazing experiences. The team works hard and have great customer supports. Any questions are always responded quickly and with plenty of insight and expertise. I’ve also asked manager about his personal opinion on my car’s performance and how long he expects it’ll last since we’ve his 100,000 miles and he was happy to go spend a few minutes discussing it with me. It always means a lot to have people work with integrity and honesty!!
They didn't want to lube the trailer axles, had to show them 3 times where the grease zirks were & still open them myself. They couldn't adjust the tire pressure correctly. They charged me for rotating my tires-- NOBODY CHARGES FOR ROTATIONS ANYMORE. Discount changed that policy 40+ yrs ago. I was also shopping another set of $1500 tires, but I'm going to take my business elsewhere now. This is NOT the first time I've had problems with Firestone; it's the 4th or 5th time in 3years
First time coming here, and I was so impressed with their customer service. They took care of everything I needed in a timely manner, and they were all so friendly. Special shoutout to Nichol for being so great. I will definitely be back again when needed and you’ve earned a loyal customer going forward. Thanks again!!
Overall, I was able to get an appointment real quick. They got my car in there got it up on the equipment and made sure that it was done properly but the reason why I’m really leaving a review is because the one woman that works there her customer service is not the best customer service that can be put at a place like this. She was miserable when I walked in was sitting in the lobby, eager to sit there, obviously, but was not eager to get up and handle things like she has to, which is her job the representative there that helped me a young Hispanic gentleman he helped me out and was very respectful the whole time when I got a call that my vehicle was done. It was an uncomfortable call. . It was a uncomfortable call. Hi Jessica your car is done. That’s all I got. I said I’m walking back from the local store. I’ll be back in a minute, but the customer service overall from everybody else was great except for that one woman her eye rolling and her tone needs to be fixed if she’s gonna be working with people face-to-face.
I had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to Aaron. He worked on my car and did a fantastic job—everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how kind and approachable he was throughout the process. He explained things clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and treated me with genuine respect. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such great customer service, but Aaron absolutely delivered both. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Firestone to friends because of the outstanding service he provided
I came in on Saturday with a flat that needed a patch/plug. Very simple procedure that I figured would be an easy fix for them. My tire was dead flat on Sunday afternoon. I inspected it and they didn’t even trim off the excess strip sticking out of the tire, which tells me they did a lazy job. I called to tell them that my tire looks worse than how it did the day before, and they provided zero solutions. They said I needed to tow the car myself or get an air compressor to pump up the tire which felt like they placed the problem back onto me, when it was a result of their negligence. I did not return to this location to get my tire fixed. I went to a different tire shop and once they took the tire off, you could see how poorly Firestone patched my tire. They did not properly seal the patch on the inside which allowed all the air to leak out. I could peel back the patch with my finger. Very disappointed that Firestone could not do a rookie’s job.
Nicole and her team at Firestone are truly exceptional. We have a fleet of vehicles, and they are always our first call. Nicole and her staff are consistently honest, dependable, and easy to work with. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never pressure us into unnecessary services, and always make sure the work is done right. It’s rare to find a shop you can genuinely trust, and we trust them completely. Grateful for their professionalism and customer care. Highly recommend!
Five stars for the Firestone on Cave Creek! I had an excellent experience getting my tires and alignment checked for a long trip today. The staff was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. They provided a clear quote, got the work done quickly, and the service advisor Nicole was friendly and answered all my questions. They truly made the process simple and stress-free. I will definitely be a returning customer!
Took my car in for inspection as ABS sensor light was on. They weren’t able to fully diagnose the problem - didnt reach out to me until I reached out first to ask for an update although they had already decided before the point of my calll they couldnt fix some issues with my car. No biggie some services aren’t provided, understand that part of it. When I picked up the car, the TPMS light was on - which it wasnt when dropped off the car I tried resetting the sensor - immediately came back on.. indicating damage or a sensor disconnect during service.
Called the shop - Nicole insisted the work done could not have effected the TPMS sensor… although all tires were removed and re-placed, and tire rotations notoriously causes lingering lights on Honda dashboards (usually a reset on the module screen fixes this, although now the sensor is completely broken and the reset function does not work).
At a point when questioning Nicole’s vague over the phone, she just starting saying “No” when she ran out of rebuttal to my concern. Never raised my voice at her, just laughed uncomfortably and hung up on her because it was clear she was going to keep stonewalling me instead or helping me.
Would appreciate correspondence and for Firestone to fix my TPMS sensor. Considering the only “work” done to my car damaged my car and will leave me with more costly repairs.
Aaron is very professional and very knowledgeable. I went to Firestone on 04/24/25 he had conducted maintenance and an olí change on my vehicle. He acknowledged me the minute I walked in and provided me with great customer service. I had lots of questions and concerns about my vehicle and he was able to provide me with a solution. He made me feel like I was a family member. I will definitely return and recommend him to all my family and friends!
My emails to Bridgestone Support (edited to meet character limitations-my apologies for the wordy review): Sunday, 8/13 To whom it may concern: After many deep, cleansing breaths, I can now express my experience with your scheduling dept... I am certain I have a fuel leak & my A/C randomly cuts out. I called yesterday Sat 8/12 what I thought was the store we do business with to make an appt. A very nice lady, clearly not in Phoenix, answered my call. We scheduled a diagnostic for Sun 8/13 at noon. Later in the day, I received an email stating that my appt was moved to Wed 8/16 at noon. No prior notification or approval - just rescheduled. My husband called & spoke with the scheduling dept & was able to schedule it for today Sun 8/13 at 11am at a different store not too far from us. When I arrived, I was was informed that the lead mechanic is off today & would not be able to take us. I assured this young man that Firestone's seriously flawed scheduling process is not his fault. He was able to fit us in on Tue 8/15 at 8am. So, now I have to drop my car off tomorrow for repairs on Tue. As a card-carrying member of Firestone since 2004, we have been loyal customers to your company. Never have I ever had such low-quality service. I can't even blame the 2 individuals we spoke with on the phone. Clearly, they're just doing their job, but CONFIRMING a date and time is misleading & unacceptable... (unfortunately, my message cut off) Aug 15, 2023 I showed up at the store this afternoon to drop my car off for service tomorrow & was informed that they won’t have a diagnostic tech tomorrow or EVER. He explained that there are 2 locations that have diagnostics, but this ain’t one of ‘em. This time I do hold the gentleman who made my appt yesterday fully responsible. He should have known, based on my issue, that a diagnostic test would be needed (even I knew this!). So, now I have to wait 2 more days for service. Watching my gas gage plummet & popping ibuprofen like Skittles due to the gas fumes I’m breathing in not to mention my A/C randomly cutting out again this afternoon sparks zero joy. Oh! And now I have to reschedule my doctor appt Wed. because I won’t have transportation. I don’t get it. My husband is ready to tap out & find a different place. I just want my car fixed by the company I’ve trusted with our automobiles for years. I really hope Firestone will do the right thing & ensure this negative & totally unacceptable experience doesn’t happen to another loyal customer. August 16, 2023 I received a voicemail from regional mgr Jeff yesterday. I called back & left him a message-No response. I am a respectful, understanding woman who has reached her threshold of frustration. Thank you again for your attention to this matter. Aug 18, 2023 Hello, Since I never received a return call from Mr. Murray or any further communication from anyone, I guess we're done here. Thank you for your time. I'm done wasting mine. On 08/24/2023 Hello Jason, I appreciate your responses to my never-ending challenges with Firestone. YOU have done your job. I have not received a response from Mr. Murray nor have I received any communication from corporate. Even though I need more work done on my car, I have made the decision to move on. My loyalty ends today. Clearly, Firestone does not value their long-time customers. However, I really hope they find some level of value in my initial feedback regarding the f@*ked up scheduling process and staffing issues. ****** CS Jason responded to my litany of emails promptly with the same response – sorry, understand my frustrations, someone will contact me. The repair service we've received has usually been fair & efficient. However, since they installed the fuel pump, my car is chugging gas like it's on a bender. While I usually get nearly 500 miles to the tank, I'm at 3/4 of a tank and have only driven 28.2 miles since filling up 2 days ago. Something is seriously wrong. The biggest bummer is I will have to go there to resolve this issue.
Horrible attitude from long hair pony tailed employee, combative, and just wanted to argue. While I was waiting I asked him why they were under the hood for tire install out of curiosity so he lies to the tech doing work I didn't want it [judging by the reviews im glad he did]. Then they installed my new tires only to discover that the sticky wheel weights they added were so excessive, they were rubbing against my brake calipers Overall, the experience was so bad that I won't even let these guys near my vehicle to fix what they did wrong for fear of reprisal. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
