I recently ordered some power steering fluid from PartsForNissan. After I placed my order online, Nick emailed me to let me know that based on my car's VIN number, I should have ordered a different, less expensive, fluid. I responded to Nick's email but my order was canceled by mistake. When I contacted Nick about the fact that PartsForNissan had canceled my order when I wanted the fluid, he apologized for the mistake and very importantly did not try to make excuses. He acknowledged the mistake and with great customer care fixed everything.
I highly recommend ordering from this company.
