Had a great experience with Power Towing. Nick, the driver, showed up quickly, was professional, and handled everything with care. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Monica in the office was also very helpful—friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you need reliable towing service.

Saved your info to use for any future towing because you all did an excellent job! You were significantly lower cost then 2 other local places I called for an estimate. Appreciated a "real person" answered the phone and had everything set up/confirmed in less than 5mins. Truck arrived when you said it would, the driver Joe was great, fast, friendly/personable and enjoyed talking with him.

I had an excellent experience with Power Towing, and I want to specifically recognize Joe, who went above and beyond to help me.

I was stranded shortly after purchasing an EV vehicle when it completely lost power. Joe showed up promptly, was calm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Because the car had no power at all, getting it onto and off the tow truck was challenging but Joe was creative, patient, and resourceful in figuring out a safe way to handle it.

What really stood out was how much care he took getting the car into my driveway, which is a very tight space without damaging property. He didn’t rush, didn’t complain, and made sure everything was positioned perfectly. It was clear he genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly.

Situations like that can be stressful, but Joe made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Power Towing, and if you can request Joe ... do it. Top-tier service.

Horrible experience. 1st they ask for a credit card upfront. First tow company to ever do that. Called at 9a and was told they'd be here in a half hour. At 930, the guy heading to me got a flat but "someone would be here soon" At 1030, I called and was told the next guy would be here in a half hour. I waited an hour, called back and the lady was surprised I was still waiting. You dont know where your drivers are?! Shady from the start, do NOT recommend!

On a Monday night it took 2 1/2 hours to get to us. Had to send friend home in an Uber so she could get on her oxygen. We told woman it was an emergency. Told we were next in line, it got scary. After two hours waiting, My friend would run out of oxygen in 20 minutes. Lucky an Uber showed up and took my her home. Tow truck showed up 40 min later at 10:09 pm. Ca not trust Romeo.

Both Dispatcher and driver were very helpful and efficient when we needed a quick tow on thanksgiving day 2025. Gave us a 20 minute arrival estimate and got there right on time.

Driver navigated a tight Starbucks parking lot to get to us and was friendly and handled the car with care. Dropped us off at home and helped us roll car into driveway.

Very positive experience, operator was friendly and efficient and assured me the tow would be available in approximately 30 minutes. Within minutes Kyle the driver called himself separately to say he would at my location in 25 minutes. He arrived quickly (even faster than the time quoted). He was friendly and had my car ready to go very quickly and dropped me off at my destination without issue. Would recommend highly, life savers in a tough spot!

Great service! Kyle was very much of a help! He attended me after a long stressful morning of my car not starting, he did everything in his power to try and get it to turn on , even though it didn’t he atleast tried and we still successfully towed my vehicle home! Dominic was an absolute ROCK STAR. This company was 100% amazing. I called them after my insurance co sent out A&E towing who was clueless and incompetent. He got my trailer on his truck and to the repair shop within the hour of calling them. Highly recommend them and ask for Dominic. He really knows his stuff. Very friendly too

We used Power Towing & Transport to haul a huge mechanics tool chest containing thousands of dollars worth of tools. Our driver was Dominic and he was the best person ever! I contacted Power Towing today around 7 p.m., Monica picked up with great spirits and told me they could arrive within the next half hour,, faster than I expected & when I needed it most. They ensured my car was taken care of and that I got home safely, even while working around challenging conditions of my vehicles left axel being out.

The customer service was exceptional from Monica all the way through. The driver who assisted me was outstanding (nick) despite it being the end of his workday, he maintained a positive and professional attitude, which truly made the experience stress-free.
Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I will absolutely be using Power Towing again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, smooth, and professional service.

Scheduled a tire change was told 45 minutes. More than an hour and a half later driver shows up. Does great job however, he forgot to return my wheel lock. Company could not locate my wheel lock. Told they would replace and send a new one. Never showed up.

My car wouldn't start I randomly called around for a towing and came across Power Towing & Transport and the gentleman Will was so amazing. I was happy to ride with him and get my car home, he mentioned to me it's my starter and made my night at ease. Highly recommend 5 stars all day

The front receptionist was super helpful. We called our tow company to remove our impounded vehicle and a white bald head man came out disrespectful and rude. Even to our tow company and they will be filing a complaint through the insurance companies also so that vehicles aren’t sent there. We are dealing with a lot and we don’t need someone to come out to yell at us when the vehicle was already paid for and our tow company was there to remove it. He did not make the process easy for us as we are dealing with a lot on our end. We had to get the receptionist to come out and let him know it’s already paid and he needs to move. Definitely needs to be an attitude adjustment.

Called was quick reasonable.
The guy who operated the truck appeared to be very very experienced. Everything he did had a purpose and a reason and you can just tell super experienced he pulled up and dropped the ramp so perfectly.

He got there loaded up my car and got me to the tire shop in time for them to change it same day. Really saved me in a pinch I don’t know what I would have done if they didn’t come out so quickly. I’ve used several tow companies in the past no one has ever responded this quickly. Phoenix is a hard place to get a tow I typically wait 2 hours to an hour and a half. He was there within 30 minutes. I’m sure some of that is luck of the draw. Still 5 star note worthy.

This is one of the BEST towing companies I have ever used. From the young lady who answered the phone at 8:30pm on 7-26-25 to Joseph the MOST amazing driver who took great care of my car. Amazing service! I was panicking because my boyfriend left his car at my apartment and they were doing work on the asphalt so they moved all the cars. My boyfriend is out of town so I called the towing company to help put his car back in a spot. They worked with me and got it done super quick! Super appreciative to Nick for the awesome help! :)

Had an amazing experience with Power Towing & Transport. Originally my steering arms to my pitman arm bent and I lost steering. My truck has wider wheels than normal and a lift. AAA struggled to get me a tow because all of their trucks had side guards causing issues to load my truck. 6 hours and 3 trucks later I decided to give up and search for another tow. After calling Power Towing, I got JP out here quick and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to get my truck loaded and towed home with no issues whatsoever. I felt very comfortable knowing my truck would make it home and I also think the pricing was very reasonable. I will be using power towing from now on if I ever need a tow.

Specialty towing at its best from forklifts to custom vehicles and motorcycles all the way up to heavy haul recovery/towing couldn’t be happier with the way they treat their customers and their employees are always cheerful and friendly and appear to want to be there.
