A very bad experience with this company. I drove a long way to get a part. I asked them to verify they had the part in the picture on offerup. When I went there, he tried to sell me a different part that was not correct and didn't match the picture. He had a attitude with No apology for wasting my time and tried to tell me it was the same part as the picture.
I purchased a door to a scion. Professional customer service even stayed an hour past closing time for me to get to him. The door was described as listed. Will do business again. Thx
Don knows his stuff about cars inside and out!!! He isn’t going to give you the run around like other places or try and high ball you. Very friendly and great communicator.
Easily the best place to go to for used auto parts. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable in a variety of different types of vehicles and they are personable. The owner takes the time to go out of his way to make sure the customer’s needs are met; the top notch one on one customer service that only the best shops provide. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!
Don is a great person with an awesome personality and a great master mechanic who knows what he is dealing with when it comes to car problems. Overall, 5 stars! I experienced great customer service and this is the man to visit who ever needs there car fix!
