Professional Towing & Recovery in
Phoenix (AZ)

My car wouldn’t start and Geico dispatched this provider. By the time they arrived my car started. I was a nervous that it would cut off on my drive home but John followed me and made sure I made it safely. Thanks again John!

My tire went flat, so John towed my car for me. He handled the towing job very professionally and treated my car with great care throughout the process.

The driver showed up 2 hours late to my pickup that was scheduled weeks in advance. The reason that was given was because they had to give preference to law enforcement calls. I understand this, but it still messed up my schedule of appointments that morning.
The driver was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them, but just know that they may not stay on schedule for the same reason as I got.

John helped me out tonight with my tow on my Subaru. The man went above and beyond and even helped me move closer towards my house to allow me to get a cheaper ride home since I left my vehicle elsewhere, with that said he was professional and he also was nice and respectful in the tow truck and allowed me to charge my phone. John is a good guy and I would recommend his service with this company anytime to anyone in need! Thank you guys and thank you John!

Towed my shelby Baja raptor to the ford dealership, phenomenal service by Kevin & communication was great. Geico contracted this company to take care of my tow.

Great experience! Driver was very helpful and was even nice enough to drop me off at work after taking my car to the collision center in the middle of the night. Thanks again! I had a rough morning so forgive me if I am wrong, but I believe John was my driver.

Kevin is great guy! My van broke down and he towed it to the dealership. Very personable and professional. 5 star rating all day for sure!

Asked for Kevin by request the and he did not disappoint in fact he set the bar even higher. Cool quality guy through and through without a doubt. Out of this world customer service and fast worker. If my car wasn’t broken down I think he’ll just be chauffeuring cars around all day. Needless to say his work is worth more than 5 stars 1000/10 if needed I will definitely would recommend Kevin.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received today. The driver (kevin) was very professional and arrived incredibly fast. Not only did he handle the tow efficiently, but he was also genuinely caring and had a great sense of humor. He was funny and put me at ease right away. Five stars for going above and beyond!

Kevin took great care of me with my tow today to Discount Tire. I had a flat tire on my Tesla and I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He also made sure I was ok during the ride to Discount. I would definitely recommend him for any future tows.

Amazing customer service and timing! John was quick and professional. He made the process easy and smooth. He was kind enough to drop my car off at discount tire then bring me to my apartment complex. Great experience would definitely recommend!

My name is Norman I am 71 years old and somewhat disabled, my daily driver is a 1973 Chevy El Camino. This is a true American classic , I am very proud of my truck. It was Friday Oct 24th, 7:30 p.m. I pulled into a gas station to fuel up. As I was approaching the pumps my truck just died. Loss of battery power. After trouble shooting the problem, I was unable to repair my vehicle. I called Geico road side assistance. They recommended PROFESSIONAL TOWING AND RECOVERY. I contacted their company and they told me it would be 1.5 hours before someone would arrive. I was not very pleased about that however the dispatcher assured me that that was quite common in the towing industry. They kept in touch however continued issues with their current clients vehicle caused them to be even later. After 3.5 hours from contact time the driver arrived, his name is John. John quickly assessed the situation , took preliminary photographs of my vehicle, and proceeded to get my truck on board his deck truck. John worked quickly and appeared to be totally professional , performing his duties in a workmanlike fashion with absolutely no wasted motion. You could tell he was very experienced. His professionalism allowed me to become more relaxed with the situation. I knew that my classic was in good hands. Once my El Camino was secure on the deck John helped me into the cab of his deck truck. Considering that I walk with a cane and am somewhat disabled this was not an easy task. John was very patient and encouraging and with his assistance I managed to get into the cab. You could tell he had done this many times before because he gave me a heads up, getting out is even harder. We then left for a short 5 Mile trip to my home. Once we arrived it was necessary to put my truck onto my carport. John did this with amazing surgical expertise. You could tell he had done this many times. Once my truck was free of his truck he continued to work positioning my vehicle in the proper manner. It looked like it had been parked there under its own power. He made sure that I was completely pleased and then he bid me good evening and off to the next task. I highly recommend Mr John and professional towing company, he did a fantastic job and allowed me to rest easy knowing that my classic was in good hands .

Shout out to Austin. Got to my vehicle quick. Brought it home safe and even parked it in the driveway for me. He was very professional and easy going. Made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend.

Travis it what made this 5 star. I have a Range Rover you can tell he cares about high end vehicles. He took his time to make sure the car would not get any damage . I totally enjoyed rapping with him about cars . He know them for sure . Great person give him a raise

Kevin has been Godsend to us today. He went out of his way to access our car in a low ceiling parking garage. He did all he could to assure us of the best care; and then he provided just that. I believe Kevin went beyond what is called for and is a credit to Professional Towing

The towing company provided excellent service, and Kevin, the employee who helped me, was outstanding! He towed my car today and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. His customer service was top-notch—professional, friendly, and very attentive. I truly appreciate his effort and highly recommend this company, especially if you get the chance to work with Kevin!

Kevin was truly professional and courteous. He helped me out with my car and even assisted with the problem, getting the car fixed. Truly an amazing man. This will be the only tow company I’ll use if I ever need one again.

Bill is awesome! He showed up quickly, and had the spare swapped out with my flat in ten minutes! He also has a great sense of humor! Will def call him again if I ever need help!!

I had a great tow experience! John helped me out, and kept me informed on his status to my location which was not bad timing at all! He seemed really experienced and quick but did not cut any corners to make sure my car was towed properly and safely! This can be a stressful situation for people, so the ride to the dealership was comfortable as well with great conversation! 10/10 would recommend!

John did amazing work, I have experience in towing and he want far and beyond with his job. Even though we was being rushed to complete his work he still had with the up most care! Only call for John he does amazing work I recommend this company!

Cody did an amazing job and took extra care of my RAM which was not easy to get out of the garage. GEICO sent this company and they were amazing! Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with Professional Towing! They lived up to their name with top-notch professionalism, exceptional helpfulness, and clear communication throughout the process. Josh, in particular, was fantastic—he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable towing!

Adam is Amazing! I was stuck with a flat tire for over 3 hours, waiting for a different tow company to pick me and my vehicle up. * ridiculous.. my insurance company canceled the original request, and then sent me professional tow. Adam tried to reach out to me to confirm pick up my phone was in driving mode. I never received the call. Adam still showed up! Adam was Happy, energetic and concerned. He was very nice and really fast and efficient. He has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I was very comfortable throughout my ride to the shop and I couldn’t stop laughing. Adam got me to the tire shop 2 minutes before closing. I was safe and my car was fixed. I wish Geico would have called Professional tow from the beginning. Adam was very Quick. He spoke highly of he’s company! I will be referring professional tow to all my family and friends and all that needs a tow, professional tow is the way to go:) thanks again Adam you turned my frown upside down..
