This guy is a terrible mechanic. He ghosted me after I bought a vehicle he said was "all good". I was 1000 miles from the vehicle. The truck had over 20 dents just in the passenger side bed. Over 60 in the whole truck. The hood and roof full of bondo. I specifically asked about the ball joints being good. He said yes. They have 8" of slop in both upper and lower on both sides. Brake rotors are toasted. Front of engine is leaking oil. He claims that's normal. I asked him why won't it pass a dot inspection it's not normal. You could hear his tone change and tell he didn't look at anything just took my $220. The carrier bearing had massive play totally shot you can hear it rattle. The output seal was leaking all over and totally dry rotted broke. All the weather strip on every window is bad. The vehicle had no headlight bulbs,fog light bulbs, 3rd brake light, or mirror turn signal bulbs. The passenger seatbelt was torn. Scratches all over. Leaking water pump. Honestly I'm not even going to list every issue it's frustrating and I hate to leave a bad review but I don't want this guy ripping someone off again. I should of saw the other bad reviews and took it as a sign. Forgot to also add he said : "well it's a 2019 what do you expect" I expected him to do his job and inspect the truck for me while I was 1000 miles away. I was being told by him and the dealer the vehicle was good condition. Edited because he called me a liar. I have no reason to lie, he's my first negative review. Here's the texts that he ghosted me from after I sent him videos and images. Maybe I should post the parts I bought too also. But the guy won't admit he's wrong so it's a waste of my time. Just a warning don't trust this guy to do a vehicle inspection. Personally I wouldn't trust him to do anything after speaking with him on the phone. I'm not a mechanic, but I'm a farmer and have to fix my own stuff all the time. I can rebuild motors, do suspension work, and body work. Speaking with him he's was either trying to lie to me or just a plain terrible excuse for a mechanic. By the way, I did re seal the front main, found the idler pulley is bad also. I did both upper and lower ball joints. Replaced front rotors and pads. Replaced the carrier bearing, rear output seal, and water pump. Installed headlights, fog lights, and rear cab light. Changed oil, fuel filter, which was filthy, and air filter. Oh plus 2 new batteries. So the truck is 100% mechanical now except for the idler pulley. It also passed a full inspection. Had this guy been competent it would have saved me thousands not to mention all the dents and shotty body work.

Mr. Olivares came to fix my truck, water pump and serpentine belt. I broke down late the night prior and the next morning needed a mobile mechanic. He gave me the best rate and I think I was lucky enough with the amount of expertise and how well he did to complete the job. Highly recommend if you need some help with your car/truck. Very nice company, Jose was super nice and professional.

Great guy! Did a fantastic job and came right to the the place where my car broke down 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Not worth of a mechanic. Told me the chip in my car key was bad, I told him is not the key, but he assured me that it was so I called a locksmith to make a new key and guess what, it wasn't the car key at all but he pocket it the money right away....end up calling another mechanic and found the problem on my car. To make it short, don't bother calling olivares mobile mechanic, rip off. Yes I told him keep the $$...first and last doing business with him.

Jose assisted me with a pre-purchase inspection on a 2009 Lexus IS 350 and he really knows his stuff! He gave me the peace of mind I was looking for when it comes to this vehicle. Would highly recommend him if you need a vehicle checked out before purchasing.

Jose has been my “Go - To” mechanic for over 15 years now and I’ve never had any inconveniences from him, the worst thing that happened to my car was it had got caught in a flood and it was alll messed up after that, Jose fixed everything for me and the car drove better than when I initially bought it! Jose helped me out in a pinch. I needed a car inspected pre-purchase and he met me at the car lot on the same day!! He did a thorough inspection. Told me the things it would need so I knew what to expect when I bought the car. He was very communicative with his ETA. Highly recommended!

If you need an inspection this is your man. I was looking for a car to tow behind my rv. He discovered the car had been wrecked and completely repainted. The owner told me "I don't buy wrecked cars". However, the worst thing was the car had been reset so the diagnostics would not read. Please give your business to him if you want an honest inspection. I'm from Indiana and don't know him whatsoever.

Jose was fast, respectful and courteous in doing his duty with repairing my vehicle. I would definitely do business with him again! He repaired my radiator and condenser.

Extremely bad service, Jose is a con man. He took my car and my money. I have an open investigation right now. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. Jose just keeps giving me wrong addresses and never the real location of the car. I am going to publish his text messages next.

Jose is the worst mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. He first misdiagnosed the problem with my car and I bought a $200 part that I didn’t even need. Then I paid him for the water pump that was actually needed and he strung me and my girlfriend along for 3 weeks !!! He kept saying his head hurt or he didn’t feel good and he would come tomorrow then proceeded to ignore me the next day. My car is complete torn apart still siting in the parking garage and he never brought me the parts I paid for. I’ve also included pictures, never do business with Jose !!!!

Jose took my car apart and then disappeared . He told me he got covid (understandable) but after a few weeks he began to promise me daily “he was coming today” to fix my car. He never came. Completely ghosted me and took the part I paid him for. Extremely unprofessional. I love to support small business and this was a big let down. Highly recommend NOT letting him fix anything.

Could not be happier! I requested a pre purchase on a vehicle and am so happy I chose this guy to do it. Very honest, thorough, and knowledgeable. In a world driven by greed it's so nice to find someone that looks out for people like he did for my teenage son and I. I will be using his services again in the very near future and trust his expertise 100 percent!!! Highly recommend to anyone!!! Would rate a 10 if that was an option. They did an inspection prior to me buying a car for my daughter. First of all, he was about a half hour late for the appointment. The “inspection”he gave was extremely superficial and NOT worth the $100. He brought no tools, which seemed unusual, and after owning this car for a few months, I realized that he missed many issues that could have helped me make my decision. Would not recommend if this is any indication of his mechanical skills.

I called this guy to check out a noise coming from the engine on my truck. After listening to the noise with a long screwdriver he said I needed a new engine. He said that his son had the same truck and the same noise and ended up being an engine. Total cost of everything would be over $7K. I also had him diagnose my other truck which was having a rough idle. After opening the hood, he just said I needed new motor and transmission mounts. Which I already knew about. Never did he bother to put a scanner on it to check for other possibilities. Nothing. On top of that his quote was way expensive. I ended up taking the first truck to a shop. It was just the water pump. The noise has never came back. Save your hard earned money and stay away from this guy.

Called Jose on a Sunday and Monday morning he was at the dealership doing an extensive pre-buy inspection for me. I live out of state and he was extremely thorough, documenting and outlining both pros and cons. Made it easy and was so friendly. Best money I have spent in years! Thanks Jose!

I hired Jose to come inspect a 1983 Toyota Trekker. I was flying in from New Orleans and wanted my own mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Jose did an amazing job, noticing a slight knock in the engine and a vibration when the car was going over 35mph. He mentioned these things to me and the vehicle's owner, who denied noticing anything wrong. He suggested I not buy the vehicle unless the owner was willing to fix these things. Long story short, the owner ended up fixing both issues, I had Jose reinspect the vehicle and I ended up buying it. I trust Jose 100% and highly recommend him.

Responded very quickly and offered services needed. I was looking for an inspection of a vehicle being purchased on Ebay. The ebay seller never responded to my request for an inspection so I was unable to use Jose for the service but Jose responded to my email request and talked over the phone on a weekend and very quickly.

Jose has been a blessing! He came to inspect a pre-owned Mercedes last minute Sunday evening a few months ago. It was my son's dream car and we had peace of mind knowing an expert like Jose inspected the vehicle. Just yesterday, Jose drove all the way from Tampa to Palm Bay to check another vehicle for me. This vehicle had some issues and I decided not to purchase it. He even dropped me home afterwords. Nobody these days goes above and beyond like Jose! I called Jose at the last minute. We were coming from out of town and needed someone to meet us at a car dealership to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. Jose not only was willing to accommodate us, but he showed up on time. Within 30 seconds of looking at the car we wanted to buy, he could tell the car had been in an accident. We would have had no idea since the car had a clean Carfax and we did not know what to look for. Jose then inspected a second car for us. He got underneath and checked for frame damage. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out an area where he could tell the car had been worked on. He told us the second vehicle was a clean car. It was! We bought the car. A couple of days later we brought the car to the manufacturer dealership for a multi point inspection and were told that the car was in mint condition. We are so thankful we used Jose. He saved us from buying a car that had been in an accident! His prices are also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend him.

Excellent small company! We had him as our personal mechanic for almost a year now & no wonder, he’s a very busy man who we can’t keep out with bec he have so many clients but no matter how busy he gets, he will keep his promise to be there when you needed some work for all types of car.
