This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Orlando, FL, Mad Custom FL earns an overall 94/100. Reviews highlight professional, communicative staff, a clean facility, precise installs (wheels/tires, lifts, wraps, exhausts, coatings), fair pricing, and helpful guidance on wheel options. Turnaround is often fast with clear updates. Downsides: a few cases of sloppy wrap/audio work, questionable tire choice, and poor follow-up that required returns or outside fixes. Limited info on inventory variety, yard organization, or parts-finding—this operates more as a custom shop than a yard. Overall, strong value, workmanship, and customer service with rare but notable misses.
What clients say about Mad Custom FL in Orlando (FL)
Highly recommend Mad Custom for any work you need done. Bryan was beyond helpful. I went in on a Monday rims wee delivered over night and job completed asap! 10/10 experience!!
This shop pays attention to small details, they are honest and care about customer satisfaction. I brought my Escalade here for rims and tires and then I recommend someone else and they were also very satisfied.
I’ve always purchased my wheels and tires online thinking this would save me money. However, I decided to look locally when the wheels from online did not meet my expectations. I came across Mad Customs and met Bryon. What I appreciated the most is Bryon knowledge of wheels brands and specs. He listen and delivered in less then 30 minutes I was purchasing my Vossen wheels which looks amazing and paired with my ride. Bryon you are amazing I look forward to more of your services in the future.
I took my Ford Expedition in for a ceramic coating and a dashboard leather upgrade, and I couldn’t be happier! The team did an amazing job—excellent service, attention to detail, and the car looks fantastic. Highly recommend them!
We recently upgraded our Custom Event Truck with new wheels and tires at MAD Customs, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team paid incredible attention to detail, handled everything with care, and delivered a flawless final result with a fast turnaround. The facility is spotless, the staff is professional, and the entire crew clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend MAD Customs to anyone looking for true quality and precision. Thank you again!
I called three different shops about leveling my 2026 Silverado and putting new tires on it. One acted like I was interrupting their day. Another was helpful — but the price felt crazy.
Then I called Mad Customs.
From the first conversation, Brian made it different. No rush, no sales pressure — just straight professionalism. He treated my truck like it was his own build. Walked me through the leveling kit options, gave me a solid range of rim choices, explained the pros and cons, and kept communication tight the whole time.
The install? Clean. The stance? Perfect. Exactly what I had in my head.
Customer service like that is hard to find. Mad Customs earned my business — and they’ll get it again.
Bryan and the team at Mad Custom were professionals from the moment I reached out. They installed coilovers, fenders, steering wheel, tail lights and a wing and did a flawless job. They were very accommodating and great specialists at their craft.
Would recommend them to anyone looking to get any type of work done to their vehicles and will definitely be back in future! Shout out and thank you to Mad Custom!
I had a lift installed + wheels & tires + Borla Exhaust + side steps + decals with additional custom work. As soon as I walked in the shop Bryan shook my hand and listened to what work I wanted done and what I wanted the finished product to look like. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. We ran into some issues a long the way which happens with custom work and different customer preferences, but Bryan and the owner Jose were quick to get my truck exactly how I wanted it. Best one stop shop in town that you can trust. I will be coming back
I brought my truck to Mad Custom FL to get lifted. They worked with me on my idea, made a few recommendations and in just a few days time they knocked it out of the park! I still cannot believe how well it all came together and for such a great price. I highly recommend them and will be back for more business!!!
Took my 2014 Camaro ss in for headers, cold air intake, a tune and lowering springs very satisfied. Looks, feels and sounds Amazing I picked the right shop to take my girl ?
Don’t even know where to start, I had several things done here all were bad.
To start off with I got rims they put cheap eBay tires on, the rims themselves the center logo portion fell off and I had to order new ones from manufacturer (not their fault) but also painted calipers, immediately chipped on 2 tires.
I had my sound system “upgraded” it was a hot mess so much interference when driving while braking, using A/C etc. I brought it back they just put a filter on it and it got worse, not sure why they would return it to the customer worse than how it started. The owner stopped replying and acted like it was an inconvenience to him, I had to leave it multiple days to fix which was very inconvenient. I had to take it to another place $$$ and they said the wires were not installed correctly, also the front speaker was bad and speaker quality was poor. The base wasn’t added to have a coherent built in look just put in the trunk, I did get the lower quality sound system but didn’t think that meant it wouldn’t work so soon. I do not recommend this place in total I spent 4k here and on the outside the shop looks good so I trusted them but it turned into a headache.
Came to MAD CUSTOM to get my tints done and had an amazing experience. If you’re looking to get any type of work done on your vehicle there is no other place to go except MAD CUSTOM!!! Would give million stars if I could!
From start to finish this process of getting my son new rims/tires for his 370Z was a breeze! Brian is so professional, friendly and most of all he truly knows what he is doing! The service was completed on time and my son is very happy! Thank you Mad Custom!!! Highly recommend!
Did a very sloppy job and refused to make it right under the circumstances. The wrap was peeling and took it in 3 times in 2 months for it not to get fixed and get worse the next week. Asked to be reimbursed for another shop to do it and they refuse to refund anything
Took my GT3 RS to MAD Custom FL for a Soul Performance exhaust and a few precision tweaks — the result? Absolute perfection.
This team knows how to handle high-end builds with the respect and expertise they deserve. They didn’t rush a thing. Every bolt, every adjustment, every detail was handled with care and craftsmanship. The Soul exhaust install was clean and dialed in perfectly — the sound is insane but refined, exactly what you’d want from a GT3 RS upgrade.
The minor tweaks made a huge difference. You can tell these guys know Porsches, and more importantly, they take pride in doing things right. No excuses, no ego — just elite work and real professionalism.
If you’re trusting someone with a six-figure car, trust MAD Custom FL. They deliver race-level quality with white-glove service.
Highly recommend — I’ll be back for more.
did a project with Mad custom, had my vehicle Wrapped, and did chrome delete, also had them install my new exhaust for my G63, and I’m really happy with the Job they did, honestly Best shop in Orlando. I recommend
MAD Custom FL completely transformed my TRX. I came in for a full custom package — wrap, lift, CORSA exhaust, tint, and a light bar — and every single detail was executed with precision and pride.
The wrap came out flawless — no bubbles, no corners lifted, just clean and aggressive. The lift and light bar install were professionally done, and the CORSA exhaust? Sounds insane. The tint was perfectly cut, no haze or dust, and matched the truck’s look with perfection.
These guys don’t just do the job — they elevate your vehicle. They treated my TRX like it was a SEMA build. Communication was constant, deadlines were respected, and the results spoke louder than words.
If you’re in Florida and want your build done right — MAD Custom FL is the shop. Period.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my truck.
You have to admire the work ?As a difficult client, I recognize the owner’s patience. Great customer service, experience, and great work quality. And nobody can beat his quality over price factor. Very pleased with my decision.
I went to visit them because they were recommended to me... to customise my Toyota Tundra with an idea and they guided me to make changes that I would never have thought of making, they work very professionally.
Mad Custom did an excellent job with my truck. They went above and beyond what any normal shop would do and they definitely earned my trust. I’ll be using them again for some more modifications.
