First class towing service stole my car from a hotel because they said they received a call that the person lost there keys with out any proof they tow my car 35 minutes out of the county stop off at apartment for 30 minutes then took the car to another apartment where the GPS was tracking the car the whole time they said oh no the driver would not stop after 5 minutes of saying no he would not stop dispatcher said maybe he stop to get a key made well that a bit odd why would he get a key made at apartment complex were Gps tag the car and how would he get a key made on a 2020 Nissan Maximum with no proof of the car ownership that they claim call said he lost his key will if anyone believed this story will that’s on you after location of car was giving to the police the car was highly damaged everything was removed from the car all valuables even took the baby pictures this is one company you best be aware of because your insurance is going to get expensive something you did even do so don’t give up find a lawyer go after this company.
My car ended up breaking down off the 417 exit with my two year old son in the car.. I called first class towing and they were there in 10 minutes! They were so nice & let my son and I sit in the truck so we can cool down! I would recommend this company to anyone & I will use them in the future!

A fantastic service in Orlando. I was out with a flat tire on my scooter. The driver estimated 30 min to arrive, but was much sooner. He was professional and took extreme care with my bike. The price was very good, too! I would recommend this company!!!!

Great price, service and they are FAST! I called just a little before 6:00PM to pick up my car in Lake Mary and tow it to my home in East Orlando. At 7:15PM my car was being dropped off! If I ever need a tow again, this is who I will call! Highly recommend!

Pharrel came out at 5:30 in the morning on the fourth of july due to a flat tire. Not only was he helpful with the removing and changing of our tire. He was kind, courtios and a very caring person. He even went to the max by following us over to the gas station to fill our spare tire with air, as the air was low. He even told us "If you have anymore trouble on your way home and don't have money. Call me, I'll bring you and your family home." Not only were we impressed with his professionalism but we were floored with the amount of compassion he shows when helping people in such scary situations. I would recommend this company to everyone in my family. You can call them give them your location then just sit back and relax knowing you will be taken care of in the most professional of ways.
