I stopped by today to purchase a battery and waited at the front desk for about two minutes while two employees were talking. Neither acknowledged me or offered assistance. I understand businesses get busy, but a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, I left and took my business elsewhere. Customer service and basic acknowledgment matter.

***LONG REVIEW, WORTH THE READ *** So I heard about this company from my across the street neighbor that see me every morning jumping my car with the jumper box, this particular morning , the car was not jumping quickly like it does most days, causing me to drain it ! My neighbor asked me if i needed help. I told him it was the battery and that I needed a new one. After contacting Walmart and being told to come in only to be told when i arrived that they were not taking walk ins. He told me to try Batteries Inc, he told me a battery he would normally pay $160 he only paid $50 . That immediately got my attention, bc money is tight! I never heard of those place so I go to the reviews and see all positivity. So i said to myself I’ll go Saturday morning but when I looked it up, they were close ! But I was determined so I called today and spoke with Nick, very nice over the phone, helpful and when he told me the PRICE!!! 130 brand new battery w 2 yr warranty, I had to make the 40 minute drive. My plan was to go early today but me and early don’t get alone. I GET THERE 20 minutes before they close and had to call once i got lost but, nick guided me right to their garage, this place really has a neighborhood feeling . Nick and Mr. Will was so freaking cool and helpful. We talked, we laughed, I purchased and installed my battery and Mr. Will even tighten my battery terminals. i was so grateful and thankful for them just taking care of needs and not trying to get over! I asked if they knew anybody that fixes brakes and BOOM Mr. Will connected me to a mechanic that he said will take care of me and not get over. I was able to get battery fixed and get connected with Marc that took care of my brakes . My favorite experience . With so much going on and ppl scamming and overcharging bc you’re a woman . Mr Will said we take care of ppl and I was well taken care of and was sent to someone that pocked up where nick and Mr. Will left off .. today i found my battery guys and my mechanic! Go see nick and Mr. Will and let them take care of you like they did me ?????

I needed a new AGM battery for my 2015 RAM 1500 and was quoted high prices ranging from $360 on upwards. Battery Inc. replaced my battery with a brand new one for less than that to include install. The service technician Will was super friendly and did the service within minutes! I highly recommend this business that has been locally operating in the Orlando area 20+ years for your battery needs. They service and replace all kinds of batteries from cars, trucks, motorcycles and boats.

I’ve been to a million different places for batteries through Florida and Nick and Will are by far the best place for batteries in the state not just the area. It felt like I was with family changing out a battery. The prices beat anyone in a 50 mile radius guaranteed and the service is amazing. This place was recommended to me by my motorcycle mechanic Doc at Cycle Pro and I'm glad he told me about them. They have the best price in town for my sportster 1200 battery with a 1 year warranty. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They will also install your battery, even motorcycles if it is easy enough and they are not too busy. I will be telling everyone about this place myself.
