This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Orlando Body Parts in Orlando, FL earns an overall 85/100. Reviews lean highly positive: friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround, and wide inventory (even hard-to-find pieces). Many applaud customer service, fast delivery, and competitive pricing. However, a minority cite serious issues—wrong or damaged parts, strict no-returns/exchange rules, inconsistent quotes, and slow phone/WhatsApp responses; some note a language barrier for non-Spanish speakers. Net: great value and speed if you confirm part numbers and policies upfront.

What clients say about Orlando Body Parts in Orlando (FL)
Worst company in Orlando for aftermarket parts, overpriced, poor quality and bad company rules totally 0 refunds , impossible take something back even if you step outside store , basically they buy from KSI lots of parts and resale it to u.

¡Totalmente recomendado!
This company is great! Starting with their incredible customer service, they made me feel so good! And the work they did there is amazing—very fast and precise in every detail! And their prices are very affordable!
Muy buen servicio!
La atención al cliente fue excelente, súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Todo fue rápido y sin complicaciones. Los precios están bien y se nota que les importa que uno quede satisfecho. ¡Recomendados!
A friend recommended Orlando Body Parts to me, and the service and attention have been wonderful from start to finish. I definitely recommend them now.
Needed a bumper and called them. I was expecting the piece to arrive later than it actually did! The customer service was so kind! Def buying again when needed!
They never answer calls, delays to answer WhatsApp, and most of the people there only speak Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish, they take forever to assist you.
I bought a front bumper for a Odyssey and confirm it's right by the photo the seller sent to me, I don't know what's happened but they send the wrong one and we just saw it when it's already paint (we can't check when the part arrived because the car wasn't here), I trusted on the seller but now I can't return this part because they fault, I lost $600 with the price of the part and the labor in something wrong that is not my fault, and the only thing they did is offered a 10% discount on the right part, it doesn't make any sense, the seller said that the bumper went mislabeled, so it's they problem with they supplier, now I have to pay $169 again in the part I ordered right and spend more $431 on the labor because of it
Very professional and customer friendly, I bought a part for my Hyundai Veloster and they were great. Best price I found around, and also fast delivery with great customer service.
Gracias siempre compraré acá mis partes.
If I could give negative stars I would add -Some 10. I was hung up on when I asked the agent responsible for giving me a quote.i made several phone calls to this company, requesting next steps with assistance on ordering my parts. The young lady that originally gave me a quote was not available at the time so another woman quoted me a price that was hundreds above my original price she did not want to listen she was giving me other peoples account information and I if I didn’t second-guess the quote, I would’ve paid for someone else’s service on my credit card, I tried to explain to her the situation as there was a very extreme language barrier and she was not listening to my issues and not willing to assist in the correct and professional manner. Very unprofessional very disrespectful they tell you they will return your call and never do different agents give different quotes which gives me the assumption that their pocketing the inflated charges I was given a simple quote. The second young lady rang off the quote hundreds more and said that’s what I was quoted when I never was and I have witnesses because the individual that will be fixing my car was listening in on the phone call. Very disrespectful customer service. No one is able to help you, I would not buy my parts from They’re charging original manufactured prices for the off market parts. Horrible customer service.
