Needed a bumper and called them. I was expecting the piece to arrive later than it actually did! The customer service was so kind! Def buying again when needed!

They never answer calls, delays to answer WhatsApp, and most of the people there only speak Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish, they take forever to assist you.

I bought a front bumper for a Odyssey and confirm it's right by the photo the seller sent to me, I don't know what's happened but they send the wrong one and we just saw it when it's already paint (we can't check when the part arrived because the car wasn't here), I trusted on the seller but now I can't return this part because they fault, I lost $600 with the price of the part and the labor in something wrong that is not my fault, and the only thing they did is offered a 10% discount on the right part, it doesn't make any sense, the seller said that the bumper went mislabeled, so it's they problem with they supplier, now I have to pay $169 again in the part I ordered right and spend more $431 on the labor because of it

If I could give negative stars I would add -Some 10. I was hung up on when I asked the agent responsible for giving me a quote.i made several phone calls to this company, requesting next steps with assistance on ordering my parts. The young lady that originally gave me a quote was not available at the time so another woman quoted me a price that was hundreds above my original price she did not want to listen she was giving me other peoples account information and I if I didn’t second-guess the quote, I would’ve paid for someone else’s service on my credit card, I tried to explain to her the situation as there was a very extreme language barrier and she was not listening to my issues and not willing to assist in the correct and professional manner. Very unprofessional very disrespectful they tell you they will return your call and never do different agents give different quotes which gives me the assumption that their pocketing the inflated charges I was given a simple quote. The second young lady rang off the quote hundreds more and said that’s what I was quoted when I never was and I have witnesses because the individual that will be fixing my car was listening in on the phone call. Very disrespectful customer service. No one is able to help you, I would not buy my parts from They’re charging original manufactured prices for the off market parts. Horrible customer service.
