I have nothing but kind things to say about the gentleman who runs this business. I explained that my car broke down and I need to towed from the repair shop to home, he told me about recalls on my car that were 100% accurate to encourage me to get it covered by the manufacturer. He passed along a lot of helpful information just to be kind to me in hopes that I could get my vehicle fixed. No hidden fees, even uses Zelle so you don’t have an additional “credit/debit card fee” like other tow places when you don’t have cash. He got to me within an hour on a Friday evening! I would definitely recommend. Thank you AD&D!

Quick response, very reliable and took less than 10 minutes to show up. Only 5 minutes to load the car up onto the truck. Would definitely recommend! A++

This company has the absolute worst customer service ever I called they told me someone would call me after waiting 30 minutes I called dispatch back told someone would call me asap 15 more minutes later a man called barely able to speak English telling me he was too far and would not help me Asking him why dispatch would make me wait 45 minutes to be told he refused to help me he rudely told me to call dispatch back I called dispatch and told him this was poor business practice he began screaming at me telling me to do what I had to do they are busy so here I am leaving a review to let others know This business sucks call someone else I will leave a review on every outlet website and platform I can BUYER BEWARE CALL SOMEONE ELSE EXTREMELY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
